1 “ Make the altar of acacia wood. It will be as long and as wide as three steps, and as tall as a man’s chest.

Du sollst einen Altar machen von Akazienholz, fünf Ellen lang und breit, daß er gleich viereckig sei, und drei Ellen hoch.

2 M ake horns for it on its four corners. They will be of one piece and covered with brass.

Hörner sollst du auf seinen vier Ecken machen und sollst ihn mit Erz überziehen.

3 M ake its pails for taking away its ashes, its tools for picking up the ashes, its pots, meat-hooks and fire-holders. Make all of these out of brass.

Mache auch Aschentöpfe, Schaufeln, Becken, Gabeln, Kohlenpfannen; alle seine Geräte sollst du aus Erz machen.

4 M ake a net for it out of brass, with four rings of brass at its four corners.

Du sollst auch ein ehernes Gitter machen wie ein Netz und vier eherne Ringe an seine vier Enden.

5 P ut it under the altar so that the net comes up to the center of the altar.

Du sollst's aber von untenauf um den Altar machen, daß das Gitter reiche bis mitten an den Altar.

6 M ake long, straight pieces of acacia wood for the altar. And cover them with brass.

Und sollst auch Stangen machen zu dem Altar von Akazienholz, mit Erz überzogen.

7 P ut the long pieces of wood through the rings on each side of the altar when it is carried.

Und man soll die Stangen in die Ringe tun, daß die Stangen seien an beiden Seiten des Altars, wenn man ihn trägt.

8 M ake the altar with pieces of wood so it is empty inside. Make it as it was shown to you on the mountain. The Open Spaces

Und sollst ihn also von Brettern machen, daß er inwendig hohl sei, wie dir auf dem Berge gezeigt ist.

9 “ Make the open space of the meeting tent. On the south side there will be curtains for the open space. Make them of fine linen, as long as fifty long steps.

Du sollst auch der Wohnung einen Hof machen, einen Umhang von gezwirnter weißer Leinwand, auf einer Seite hundert Ellen lang, gegen Mittag,

10 T hey will hang from twenty pillars which are put on twenty bases of brass. The hooks of the pillars and their rings will be made of silver.

und zwanzig Säulen auf zwanzig ehernen Füßen, und ihre Haken mit ihren Querstäben von Silber.

11 D o the same for the north side. There will be curtains as long as fifty long steps, and twenty pillars with twenty bases of brass. The hooks of the pillars and their rings will be made of silver.

Also auch gegen Mitternacht soll sein ein Umhang, hundert Ellen lang, zwanzig Säulen auf zwanzig ehernen Füßen, und ihre Haken mit ihren Querstäben von Silber.

12 O n the west side of the open space there will be curtains as long as twenty-five long steps. They will have ten pillars with ten bases.

Aber gegen Abend soll die Breite des Hofes haben einen Umhang, fünfzig Ellen lang, zehn Säulen auf zehn Füßen.

13 A nd the east side of the open space will be as wide as twenty-five long steps.

Gegen Morgen aber soll die Breite des Hofes haben fünfzig Ellen,

14 “ The curtains for one side of the gate will be as long as seven steps. They will have three pillars with three bases.

also daß der Umhang habe auf einer Seite fünfzehn Ellen, dazu drei Säulen auf drei Füßen,

15 O n the other side there will be curtains as long as seven steps, with three pillars and three bases.

und wieder fünfzehn Ellen auf der andern Seite, dazu drei Säulen auf drei Füßen;

16 H ave an able workman make a curtain out of fine linen for the gate of the open space. It will be blue, purple and red, and as long as ten long steps. It will have four pillars with four bases.

aber im Tor des Hofes soll ein Tuch sein, zwanzig Ellen breit, gewirkt von blauem und rotem Purpur, Scharlach und gezwirnter weißer Leinwand, dazu vier Säulen auf ihren vier Füßen.

17 A ll the pillars around the open space will have silver hooks, silver rings, and their bases of brass.

Alle Säulen um den Hof her sollen silberne Querstäbe und silberne Haken und eherne Füße haben.

18 T he open space will be as long as fifty long steps, as wide as twenty-five long steps, and as high as a man raises his hand. It will have curtains of fine linen and the bases will be brass.

Und die Länge des Hofes soll hundert Ellen sein, die Breite fünfzig Ellen, die Höhe fünf Ellen, von gezwirnter weißer Leinwand, und seine Füße sollen ehern sein.

19 A ll the tools used in the meeting tent, all its nails, and all the nails for the open space will be made of brass. Care of the Lamp-Stand

Auch alle Geräte der Wohnung zu allerlei Amt und alle ihre Nägel und alle Nägel des Hofes sollen ehern sein.

20 “ Tell the people of Israel to bring you clear oil of beaten olives for the light, so a lamp may burn all the time.

Gebiete den Kindern Israel, daß sie zu dir bringen das allerreinste, lautere Öl von Ölbäumen, gestoßen, zur Leuchte, daß man täglich Lampen aufsetze

21 I n the meeting tent, outside the curtain which is in front of the Law, Aaron and his sons will take care of it from evening until morning before the Lord. It will be a law forever for the people of Israel.

in der Hütte des Stifts, außen vor dem Vorhang, der vor dem Zeugnis hängt. Und Aaron und seine Söhne sollen sie zurichten des Morgens und des Abends vor dem HERRN. Das soll euch eine ewige Weise sein auf eure Nachkommen unter den Kindern Israel.
