1 E l SEÑOR es mi pastor; no desfalleceré.

The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not lack.

2 E n lugares de delicados pastos me hará yacer; junto a aguas de reposo me pastoreará.

He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still and restful waters.

3 C onvertirá mi alma; me guiará por sendas de justicia por su nombre.

He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

4 A unque ande en valle de sombra de muerte, no temeré mal alguno; porque tú estarás conmigo; tu vara y tu cayado me confortarán.

Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5 A derezarás mesa delante de mí, en presencia de mis angustiadores; ungiste mi cabeza con aceite; mi copa está rebosando.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

6 C iertamente el bien y la misericordia me seguirán todos los días de mi vida; y en la Casa del SEÑOR reposaré para siempre.

Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and through the length of my days the house of the Lord shall be my dwelling place.
