`Each by his standard, with ensigns of the house of their fathers, do the sons of Israel encamp; over-against round about the tent of meeting they encamp.'

3 S ul davanti, verso oriente, si accamperà la bandiera del campo di Giuda con le sue schiere;

And those encamping eastward towards the sun-rising, the standard of the camp of Judah, by their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Judah Nahshon, son of Amminadab;

4 i l capo dei figli di Giuda è Nason, figlio di Amminadab, e il suo contingente, secondo il censimento, è di settantaquattromilaseicento uomini.

and his host, and their numbered ones, four and seventy thousand and six hundred.

5 A ccanto a lui si accamperà la tribù di Issacar; il capo dei figli di Issacar è Netaneel, figlio di Suar,

17 P oi si metterà in marcia la tenda di convegno con il campo dei Leviti in mezzo agli altri campi. Nella marcia seguiranno l’ordine nel quale erano accampati, ciascuno al suo posto, con la sua bandiera.

And the tent of meeting -- the camp of the Levites -- hath journeyed in the midst of the camps; as they encamp so they journey, each at his station by their standards.

18 A occidente starà la bandiera del campo di Efraim con il suo contingente; il capo dei figli di Efraim è Elisama, figlio di Ammiud.

The standard of the camp of Ephraim, by their hosts, westward; and the prince of the sons of Ephraim Elishama son of Ammihud;

32 Q uesti furono i figli d’Israele dei quali si fece il censimento secondo la discendenza paterna. Tutti gli uomini dei quali si fece il censimento e che formarono i campi, ciascuno nel suo contingente, furono seicentotremilacinquecentocinquanta.

These those numbered of the sons of Israel by the house of their fathers; all those numbered of the camps by their hosts six hundred thousand, and three thousand, and five hundred and fifty.

33 M a i Leviti, secondo l’ordine che il Signore aveva dato a Mosè, non furono compresi nel censimento con i figli d’Israele.

And the Levites have not numbered themselves in the midst of the sons of Israel, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

34 I figli d’Israele si conformarono in tutto agli ordini che il Signore aveva dato a Mosè: così si accampavano secondo le loro bandiere, e così si mettevano in marcia, ciascuno secondo la sua famiglia, secondo la discendenza paterna.

And the sons of Israel do according to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses; so they have encamped by their standards, and so they have journeyed; each by his families, by the house of his fathers.
