1 B rethren, if a man also may be overtaken in any trespass, ye who spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering thyself -- lest thou also may be tempted;

Fraţilor, chiar dacă un om ar cădea deodată în vreo greşală, voi, cari sînteţi duhovniceşti, să -l ridicaţi cu duhul blîndeţei. Şi ia seama la tine însuţi, ca să nu fii ispitit şi tu.

2 o f one another the burdens bear ye, and so fill up the law of the Christ,

Purtaţi-vă sarcinile unii altora, şi veţi împlini astfel Legea lui Hristos.

3 f or if any one doth think to be something -- being nothing -- himself he doth deceive;

Dacă vreunul crede că este ceva, măcar că nu este nimic, se înşală singur.

4 a nd his own work let each one prove, and then in regard to himself alone the glorying he shall have, and not in regard to the other,

Fiecare să-şi cerceteze fapta lui, şi atunci va avea cu ce să se laude numai în ce -l priveşte pe el, şi nu cu privire la alţii;

5 f or each one his own burden shall bear.

căci fiecare îşi va purta sarcina lui însuş.

6 A nd let him who is instructed in the word share with him who is instructing -- in all good things.

Cine primeşte învăţătura în Cuvînt, să facă parte din toate bunurile lui şi celui ce -l învaţă.

7 B e not led astray; God is not mocked; for what a man may sow -- that also he shall reap,

Nu vă înşelaţi:,, Dumnezeu nu Se lasă să fie batjocorit.`` Ce samănă omul, aceea va şi secera.

8 b ecause he who is sowing to his own flesh, of the flesh shall reap corruption; and he who is sowing to the Spirit, of the Spirit shall reap life age-during;

Cine samănă în firea lui pămîntească, va secera din firea pămîntească putrezirea; dar cine samănă în Duhul, va secera din Duhul viaţa vecinică.

9 a nd in the doing good we may not be faint-hearted, for at the proper time we shall reap -- not desponding;

Să nu obosim în facerea binelui; căci la vremea potrivită, vom secera, dacă nu vom cădea de oboseală.

10 t herefore, then, as we have opportunity, may we work the good to all, and especially unto those of the household of the faith.

Aşa dar, cît avem prilej, să facem bine la toţi, şi mai ales fraţilor în credinţă.

11 Y e see in how large letters I have written to you with my own hand;

Uitaţi-vă cu ce slove mari v'am scris, cu însăş mîna mea!

12 a s many as are willing to make a good appearance in the flesh, these constrain you to be circumcised -- only that for the cross of the Christ they may not be persecuted,

Toţi ceice umblă după plăcerea oamenilor, vă silesc să primiţi tăerea împrejur, numai ca să nu sufere ei prigonire pentru Crucea lui Hristos.

13 f or neither do those circumcised themselves keep the law, but they wish you to be circumcised, that in your flesh they may glory.

Căci nici ei, cari au primit tăierea împrejur, nu păzesc Legea; ci voiesc doar ca voi să primiţi tăierea împrejur, pentruca să se laude ei cu trupul vostru.

14 A nd for me, let it not be -- to glory, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which to me the world hath been crucified, and I to the world;

În ce mă priveşte, departe de mine gîndul să mă laud cu altceva decît cu crucea Domnului nostru Isus Hristos, prin care lumea este răstignită faţă de mine, şi eu faţă de lume!

15 f or in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation;

Căci în Hristos Isus nici tăierea împrejur, nici netăierea împrejur nu sînt nimic, ci a fi o făptură nouă.

16 a nd as many as by this rule do walk -- peace upon them, and kindness, and on the Israel of God!

Şi peste toţi ceice vor umbla după dreptarul acesta şi peste Israelul lui Dumnezeu să fie pace şi îndurare!

17 H enceforth, let no one give me trouble, for I the scars of the Lord Jesus in my body do bear.

De acum încolo nimeni să nu mă mai necăjească, pentrucă port semnele Domnului Isus pe trupul meu.

18 T he grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with your spirit, brethren! Amen.
