1 A nd there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,

Cuvîntul Domnului mi -a vorbit astfel:

2 ` Son of man, prophesy concerning shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and thou hast said unto them: To the shepherds, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Wo the shepherds of Israel, Who have been feeding themselves! The flock do not the shepherds feed?

Fiul omului, prooroceşte împotriva păstorilor sufleteşti ai lui Israel! Prooroceşte, şi spune-le lor, păstorilor:, Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu:, Vai de păstorii lui Israel, cari se pasc pe ei înşişi! Nu trebuie păstorii să pască turma?

3 T he fat ye do eat, and the wool ye put on, The fed one ye slaughter, the flock ye feed not.

Voi mîncaţi grăsimea, vă îmbrăcaţi cu lîna, tăiaţi ce e gras, dar nu paşteţi oile.

4 T he weak ye have not strengthened, And the sick one ye have not healed, And the broken ye have not bound up, And the driven away have not brought back, And the lost ye have not sought, And with might ye have ruled them and with rigour.

Nu întăriţi pe cele slabe, nu vindecaţi pe cea bolnavă, nu legaţi pe cea rănită; n'aduceţi înapoi pe cea rătăcită, nu căutaţi pe cea pierdută, ci le stăpîniţi cu asuprire şi cu asprime!

5 A nd they are scattered from want of a shepherd, And are for food to every beast of the field, Yea, they are scattered.

Astfel ele s'au risipit, pentrucă n'aveau păstor; au ajuns prada tuturor fiarelor cîmpului, şi s'au risipit.

6 G o astray do My flock on all the mountains, And on every high hill, And on all the face of the land have My flock been scattered, And there is none inquiring, and none seeking.

Turma Mea rătăceşte pe toţi munţii şi pe toate dealurile înalte; oile Mele sînt risipite pe toată faţa ţării, şi nimeni nu îngrijeşte de ele, nici nu le caută!``

7 T herefore, shepherds, hear a word of Jehovah:

De aceea, păstorilor, ascultaţi Cuvîntul Domnului!

8 I live -- an affirmation of the Lord Jehovah, If not, because of My flock being for a prey, Yea, My flock is for food to every beast of the field, Because there is no shepherd, And My shepherds have not sought My flock, And the shepherds do feed themselves, And My flock they have not fed.

Pe viaţa Mea, zice Domnul Dumnezeu, pentrucă oile Mele au ajuns de jaf şi sînt prada tuturor fiarelor cîmpului, din lipsă de păstor, pentrucă păstorii Mei n'au nicio grijă de oile Mele, ci se păşteau numai pe ei înşişi, şi nu păşteau oile Mele``, -

9 T herefore, O shepherds, hear a word of Jehovah:

de aceea, păstorilor, ascultaţi Cuvîntul Domnului!

10 T hus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I against the shepherds, And have required My flock from their hand, And caused them to cease from feeding the flock, And no more do the shepherds feed themselves, And I have delivered My flock from their mouth, And they are not to them for food.

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu:,, Iată, am necaz pe păstori! Îmi voi lua înapoi oile din mînile lor, nu -i voi mai lăsa să-Mi pască oile, şi nu se vor mai paşte nici pe ei înşişi; căci Îmi voi izbăvi oile din gura lor, şi nu le vor mai sluji ca hrană!``

11 F or thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I -- even I, have required My flock, And I have sought it out.

Căci aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu:,, Iată, mă voi îngriji Eu însumi de oile Mele, şi le voi cerceta!

12 A s a shepherd's searching of his drove, In the day of his being in the midst of his scattered flock, so I do seek My flock, And have delivered them out of all places, Whither they have been scattered, In a day of cloud and thick darkness.

Cum îşi cercetează un păstor turma cînd este în mijlocul oilor sale împrăştiate, aşa Îmi voi cerceta Eu oile, şi le voi strînge din toate locurile pe unde au fost risipite în ziua plină de nori şi negură.

13 A nd brought them out from the peoples, And have gathered them from the lands, And brought them unto their own ground, And have fed them on mountains of Israel, By streams, and by all dwellings of the land.

Le voi scoate dintre popoare, le voi strînge din felurite ţări, şi le voi aduce înapoi în ţara lor; le voi paşte pe munţii lui Israel, dealungul rîurilor, şi în toate locurile locuite ale ţării.

14 W ith good pasture I do feed them, And on mountains of the high place of Israel is their habitation, There do they lie down in a good habitation, And fat pastures they enjoy on mountains of Israel.

Le voi paşte pe o păşune bună, şi stîna lor va fi pe munţii cei înalţi ai lui Israel; acolo se vor odihni într'un staul plăcut, şi vor avea păşuni grase pe munţii lui Israel.

15 I feed My flock, and cause them to lie down, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.

Eu însumi Îmi voi paşte oile, Eu le voi duce la odihnă, zice Domnul Dumnezeu.``

16 T he lost I seek, and the driven away bring back, And the broken I bind up, and the sick I strengthen, And the fat and the strong I destroy, I feed it with judgment.

Voi căuta pe cea perdută, voi aduce înapoi pe cea rătăcită, voi lega pe cea rănită, şi voi întări pe cea slabă. Dar voi păzi pe cele grase şi pline de vlagă: vreau să le pasc cum se cade.``

17 A nd you, My flock, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am judging between sheep and sheep, Between rams and he-goats.

voi, oile Mele, aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu:, Iată, voi judeca între oaie şi oaie, între berbeci şi ţapi.

18 I s it a little thing for you -- the good pasture ye enjoy, And the remnant of your pasture ye tread down with your feet, And a depth of waters ye do drink, And the remainder with your feet ye trample,

Este prea puţin pentru voi că paşteţi în păşunea cea bună, de mai călcaţi în picioare şi cealaltă parte a păşunei voastre? Că beţi o apă limpede, de mai turburaţi şi pe cealaltă cu picioarele?

19 A nd My flock the trodden thing of your feet consumeth, And the trampled thing of your feet drinketh?

Şi oile Mele trebuie apoi să pască ce aţi călcat voi cu picioarele voastre, şi să bea ce aţi turburat voi cu picioarele voastre!`

20 T herefore, thus said the Lord Jehovah to them: Lo, I -- even I, have judged between fat sheep and lean sheep.

Deaceea, aşa le vorbeşte Domnul, Dumnezeu:,, Iată că voi judeca între oaia grasă şi oaia slabă.

21 B ecause with side and with shoulder ye thrust away, And with your horns push all the diseased, Till ye have scattered them to the out-place,

Pentrucă aţi izbit cu coasta şi cu umărul, şi aţi împuns cu coarnele voastre toate oile slabe, pînă le-aţi izgonit,

22 A nd I have given safety to My flock, And they are not any more for prey, And I have judged between sheep and sheep.

voi veni în ajutorul oilor Mele, ca să nu mai fie jaf, şi voi judeca între oaie şi oaie.

23 A nd have raised up over them one shepherd, And he hath fed them -- my servant David, He doth feed them, and he is their shepherd,

Voi pune peste ele un singur păstor, care le va paşte, şi anume pe Robul Meu David; El le va paşte, El va fi păstorul lor.

24 A nd I, Jehovah, I am their God, And My servant David prince in their midst, I, Jehovah, have spoken.

Eu, Domnul, voi fi Dumnezeul lor, şi Robul Meu David va fi voivod în mijlocul lor. Eu, Domnul, am vorbit!

25 A nd I have made for them a covenant of peace, And caused evil beasts to cease out of the land, And they have dwelt in a wilderness confidently, And they have slept in forests.

Voi încheia cu ele un legămînt de pace, şi voi îndepărta din ţară toate fiarele sălbatice; ele vor locui în linişte în pustie, şi vor putea dormi în mijlocul pădurilor.

26 A nd I have given them, and the suburbs of my hill, a blessing, And caused the shower to come down in its season, Showers of blessing they are.

Le voi face, pe ele şi împrejurimile dealului Meu, o pricină de binecuvîntare; le voi trimete ploaie la vreme, şi aceasta va fi o ploaie binecuvîntată!

27 A nd given hath the tree of the field its fruit, And the land doth give her increase, And they have been on their land confident, And they have known that I Jehovah, In My breaking the bands of their yoke, And I have delivered them from the hand of those laying service on them.

Pomul de pe cîmp îşi va da roada, şi pămîntul îşi va da rodurile. Ele vor fi liniştite în ţara lor şi vor şti că Eu sînt Domnul, cînd voi rupe legăturile jugului lor, şi cînd le voi izbăvi din mîna celorce le asupresc.

28 A nd they are no more a prey to nations, And the beast of the earth devoureth them not, And they have dwelt confidently, And there is none troubling.

Nu vor mai fi de jaf între neamuri, nu le vor mînca fiarele din ţară, ci vor locui în linişte, şi nu le va mai turbura nimeni.

29 A nd I have raised for them a plant for renown, And they are no more consumed by hunger in the land, And they bear no more the shame of the nations.

Le voi pune un răsad căruia i se va duce faima; nu vor mai fi mistuite de foame în ţară, şi nu vor mai purta ocara neamurilor.

30 A nd they have known that I, Jehovah, their God, with them, And they -- the house of Israel -- My people, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.

Şi vor şti astfel că Eu, Domnul, Dumnezeul lor, sînt cu ele, şi că ele sînt poporul Meu, ele, casa lui Israel, zice Domnul Dumnezeu.``

31 A nd ye, My flock, the flock of My pasture, Men ye -- I your God, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah!'

Voi sînteţi oile Mele, oile păşunei Mele, şi Eu sînt Dumnezeul vostru, zice Domnul Dumnezeu.``
