1 V olvió el ángel que hablaba conmigo, y me despertó como a un hombre a quien se despierta de su sueño.

The angel who talked with me came again, and wakened me, as a man who is wakened out of his sleep.

2 Y me preguntó: —¿Qué ves? Respondí: —Veo un candelabro de oro macizo, con un depósito arriba, con sus siete lámparas y siete tubos para las lámparas que están encima de él.

He said to me, “What do you see?” I said, “I have seen, and behold, a lamp stand all of gold, with its bowl on the top of it, and its seven lamps on it; there are seven pipes to each of the lamps, which are on the top of it;

3 J unto al candelabro hay dos olivos, el uno a la derecha del depósito y el otro a su izquierda.

and two olive trees by it, one on the right side of the bowl, and the other on the left side of it.”

4 P roseguí y pregunté a aquel ángel que hablaba conmigo: —¿Qué es esto, señor mío?

I answered and spoke to the angel who talked with me, saying, “What are these, my lord?”

5 Y el ángel que hablaba conmigo me respondió: —¿No sabes qué es esto? Le dije: —No, señor mío.

Then the angel who talked with me answered me, “Don’t you know what these are?” I said, “No, my lord.”

6 E ntonces siguió diciéndome: «Ésta es palabra de Jehová para Zorobabel, y dice: “No con ejército, ni con fuerza, sino con mi espíritu, ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos.

Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, “This is Yahweh’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says Yahweh of Armies.

7 ¿ Quién eres tú, gran monte? Delante de Zorobabel serás reducido a llanura; él sacará la primera piedra entre aclamaciones de: ¡Qué bella, qué bella es!”

Who are you, great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you are a plain; and he will bring out the capstone with shouts of ‘Grace, grace, to it!’”

8 » Después me fue dirigida esta palabra de Jehová:

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

9 » “Las manos de Zorobabel echarán el cimiento de esta Casa, y sus manos la acabarán. Así conocerás que Jehová de los ejércitos me envió a vosotros.

“The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house. His hands shall also finish it; and you will know that Yahweh of Armies has sent me to you.

10 P orque los que menospreciaron el día de las pequeñeces, se alegrarán al ver la plomada en la mano de Zorobabel.” »Estos siete son los ojos de Jehová, que recorren toda la tierra.»

Indeed, who despises the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice, and shall see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. These are Yahweh’s eyes, which run back and forth through the whole earth.”

11 H ablé una vez más y le pregunté: —¿Qué significan estos dos olivos que están a la derecha y a la izquierda del candelabro?

Then I asked him, “What are these two olive trees on the right side of the lamp stand and on the left side of it?”

12 Y aún le pregunté de nuevo: —¿Qué significan las dos ramas de olivo que por los dos tubos de oro vierten su aceite dorado?

I asked him the second time, “What are these two olive branches, which are beside the two golden spouts, that pour the golden oil out of themselves?”

13 É l me respondió: —¿No sabes qué es esto? Yo dije: —No, Señor mío.

He answered me, “Don’t you know what these are?” I said, “No, my lord.”

14 Y él me respondió: —Éstos son los dos ungidos que están delante del Señor de toda la tierra.

Then he said, “These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”
