1 B rethren, if any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual should set him right and restore and reinstate him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also.

Hermanos, aun si alguno es sorprendido en alguna falta, vosotros que sois espirituales, restauradlo en un espíritu de mansedumbre, mirándote a ti mismo, no sea que tú también seas tentado.

2 B ear (endure, carry) one another’s burdens and troublesome moral faults, and in this way fulfill and observe perfectly the law of Christ (the Messiah) and complete what is lacking.

Llevad los unos las cargas de los otros, y cumplid así la ley de Cristo.

3 F or if any person thinks himself to be somebody when he is nobody, he deceives and deludes and cheats himself.

Porque si alguno se cree que es algo, no siendo nada, se engaña a sí mismo.

4 B ut let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable '> in itself alone] without boastful comparison with his neighbor.

Pero que cada uno examine su propia obra, y entonces tendrá motivo para gloriarse solamente con respecto a sí mismo, y no con respecto a otro.

5 F or every person will have to bear ( be equal to understanding and calmly receive) his own '> little] load.

Porque cada uno llevará su propia carga.

6 L et him who receives instruction in the Word share all good things with his teacher.

Y al que se le enseña la palabra, que comparta toda cosa buena con el que le enseña.

7 D o not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.

No os dejéis engañar, de Dios nadie se burla; pues todo lo que el hombre siembre, eso también segará.

8 F or he who sows to his own flesh (lower nature, sensuality) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

Porque el que siembra para su propia carne, de la carne segará corrupción, pero el que siembra para el Espíritu, del Espíritu segará vida eterna.

9 A nd let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.

Y no nos cansemos de hacer el bien, pues a su tiempo, si no nos cansamos, segaremos.

10 S o then, as occasion and opportunity open up to us, let us do good '> morally] to all people '> being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage]. Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household of faith.

Los que desean agradar en la carne tratan de obligaros a que os circuncidéis, simplemente para no ser perseguidos a causa de la cruz de Cristo.

13 F or even the circumcised themselves do not keep the Law, but they want to have you circumcised in order that they may glory in your flesh (your subjection to external rites).

Porque ni aun los mismos que son circuncidados guardan la ley, mas ellos desean haceros circuncidar para gloriarse en vuestra carne.

14 B ut far be it from me to glory except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) through Whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world!

Pero jamás acontezca que yo me gloríe, sino en la cruz de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, por el cual el mundo ha sido crucificado para mí y yo para el mundo.

15 F or neither is circumcision of any importance, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.

Porque ni la circuncisión es nada, ni la incircuncisión, sino una nueva creación.

16 P eace and mercy be upon all who walk by this rule, even upon the Israel of God!

Y a los que anden conforme a esta regla, paz y misericordia sea sobre ellos y sobre el Israel de Dios.

17 F rom now on let no person trouble me '> making it necessary for me to vindicate my apostolic authority and the divine truth of my Gospel], for I bear on my body the marks of the Lord Jesus!

De aquí en adelante nadie me cause molestias, porque yo llevo en mi cuerpo las marcas de Jesús.

18 T he grace (spiritual favor, blessing) of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Anointed One, the Messiah) be with your spirit, brethren. Amen (so be it).
