1 Г осподи, не в ярости упрекай меня и не во гневе наказывай.

Jehovah, rebuke me not in thy wrath; neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

2 В едь стрелы Твои пронзили меня, и рука Твоя на мне тяжела.

For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand cometh down upon me.

3 О т гнева Твоего нет на теле моем здорового места. От греха моего не осталось здоровья в костях моих.

There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine indignation; no peace in my bones, because of my sin.

4 Г рехи мои меня поглотили; Они, как бремя, отягощают меня.

For mine iniquities are gone over my head: as a heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

5 М ои раны смердят и гноятся из-за безумия моего.

My wounds stink, they are corrupt, because of my foolishness.

6 Я согбен и совсем поник; весь день хожу скорбя.

I am depressed; I am bowed down beyond measure; I go mourning all the day.

7 П алящей болью полны мои бедра, нет на теле моем здорового места.

For my loins are full of burning, and there is no soundness in my flesh.

8 Я изнемог и полностью сокрушен, и от муки сердца кричу.

I am faint and broken beyond measure; I roar by reason of the agitation of my heart.

9 В се мои желания перед Тобой, Владыка, и вздохи мои от Тебя не скрыты.

Lord, all my desire is before thee, and my sighing is not hid from thee.

10 С ердце мое колотится, силы мне изменили, даже свет в глазах моих меркнет.

My heart throbbeth, my strength hath left me; and the light of mine eyes, it also is no more with me.

11 М ои друзья и те, кто любит меня, из-за язв меня избегают, и соседи мои стоят вдалеке.

My lovers and mine associates stand aloof from my stroke; and my kinsmen stand afar off.

12 Т е, кто хочет убить меня, ставят мне сети; те, кто хочет мне зла, говорят о моей погибели; целый день они строят козни.

And they that seek after my life lay snares; and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and meditate deceits all the day long.

13 А я, как глухой, не слышу, как немой, не размыкаю уст.

But I, as a deaf, hear not; and am as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.

14 Д а, я стал как тот, кто не слышит, в чьих устах не найти ответа.

Yea, I am as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs.

15 Г осподи, на Тебя я уповаю; Ты ответишь, Владыка, мой Бог.

For in thee, Jehovah, do I hope: thou wilt answer, O Lord my God.

16 Я сказал: «Не дай им торжествовать и кичиться передо мной, когда мои ноги колеблются».

For I said, Let them not rejoice over me! When my foot slipped, they magnified against me.

17 Я близок к падению, и боль моя передо мной всегда.

For I am ready to halt, and my pain is continually before me.

18 Я признаю мое беззаконие и скорблю о моем грехе.

For I will declare mine iniquity, I am grieved for my sin.

19 М огущественны и крепки те, кто враждует со мной; умножились ненавидящие меня без причины.

But mine enemies are lively, they are strong; and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied:

20 З лом воздают мне за добро враждуют со мною за то, что добру я следую.

And they that render evil for good are adversaries unto me; because I pursue what is good.

21 Г осподи, не оставь меня! Не удаляйся от меня, мой Бог.

Forsake me not, Jehovah; O my God, be not far from me.

22 П оспеши мне на помощь, Владыка, мой Спаситель!

Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation.
