¶ Give ear to my words, O LORD; consider my meditation.

2 E stá atento á la voz de mi clamor, Rey mío y Dios mío, Porque á ti oraré.

Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God, for unto thee will I pray.

3 O h Jehová, de mañana oirás mi voz; De mañana me presentaré á ti, y esperaré.

My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; early will I present myself unto thee and wait.

4 P orque tú no eres un Dios que ame la maldad: El malo no habitará junto á ti.

For thou art not a God that loves wickedness; neither shall one who is evil dwell with thee.

5 N o estarán los insensatos delante de tus ojos: Aborreces á todos los que obran iniquidad.

The foolish (those who are governed by carnal thoughts or desires) shall not stand in thy sight; thou dost hate all workers of iniquity.

6 D estruirás á los que hablan mentira: Al hombre de sangres y de engaño abominará Jehová.

Thou shalt destroy those that speak lies: the LORD will abominate the bloody and deceitful man.

7 Y yo en la multitud de tu misericordia entraré en tu casa: Adoraré hacia el templo de tu santidad en tu temor.

¶ But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear I will worship toward thy holy temple.

8 G uíame, Jehová, en tu justicia á causa de mis enemigos; Endereza delante de mí tu camino.

Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.

9 P orque no hay en su boca rectitud: Sus entrañas son pravedades; Sepulcro abierto su garganta: Con su lengua lisonjearán.

For there is no uprightness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.

10 D esbarátalos, oh Dios; Caigan de sus consejos: Por la multitud de sus rebeliones échalos, Porque se rebelaron contra ti.

Declare them guilty, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out for the multitude of their rebellions; for they have rebelled against thee.

11 Y alegrarse han todos los que en ti confían; Para siempre darán voces de júbilo, porque tú los defiendes: Y en ti se regocijarán los que aman tu nombre.

And all those that put their trust in thee shall rejoice: they shall ever be in jubilee, for thou shalt cover them; and all that love thy name shall be joyful in thee.

12 P orque tú, oh Jehová, bendecirás al justo; Lo cercarás de benevolencia como con un escudo.

For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
