5 T he voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; yes, the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.

La voz del Señor rompe los cedros; sí, el Señor hace pedazos los cedros del Líbano;

6 H e makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion (Mount Hermon) like a young, wild ox.

y como becerro hace saltar al Líbano; y al Sirión como cría de búfalo.

7 T he voice of the Lord splits and flashes forth forked lightning.

La voz del Señor levanta llamas de fuego.

8 T he voice of the Lord makes the wilderness tremble; the Lord shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.

La voz del Señor hace temblar el desierto; el Señor hace temblar el desierto de Cades.

9 T he voice of the Lord makes the hinds bring forth their young, and His voice strips bare the forests, while in His temple everyone is saying, Glory!

La voz del Señor hace parir a las ciervas, y deja los bosques desnudos, y en su templo todo dice: ¡Gloria!

10 T he Lord sat as King over the deluge; the Lord sits as King forever!

El Señor se sentó como Rey cuando el diluvio; sí, como Rey se sienta el Señor para siempre.

11 T he Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.

El Señor dará fuerza a su pueblo; el Señor bendecirá a su pueblo con paz.
