And these the names of the tribes: From the north end unto the side of the way of Hethlon, at the coming in to Hamath, Hazar-Enan, the border of Damascus northward, unto the side of Hamath, and they have been his -- side east and west, Dan one,

and by the border of Dan, from the east side unto the west side, Asher one,

3 S ulla frontiera di Ascer, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Neftali, una parte.

and by the border of Asher, from the east side even unto the west side, Naphtali one,

4 S ulla frontiera di Neftali, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Manasse, una parte.

and by the border of Naphtali, from the east side unto the west side, Manasseh one,

5 S ulla frontiera di Manasse, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Efraim, una parte.

and by the border of Manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, Ephraim one,

6 S ulla frontiera di Efraim, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Ruben, una parte.

and by the border of Ephraim, from the east side even unto the west side, Reuben one,

7 S ulla frontiera di Ruben, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Giuda, una parte.

and by the border of Reuben, from the east side unto the west side, Judah one,

8 « Sulla frontiera di Giuda, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale, sarà la parte che preleverete di venticinquemila cubiti di larghezza, e lunga come una delle altre parti dal confine orientale al confine occidentale; là in mezzo sarà il santuario.

and by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side is the heave-offering that ye lift up, five and twenty thousand broad and long, as one of the parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary hath been in its midst.

9 L a parte che preleverete per il Signore avrà venticinquemila cubiti di lunghezza e diecimila di larghezza.

The heave-offering that ye lift up to Jehovah five and twenty thousand long, and broad ten thousand.

10 Q uesta parte santa prelevata apparterrà ai sacerdoti: venticinquemila cubiti di lunghezza al settentrione, diecimila di larghezza all’occidente, diecimila di larghezza all’oriente e venticinquemila di lunghezza al mezzogiorno; il santuario del Signore sarà là in mezzo.

And of these is the holy heave-offering for the priests, northward five and twenty thousand, and westward breadth ten thousand, and eastward breadth ten thousand, and southward length five and twenty thousand: and the sanctuary of Jehovah hath been in its midst.

11 E ssa apparterrà ai sacerdoti consacrati tra i figli di Sadoc che hanno fatto il mio servizio e non si sono sviati quando i figli d’Israele si sviavano, come si sviavano i Leviti.

For the priests who are sanctified of the sons of Zadok, who have kept My charge, who erred not in the erring of the sons of Israel, as the Levites erred,

12 E ssa apparterrà loro come parte prelevata dalla parte del paese che sarà stata prelevata: una cosa santissima, verso la frontiera dei Leviti.

even the heave-offering hath been to them, out of the heave-offering of the land, most holy, by the border of the Levites.

13 I Leviti avranno, parallelamente alla frontiera dei sacerdoti, una lunghezza di venticinquemila cubiti e una larghezza di diecimila; tutta la lunghezza sarà di venticinquemila e la larghezza di diecimila.

`And the Levites over-against the border of the priests five and twenty thousand length, and breadth ten thousand, all the length five and twenty thousand, and the breadth ten thousand.

14 E ssi non potranno venderne nulla; questa primizia del paese non potrà essere né scambiata né alienata, perché è cosa consacrata al Signore.

And they do not sell of it, nor exchange, nor cause to pass away the first-fruit of the land: for holy to Jehovah.

15 I cinquemila cubiti che rimarranno di larghezza sui venticinquemila, formeranno un’area non consacrata destinata alla città, per le abitazioni e per il territorio circostante; la città sarà in mezzo,

And the five thousand that is left in the breadth, on the front of the five and twenty thousand, is common -- for the city, for dwelling, and for suburb, and the city hath been in its midst.

16 e d eccone le dimensioni: dal lato settentrionale, quattromilacinquecento cubiti; dal lato meridionale, quattromilacinquecento; dal lato orientale, quattromilacinquecento; dal lato occidentale, quattromilacinquecento cubiti.

And these its measures: the north side five hundred, and four thousand, and the south side five hundred, and four thousand, and on the east side five hundred, and four thousand, and the west side five hundred, and four thousand.

17 L a città avrà un territorio circostante di duecentocinquanta cubiti a settentrione, di duecentocinquanta a mezzogiorno, di duecentocinquanta a oriente e di duecentocinquanta a occidente.

And the suburb to the city hath been northward, fifty and two hundred, and southward, fifty and two hundred, and eastward, fifty and two hundred, and westward, fifty and two hundred.

18 I l resto della lunghezza, parallelamente alla parte santa, cioè diecimila cubiti a oriente e diecimila a occidente, parallelamente alla parte santa, servirà, con i suoi prodotti, al mantenimento dei lavoratori della città.

`And the residue in length over-against the heave-offering of the holy ten thousand eastward, and ten thousand westward, and it hath been over-against the heave-offering of the holy, and its increase hath been for food to the servants of the city,

19 I lavoratori della città, di tutte le tribù d’Israele, ne lavoreranno il suolo.

even him who is serving the city, they serve it out of all the tribes of Israel.

20 T utta la parte prelevata sarà di venticinquemila cubiti per venticinquemila; ne preleverete così una parte quadrata, parte santa, come possesso della città.

All the heave-offering five and twenty thousand by five and twenty thousand, square do ye lift up the heave-offering of the holy with the possession of the city.

21 I l rimanente sarà del principe, da un lato e dall’altro della parte santa prelevata e del possesso della città, di fronte ai venticinquemila cubiti della parte santa sino alla frontiera d’oriente, e a occidente di fronte ai venticinquemila cubiti verso la frontiera d’occidente, parallelamente alle parti; questo sarà del principe; la parte santa e il santuario della casa saranno in mezzo.

`And the residue for the prince, on this side and on that side of the heave-offering of the holy, and of the possession of the city, on the front of the five and twenty thousand of the heave-offering unto the east border, and westward, on the front of the five and twenty thousand on the west border, over-against the portions of the prince; and the heave-offering of the holy, and the sanctuary of the house, hath been in its midst.

22 C osì, tolto il possesso dei Leviti e il possesso della città situati in mezzo a quello del principe, ciò che si troverà tra la frontiera di Giuda e la frontiera di Beniamino apparterrà al principe.

And from the possession of the Levites, from the possession of the city, in the midst of that which is to the prince, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, there is to the prince.

23 « Poi verrà il resto delle tribù. Dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Beniamino, una parte.

`As to the rest of the tribes, from the east side unto the west side, Benjamin one,

24 S ulla frontiera di Beniamino, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Simeone, una parte.

and by the border of Benjamin, from the east side unto the west side, Simeon one,

25 S ulla frontiera di Simeone, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Issacar, una parte.

and by the border of Simeon, from the east side unto the west side, Issachar one,

26 S ulla frontiera di Issacar, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Zabulon, una parte.

and by the border of Issachar, from the east side unto the west side, Zebulun one,

27 S ulla frontiera di Zabulon, dal confine orientale al confine occidentale: Gad, una parte.

and by the border of Zebulun, from the east side unto the west side, Gad one,

28 S ulla frontiera di Gad, dal lato meridionale, verso la regione meridionale, la frontiera sarà da Tamar fino alle acque di Meriba di Cades, fino al torrente che va nel mar Grande.

and by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border hath been from Tamar the waters of Meriboth-Kadesh, the stream by the great sea.

29 Q uesto è il paese che vi spartirete a sorte, come eredità delle tribù d’Israele, e queste ne sono le parti», dice il Signore, Dio.

This the land that ye separate by inheritance to the tribes of Israel, and these their portions -- an affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.

30 « Queste sono le uscite della città. Dal lato settentrionale, quattromilacinquecento cubiti misurati;

`And these the outgoings of the city on the north side, five hundred, and four thousand measures.

31 l e porte della città porteranno i nomi delle tribù d’Israele e ci saranno tre porte a settentrione: la Porta di Ruben, l’una; la Porta di Giuda, l’altra; la Porta di Levi, l’altra.

And the gates of the city according to the names of the tribes of Israel; three gates northward: the gate of Reuben one, the gate of Judah one, the gate of Levi one.

32 D al lato orientale, quattromilacinquecento cubiti e tre porte: la Porta di Giuseppe, l’una; la Porta di Beniamino, l’altra; la Porta di Dan, l’altra.

And on the east side five hundred, and four thousand, and three gates: the gate of Joseph one, the gate of Benjamin one, the gate of Dan one.

33 D al lato meridionale, quattromilacinquecento cubiti e tre porte: la Porta di Simeone, l’una; la Porta di Issacar, l’altra; la Porta di Zabulon, l’altra.

And the south side five hundred, and four thousand measures, and three gates: the gate of Simeon one, the gate of Issachar one, the gate of Zebulun one.

34 D al lato occidentale, quattromilacinquecento cubiti e tre porte: la Porta di Gad, l’una; la Porta di Ascer, l’altra; la Porta di Neftali, l’altra.

The west side five hundred, and four thousand, their gates three: the gate of Gad one, the gate of Asher one, the gate of Naphtali one.

35 I l perimetro sarà di diciottomila cubiti. Da quel giorno, il nome della città sarà: “Il Signore è là”».

Round about eighteen thousand, and the renown of the city from the day Jehovah there.'
