1 A nd the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

Domnul i-a zis lui Moise:

2 S peak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.

„Spune-le israeliţilor să-Mi aducă o contribuţie; s-o primiţi pentru Mine de la fiecare om care o va da cu dragă inimă.

3 A nd this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,

Aceasta este contribuţia pe care va trebui să o primeşti de la ei: aur, argint, bronz,

4 A nd blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair,

fire de culoare albastră, purpurie şi cărămizie, fir de in subţire, păr de capră,

5 A nd rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,

piei de berbeci, vopsite în roşu, piei de viţel de mare, lemn de salcâm,

6 O il for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,

ulei pentru luminat, mirodenii pentru untdelemnul folosit la ungere şi pentru tămâia mirositoare,

7 O nyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.

pietre de onix şi pietre pentru efod şi pieptar.

8 A nd let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.

Să-Mi facă un Lăcaş şi Eu voi locui în mijlocul lor.

9 A ccording to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.

Să faceţi Tabernaculul şi toate obiectele lui după modelul pe care ţi-l voi arăta. Instrucţiuni privind Chivotul

10 A nd they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

Să facă un chivot din lemn de salcâm; acesta să aibă lungimea de doi coţi şi jumătate, iar lăţimea şi înălţimea de un cot şi jumătate.

11 A nd thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.

Să-l poleieşti cu aur curat pe dinăuntru şi pe dinafară şi să-i faci un chenar de aur de jur împrejur.

12 A nd thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.

Să torni patru inele de aur pentru el şi să le fixezi la cele patru colţuri ale sale, două inele de o parte şi două inele de cealaltă parte.

13 A nd thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.

Să faci nişte drugi din lemn de salcâm şi să-i poleieşti cu aur.

14 A nd thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.

Să introduci drugii prin inelele de pe cele două părţi ale Chivotului pentru ca acesta să poată fi dus cu ajutorul lor.

15 T he staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.

Drugii să rămână în inelele Chivotului şi să nu fie scoşi din ele.

16 A nd thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

Să pui în Chivot Mărturia pe care ţi-o voi da.

17 A nd thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

Apoi să faci un capac al ispăşirii din aur curat, lung de doi coţi şi jumătate şi lat de un cot şi jumătate.

18 A nd thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.

Să faci şi doi heruvimi din aur bătut, la cele două capete ale Capacului Ispăşirii.

19 A nd make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

Să faci un heruvim la un capăt şi un heruvim la celălalt capăt. Să-i faci, la cele două capete ale Capacului Ispăşirii, dintr-o singură bucată cu el.

20 A nd the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

Heruvimii să fie cu aripile întinse deasupra, umbrind astfel Capacul Ispăşirii cu aripile lor. Ei să stea faţă în faţă; feţele heruvimilor să fie întoarse înspre Capacul Ispăşirii.

21 A nd thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.

Să pui Capacul Ispăşirii deasupra Chivotului, iar în Chivot să pui Mărturia pe care ţi-o voi da.

22 A nd there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

Acolo, deasupra Capacului Ispăşirii, între cei doi heruvimi care sunt pe Chivotul Mărturiei, mă voi întâlni cu tine şi îţi voi da toate poruncile pentru israeliţi. Instrucţiuni privind masa pentru pâinea prezentării

23 T hou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

Să faci o masă din lemn de salcâm, lungă de doi coţi, lată de un cot şi înaltă de un cot şi jumătate.

24 A nd thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.

Să o poleieşti cu aur curat şi să-i faci un chenar de aur de jur împrejur.

25 A nd thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.

Să-i faci împrejur un pervaz cu lăţimea de o palmă şi un chenar de aur de jur împrejurul pervazului.

26 A nd thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.

Să-i faci mesei patru inele de aur şi să le fixezi în cele patru colţuri, în dreptul celor patru picioare ale ei.

27 O ver against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table.

Inelele care ţin drugii folosiţi la ducerea mesei să se afle în apropierea pervazului.

28 A nd thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them.

Să faci drugii pentru ducerea mesei din lemn de salcâm şi să-i poleieşti cu aur.

29 A nd thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them.

Să-i faci farfurii şi vase pentru tămâie, ulcioare şi boluri cu care să torni jertfele de băutură; să le faci din aur curat.

30 A nd thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

Să pui pe masă pâinea prezentării, ca să fie continuu înaintea Mea. Instrucţiuni privind sfeşnicul

31 A nd thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.

Apoi să faci un sfeşnic din aur curat. Piciorul şi arborele să fie din aur bătut. Cupele, bobocii şi petalele să fie dintr-o singură bucată cu el.

32 A nd six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side:

Din laturile lui să iasă şase ramuri, trei ramuri ale sfeşnicului într-o parte şi trei ramuri ale sfeşnicului în cealaltă parte.

33 T hree bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick.

Să fie făcute trei cupe în formă de floare de migdal, fiecare cu boboc şi petale pe o ramură, şi trei cupe în formă de floare de migdal, fiecare cu boboc şi petale pe o altă ramură; aşa vor trebui făcute toate cele şase ramuri care ies din sfeşnic.

34 A nd in the candlesticks shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.

Pe sfeşnic să fie patru cupe făcute în formă de floare de migdal cu boboci şi petale.

35 A nd there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.

Sub fiecare pereche de ramuri dintre cele şase care ies din sfeşnic să fie câte un boboc.

36 T heir knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.

Bobocii şi ramurile să fie dintr-o singură bucată cu sfeşnicul; totul să fie din aur bătut, din aur curat.

37 A nd thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

Să faci şapte candele pentru sfeşnic; ele să fie fixate deasupra, în aşa fel încât să lumineze în faţă.

38 A nd the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.

Mucarniţele şi tăviţele să fie din aur curat.

39 O f a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.

Sfeşnicul cu toate uneltele lui să fie făcute dintr-un talant de aur curat.

40 A nd look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

Vezi să faci totul după modelul care ţi-a fost arătat pe munte.
