1 A nd Bezaleel made the ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half was the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it:

2 A nd he overlaid it with pure gold within and without, and made a crown of gold to it round about.

L-a poleit cu aur curat pe dinăuntru şi pe dinafară şi i-a făcut un chenar de aur de jur împrejur.

3 A nd he cast for it four rings of gold, to be set by the four corners of it; even two rings upon the one side of it, and two rings upon the other side of it.

I-a turnat patru inele de aur pentru cele patru colţuri, două inele de o parte şi două inele de cealaltă parte.

4 A nd he made staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold.

A făcut nişte drugi din lemn de salcâm şi i-a poleit cu aur;

5 A nd he put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.

a introdus drugii prin inelele de pe cele două părţi ale Chivotului ca acesta să poată fi dus.

6 A nd he made the mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half was the length thereof, and one cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

Apoi a făcut Capacul Ispăşirii din aur curat, lung de doi coţi şi jumătate şi lat de un cot şi jumătate.

7 A nd he made two cherubims of gold, beaten out of one piece made he them, on the two ends of the mercy seat;

Au făcut şi doi heruvimi din aur bătut la cele două capete ale Capacului Ispăşirii,

8 O ne cherub on the end on this side, and another cherub on the other end on that side: out of the mercy seat made he the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

un heruvim la un capăt şi un heruvim la celălalt capăt. I­a făcut, la cele două capete ale Capacului Ispăşirii, dintr-o singură bucată cu el.

9 A nd the cherubims spread out their wings on high, and covered with their wings over the mercy seat, with their faces one to another; even to the mercy seatward were the faces of the cherubims.

Heruvimii erau cu aripile întinse deasupra, umbrind astfel Capacul Ispăşirii cu aripile lor. Ei stăteau faţă în faţă; feţele heruvimilor erau întoarse înspre Capacul Ispăşirii. Masa pentru pâinea prezentării

13 A nd he cast for it four rings of gold, and put the rings upon the four corners that were in the four feet thereof.

I-a turnat mesei patru inele de aur şi le-a fixat în cele patru colţuri, în dreptul celor patru picioare ale ei.

14 O ver against the border were the rings, the places for the staves to bear the table.

Inelele care ţineau drugii folosiţi la ducerea mesei se aflau în apropierea pervazului.

15 A nd he made the staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold, to bear the table.

A făcut drugii pentru ducerea mesei din lemn de salcâm şi i-a poleit cu aur.

16 A nd he made the vessels which were upon the table, his dishes, and his spoons, and his bowls, and his covers to cover withal, of pure gold.

A făcut uneltele de pe masă din aur curat: farfuriile, vasele pentru tămâie, ulcioarele şi bolurile cu care se toarnă jertfele de băutură. Sfeşnicul

17 A nd he made the candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work made he the candlestick; his shaft, and his branch, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, were of the same:

De asemenea, a mai făcut şi sfeşnicul din aur curat. Piciorul şi arborele erau din aur bătut. Cupele, bobocii şi petalele erau dintr-o singură bucată cu el.

18 A nd six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof:

Din laturile lui ieşeau şase ramuri, trei ramuri ale sfeşnicului într-o parte şi trei ramuri ale sfeşnicului în cealaltă parte.

19 T hree bowls made after the fashion of almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three bowls made like almonds in another branch, a knop and a flower: so throughout the six branches going out of the candlestick.

Au fost făcute trei cupe în formă de floare de migdal, fiecare cu boboc şi petale pe o ramură, şi trei cupe în formă de floare de migdal, fiecare cu boboc şi petale pe o altă ramură; aşa au fost făcute toate cele şase ramuri care ies din sfeşnic.

20 A nd in the candlestick were four bowls made like almonds, his knops, and his flowers:

Pe sfeşnic erau patru cupe făcute în formă de floare de migdal cu boboci şi petale.

21 A nd a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches going out of it.

Sub fiecare pereche de ramuri dintre cele şase care ies din sfeşnic era câte un boboc.

22 T heir knops and their branches were of the same: all of it was one beaten work of pure gold.

Bobocii şi ramurile erau dintr-o singură bucată cu sfeşnicul; totul era făcut din aur bătut, din aur curat.

23 A nd he made his seven lamps, and his snuffers, and his snuffdishes, of pure gold.

Cele şapte candele, mucarniţele şi tăviţele le-a făcut din aur curat.

24 O f a talent of pure gold made he it, and all the vessels thereof.

A făcut sfeşnicul cu toate uneltele lui dintr-un talant de aur curat. Altarul tămâierii

25 A nd he made the incense altar of shittim wood: the length of it was a cubit, and the breadth of it a cubit; it was foursquare; and two cubits was the height of it; the horns thereof were of the same.

A făcut altarul tămâierii din lemn de salcâm. Atât lungimea, cât şi lăţimea lui erau de un cot, având o suprafaţă pătrată. Înălţimea lui era de doi coţi, iar coarnele erau dintr-o bucată cu el.

26 A nd he overlaid it with pure gold, both the top of it, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns of it: also he made unto it a crown of gold round about.

27 A nd he made two rings of gold for it under the crown thereof, by the two corners of it, upon the two sides thereof, to be places for the staves to bear it withal.

şi două inele de aur pe care le-a fixat sub chenar, pe ambele părţi. Ele ţineau drugii cu care trebuia dus.

28 A nd he made the staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold.

29 A nd he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure incense of sweet spices, according to the work of the apothecary.
