Grande es el SEÑOR y digno de ser en gran manera alabado en la ciudad de nuestro Dios, en el monte de su santidad.

2 B eautiful elevation, A joy of all the land, Mount Zion, The sides of the north, the city of a great king.

Hermosa provincia, el gozo de toda la tierra es el monte de Sion, a los lados del aquilón, la ciudad del gran Rey.

3 G od in her high places is known for a tower.

Dios en sus palacios es conocido por lugar de refugio.

4 F or, lo, the kings met, they passed by together,

Porque he aquí los reyes de la tierra fueron reunidos; pasaron todos.

5 T hey have seen -- so they have marvelled, They have been troubled, they were hastened away.

8 A s we have heard, so we have seen, In the city of Jehovah of hosts, In the city of our God, God doth establish her -- to the age. Selah.

¶ Como lo oímos, así lo hemos visto en la ciudad del SEÑOR de los ejércitos, en la ciudad de nuestro Dios; la afirmará Dios para siempre. (Selah.)

9 W e have thought, O God, of Thy kindness, In the midst of Thy temple,

Concebimos según tu misericordia, oh Dios, en medio de tu Templo.

10 A s Thy name, O God, so Thy praise, Over the ends of the earth, Righteousness hath filled Thy right hand.

Conforme a tu Nombre, oh Dios, así es tu loor hasta los fines de la tierra; de justicia está llena tu diestra.

11 R ejoice doth Mount Zion, The daughters of Judah are joyful, For the sake of Thy judgments.

Se alegrará el monte de Sion; se gozarán las hijas de Judá por tus juicios.

12 C ompass Zion, and go round her, count her towers,

Andad alrededor de Sion, y rodeadla; contad sus torres.

13 S et your heart to her bulwark, Consider her high places, So that ye recount to a later generation,

Considerad bien su antemuro, mirad sus palacios; para que lo contéis a la generación venidera.

14 T hat this God our God -- To the age and for ever, He -- he doth lead us over death!

Porque este Dios es Dios nuestro eternalmente y para siempre; El nos capitaneará hasta la muerte.
