1 A Song of the Ascents. Those trusting in Jehovah as Mount Zion, It is not moved -- to the age it abideth.

Los que confían en el SEÑOR son como el monte de Sion que no deslizará; estará para siempre.

2 J erusalem! mountains round about her, And Jehovah round about His people, From henceforth even unto the age.

Como Jerusalén tiene montes alrededor de ella, así el SEÑOR alrededor de su pueblo desde ahora y para siempre.

3 F or the rod of wickedness resteth not On the lot of the righteous, That the righteous put not forth on iniquity their hands.

Porque no reposará la vara de la impiedad sobre la suerte de los justos; para que no extiendan los justos sus manos a la iniquidad.

4 D o good, O Jehovah, to the good, And to the upright in their hearts.

¶ Haz bien, oh SEÑOR, a los buenos, y a los que son rectos en sus corazones.

5 A s to those turning their crooked ways, Jehovah causeth them to go with workers of iniquity. Peace on Israel!

Mas a los que se apartan tras sus perversidades, el SEÑOR los llevará con los que obran iniquidad; y paz sea sobre Israel.
