Я увидел семь ангелов, стоящих перед Богом, им были даны семь труб.

Потом подошел еще один ангел, державший золотой сосуд для возжигания благовоний, и встал рядом с жертвенником. Ему было дано много благовоний, чтобы он принес его вместе с молитвами всех святых на золотой жертвенник, что стоит перед троном.

4 A nd the smoke of the incense went up with the prayers of the saints, out of the hand of the angel before God.

Дым от благовоний вместе с молитвами святых поднялся от жертвенника, перед которым стоял ангел, к Богу.

5 A nd the angel took the censer, and filled it from the fire of the altar, and cast on the earth: and there were voices, and thunders and lightnings, and an earthquake.

6 A nd the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves that they might sound with trumpets.

Семь ангелов, у которых были трубы, приготовились трубить.

7 A nd the first sounded trumpet: and there was hail and fire, mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth; and the third part of the earth was burnt up, and the third part of the trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Первый ангел затрубил, и на землю пролились град и огонь, смешанные с кровью; третья часть земли сгорела, и третья часть деревьев сгорела, и вся зеленая трава сгорела.

8 A nd the second angel sounded trumpet: and as a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea, and the third part of the sea became blood;

Затрубил второй ангел, и нечто наподобие огромной горящей горы упало в море, и третья часть моря превратилась в кровь.

9 a nd the third part of the creatures which were in the sea which had life died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

Третья часть всего живущего в море умерла, и третья часть всех судов погибла.

10 A nd the third angel sounded trumpet: and there fell out of the heaven a great star, burning as a torch, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters.

Затрубил третий ангел, и с неба на третью часть рек и водных источников упала горящая, как факел, огромная звезда.

11 A nd the name of the star is called Wormwood; and the third part of the waters became wormwood, and many of the men died of the waters because they were made bitter.

Эта звезда называется Полынь. Третья часть воды стала горькой, как полынь, и от этой горькой воды погибло много людей.

12 A nd the fourth angel sounded trumpet: and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so that the third part of them should be darkened, and that the day should not appear the third part of it, and the night the same.

Затрубил четвертый ангел, и были поражены третья часть солнца, третья часть луны и третья часть звезд. Они вдруг потемнели, и третья часть дня, как и третья часть ночи, были лишены света.

13 A nd I saw, and I heard an eagle flying in mid-heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to them that dwell upon the earth, for the remaining voices of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound.

Потом я увидел и услышал орла, летящего посреди неба. Он громко кричал: – Горе! Горе! Горе жителям земли от звуков труб остальных трех ангелов, которые должны протрубить.
