1 A nd Jesus, getting into a boat, crossed to the other side and came to His own town.

Тогава Той влезе в една ладия, премина и дойде в Своя Си град.

2 A nd behold, they brought to Him a man paralyzed and prostrated by illness, lying on a sleeping pad; and when Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralyzed man, Take courage, son; your sins are forgiven and the penalty remitted.

И, ето, донесоха при Него един паралитик, сложен на постелка; и Исус като видя вярата им, рече на паралитика: Дерзай, синко; прощават ти се греховете.

3 A nd behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, This man blasphemes!

И, ето, някои от книжниците си казаха: Този богохулствува.

4 B ut Jesus, knowing ( seeing) their thoughts, said, Why do you think evil and harbor malice in your hearts?

А Исус, като узна помислите им, рече: Защо мислите зло в сърцата си?

5 F or which is easier: to say, Your sins are forgiven and the penalty remitted, or to say, Get up and walk?

Защото кое е по-лесно, да река: Прощават ти се греховете, или да река: Стани и ходи?

6 B ut in order that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins and remit the penalty, He then said to the paralyzed man, Get up! Pick up your sleeping pad and go to your own house.

Но, за да познаете, че Човешкият Син има власт на земята да прощава греховете (тогава каза на паралитика): Стани, вдигни си постелката и иди у дома си.

7 A nd he got up and went away to his own house.

И той стана и отиде у дома си.

8 W hen the crowds saw it, they were struck with fear and awe; and they recognized God and praised and thanked Him, Who had given such power and authority to men.

А множествата, като видяха това, страх ги обзе и прославиха Бога, Който бе дал такава власт на човеците.

9 A s Jesus passed on from there, He saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax collector’s office; and He said to him, Be My disciple. And he rose and followed Him.

И като минаваше оттам, Исус видя един човек, на име Матей, седящ в бирничеството; и рече му: Върви след Мене. И той стана да Го последва.

10 A nd as Jesus reclined at table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat (reclined) with Him and His disciples.

И когато бе седнал на трапезата в къщата, ето, мнозина бирници и грешници дойдоха и насядаха с Исуса и с учениците Му.

11 A nd when the Pharisees saw this, they said to His disciples, Why does your Master eat with tax collectors and those sinful?

И фарисеите, като видяха това, рекоха на учениците Му: Защо яде вашият учител с бирниците и грешниците?

12 B ut when Jesus heard it, He replied, Those who are strong and well (healthy) have no need of a physician, but those who are weak and sick.

А Той, като чу това, рече: Здравите нямат нужда от лекар, а болните.

13 G o and learn what this means: I desire mercy '> readiness to help those in trouble] and not sacrifice and sacrificial victims. For I came not to call and invite the righteous (those who are upright and in right standing with God), but sinners (the erring ones and all those not free from sin).

Но идете и научете се що значи тази дума: “Милост искам, а не жертви”, защото не съм дошъл да призова праведните, а грешните.

14 T hen the disciples of John came to Jesus, inquiring, Why is it that we and the Pharisees fast often,, but Your disciples do not fast?

Тогава дохождат при Него Йоановите ученици и казват: Защо ние и фарисеите постим много, а Твоите ученици не постят?

15 A nd Jesus replied to them, Can the wedding guests mourn while the bridegroom is still with them? The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast.

Исус им каза: Могат ли сватбарите да жалеят, докато е с тях младоженецът? Ще дойде обаче, време, когато младоженецът ще им се отнеме; и тогава ще постят.

16 A nd no one puts a piece of cloth that has not been shrunk on an old garment, for such a patch tears away from the garment and a worse rent (tear) is made.

Никой не кърпи вехта дреха с невалян плат; защото това, което трябваше да я запълни, отдира от дрехата, и съдраното става по-лошо.

17 N either is new wine put in old wineskins; for if it is, the skins burst and are torn in pieces, and the wine is spilled and the skins are ruined. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.

Нито наливат ново вино във вехти мехове; инак, меховете се спукват, виното изтича, и меховете се изхабяват. Но наливат ново вино в нови мехове, та и двете се запазват.

18 W hile He was talking this way to them, behold, a ruler entered and, kneeling down, worshiped Him, saying, My daughter has just now died; but come and lay Your hand on her, and she will come to life.

Когато им говореше това, ето, един началник дойде и им се кланяше, и казваше: Дъщеря ми току що умря; но дойди и възложи ръката Си на нея и тя ще оживее.

19 A nd Jesus got up and accompanied him, with His disciples.

И, като стана, Исус отиде подир него, тоже и учениците Му.

20 A nd behold, a woman who had suffered from a flow of blood for twelve years came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His garment;

И, ето, една жена, която имаше кръвотечение дванадесет години, приближи се изотзад и се допря до полата на дрехата Му;

21 F or she kept saying to herself, If I only touch His garment, I shall be restored to health.

защото си думаше: Ако се допра до дрехата Му, ще оздравея.

22 J esus turned around and, seeing her, He said, Take courage, daughter! Your faith has made you well. And at once the woman was restored to health.

А Исус като се обърна и я видя, рече: Дерзай, дъщерьо; твоята вяра те изцели. И от същия час жената оздравя.

23 A nd when Jesus came to the ruler’s house and saw the flute players and the crowd making an uproar and din,

И когато дойде Исус в къщата на началника, и видя свирачите и народа разтревожен, рече:

24 H e said, Go away; for the girl is not dead but sleeping. And they laughed and jeered at Him.

Идете си, защото момичето не е умряло, но спи. А те Му се присмиваха.

25 B ut when the crowd had been ordered to go outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.

А като изпъдиха народа, Той влезе и я хвана за ръката; и момичето стана.

26 A nd the news about this spread through all that district.

И това са разчу по цялата оная страна.

27 A s Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed Him, shouting loudly, Have pity and mercy on us, Son of David!

И когато Исус си отиваше оттам, подир Него вървяха двама слепи, които викаха, казвайки: Смили се за нас, Сине Давидов!

28 W hen He reached the house and went in, the blind men came to Him, and Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes, Lord.

И като влезе вкъщи, слепите се приближиха до Него; и Исус им казва: Вярвате ли че мога да сторя това? Казват Му: Вярваме, Господи.

29 T hen He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith and trust and reliance be it done to you;

Тогава Той се допря до очите им, и рече: Нека ви бъде според вярата ви.

30 A nd their eyes were opened. And Jesus earnestly and sternly charged them, See that you let no one know about this.

И очите им се отвориха. А Исус им заръча строго, като каза: Внимавайте никой да не знае това.

31 B ut they went off and blazed and spread His fame abroad throughout that whole district.

А те, като излязоха разгласиха славата Му по цялата оная страна.

32 A nd while they were going away, behold, a dumb man under the power of a demon was brought to Jesus.

И когато те излизаха, ето, доведоха при Него един ням човек, хванат от бяс.

33 A nd when the demon was driven out, the dumb man spoke; and the crowds were stunned with bewildered wonder, saying, Never before has anything like this been seen in Israel.

И след като бе изгонен бесът, немият проговори; и множествата се чудеха и думаха: Никога не се е виждало такова нещо в Израиля.

34 B ut the Pharisees said, He drives out demons through and with the help of the prince of demons.

А фарисеите казваха: Чрез началника на бесовете Той изгонва бесовете.

35 A nd Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news (the Gospel) of the kingdom and curing all kinds of disease and every weakness and infirmity.

Тогава Исус обикаляше всичките градове и села и поучаваше в синагогите им и проповядваше благовестието на царството; и изцеляваше всякаква болест и всякаква немощ.

36 W hen He saw the throngs, He was moved with pity and sympathy for them, because they were bewildered (harassed and distressed and dejected and helpless), like sheep without a shepherd.

А когато видя множествата, смили се за тях, защото бяха отрудени и пръснати като овце, които нямат пастир.

37 T hen He said to His disciples, The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few.

Тогава рече на учениците Си: Жетвата и изобилна, а работниците малко;

38 S o pray to the Lord of the harvest to force out and thrust laborers into His harvest.

затова, молете се на Господаря на жетвата да изпрати работници на жетвата Си.
