1 « En esos días, y llegado el momento, haré que Judá y Jerusalén vuelvan del cautiverio.

For behold, in those days and at that time when I shall reverse the captivity and restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,

2 E ntonces reuniré a todas las naciones, y las llevaré al valle de Josafat, y allí entraré en juicio con ellas, porque ellas esparcieron entre las naciones a mi pueblo Israel, y repartieron mi propia tierra,

I will gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, and there will I deal with and execute judgment upon them for My people and of My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations and they have divided My land.

3 e charon suertes sobre mi pueblo, entregaron a los niños a cambio de una prostituta, y vendieron a las niñas a cambio de vino para emborracharse.

And they have cast lots for My people, and have given a boy for a harlot and have sold a girl for juice and have drunk it.

4 » ¿Qué tengo yo que ver con ustedes, Tiro y Sidón, y con todo el territorio de Filistea? ¿Acaso quieren vengarse de mí? Porque, si ustedes se vengan de mí, ¡muy pronto haré que su merecido recaiga sobre su cabeza!

Yes, and what are you to Me, O Tyre and Sidon and all the divisions of Philistia? Will you pay Me back for something? Even if you pay Me back, swiftly and speedily I will return your deed upon your own head,

5 P orque ustedes se llevaron mi plata y mi oro, y todas mis cosas bellas y hermosas, y las metieron en sus templos.

Because you have taken My silver and My gold and have carried into your temples and palaces My precious treasures,

6 A demás, a los hijos de Judá y de Jerusalén los vendieron a los griegos, para alejarlos de su tierra.

And have sold the children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem to the sons of the Grecians, that you may remove them far from their border.

7 P or eso yo los traeré de ese país donde los vendieron, y a ustedes le daré su merecido:

Behold, I will stir them up out of the place to which you have sold them and will return your deed upon your own head.

8 v enderé sus hijos y sus hijas a los hijos de Judá, y ellos los venderán a los sabeos, que son una nación lejana; porque yo, el Señor, lo he dicho.

I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they will sell them to the Sabeans, to a nation far off, for the Lord has spoken it.

9 » ¡Proclamen la guerra entre las naciones! ¡Despierten a los valientes y acérquense! ¡Vengan todos los hombres de guerra!

Proclaim this among the nations: Prepare war! Stir up the mighty men! Let all the men of war draw near, let them come up.

10 ¡ Tomen sus azadones y sus hoces, y con ese metal hagan espadas y lanzas! ¡Que saque el débil fuerza de flaqueza!

Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears; let the weak say, I am strong!

11 Y ustedes todas, naciones vecinas, ¡júntense y vengan! ¡Reúnanse! Yo, el Señor, haré que tus fuertes acudan a este llamado.

Hasten and come, all you nations round about, and assemble yourselves; there You, O Lord, will bring down Your mighty ones (Your warriors).

12 ¡ Que se despierten las naciones y suban al valle de Josafat! Yo voy a sentarme allí para juzgar a todas las naciones de alrededor.

Let the nations bestir themselves and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat, for there will I sit to judge all the nations round about.

13 ¡ Echen mano a la hoz, que la mies ya está madura! ¡Vengan acá, que el lagar está rebosante! ¡Llenen las cubas, que ya es demasiada la maldad de ellos!» Liberación de Judá

Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe; come, get down and tread the grapes, for the winepress is full; the vats overflow, for the wickedness is great.

14 S on muchos los pueblos en el valle de la decisión, porque ya se acerca el día del Señor en el valle de la decisión.

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.

15 E l sol y la luna se oscurecerán, y las estrellas opacarán su resplandor.

The sun and the moon are darkened and the stars withdraw their shining.

16 D esde Sión, el Señor lanzará un rugido; desde Jerusalén, dejará oír su voz. Los cielos y la tierra se estremecerán, pero el Señor será la esperanza de su pueblo y la fortaleza de los hijos de Israel.

The Lord will thunder and roar from Zion and utter His voice from Jerusalem, and the heavens and the earth shall shake; but the Lord will be a refuge for His people and a stronghold to the children of Israel.

17 « Entonces sabrán ustedes que yo soy el Señor su Dios, y que habito en Sión, mi santo monte. Jerusalén será una ciudad santa, y ningún extraños volverá a pasar por ella.»

So shall you know, understand, and realize that I am the Lord your God, dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain. Then shall Jerusalem be holy, and strangers and foreigners shall no more pass through it.

18 C uando llegue ese momento, los montes destilarán mosto, por las colinas fluirá leche, y por todos los arroyos de Judá correrán aguas. En la casa del Señor brotará un manantial, que regará el valle de Sitín.

And in that day, the mountains shall drip with fresh juice and the hills shall flow with milk; and all the brooks and riverbeds of Judah shall flow with water, and a fountain shall come forth from the house of the Lord and shall water the Valley of Shittim.

19 P or causa de la injuria inferida a los hijos de Judá, Egipto será destruido, y Edom quedará hecho un desierto desolado, pues en su tierra derramaron sangre inocente.

Egypt shall be a desolation and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness for their violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.

20 P ero Judá será habitada para siempre, lo mismo que Jerusalén por todas las generaciones.

But Judah shall remain and be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.

21 Y el Señor limpiará la sangre derramada, la cual no quedará sin castigo. Y el Señor habitará en Sión.

And I will cleanse and hold as innocent their blood and avenge it, blood which I have not cleansed, held innocent, and avenged, for the Lord dwells in Zion.
