1 ¡ Dichosos todos los que honran al Señor! ¡Dichosos los que van por sus caminos!

Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is everyone who fears, reveres, and worships the Lord, who walks in His ways and lives according to His commandments.

2 ¡ Dichoso serás, y te irá bien, cuando te alimentes del fruto de tu trabajo!

For you shall eat of the labor of your hands; happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) shall you be, and it shall be well with you.

3 E n la intimidad de tu casa, tu esposa será como una vid con muchas uvas; alrededor de tu mesa tus hijos serán como retoños de olivo.

Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of your house; your children shall be like olive plants round about your table.

4 A sí bendice el Señor a todo aquel que le honra.

Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord.

5 ¡ Que el Señor te bendiga desde el monte Sión! ¡Que veas en vida el bienestar de Jerusalén!

May the Lord bless you out of Zion, and may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life;

6 ¡ Que llegues a ver a tus nietos! ¡Que haya paz en Israel!
