1 P raise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, And His praise in the assembly of saints.

Cantad al SEÑOR canción nueva; su alabanza sea en la congregación de los misericordiosos.

2 L et Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

Alégrese Israel con su Hacedor; los hijos de Sion se gocen con su Rey.

3 L et them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp.

Alaben su Nombre con baile; con adufe y arpa canten a él.

4 F or the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation.

Porque el SEÑOR toma contentamiento con su pueblo; hermoseará a los humildes con salud.

5 L et the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds.

Se gozarán los misericordiosos con gloria; cantarán sobre sus camas.

6 L et the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand,

¶ Ensalzamientos de Dios modularán en sus gargantas; y espadas de dos filos habrá en sus manos;

7 T o execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples;

para hacer venganza de los gentiles, castigos en los pueblos;

8 T o bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron;

para aprisionar sus reyes en grillos, y sus nobles en cadenas de hierro;

9 T o execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord!

para ejecutar en ellos el juicio escrito; gloria será esto para todos sus misericordiosos. Alelu-JAH.
