And it came to pass on the day that Moses had made an end of setting up the tabernacle, and had anointed it and sanctified it, and all the furniture thereof, and the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them and sanctified them;

2 A llora i capi d’Israele, i primi delle case dei loro padri, che erano i capi delle tribù e che avevano presieduto al censimento, presentarono un’offerta

that the princes of Israel, the heads of their fathers' houses, offered. These were the princes of the tribes, these are they that were over them that were numbered:

3 e la portarono davanti al Signore: sei carri coperti e dodici buoi; vale a dire un carro ogni due capi e un bue per ogni capo; e li offrirono davanti al tabernacolo.

and they brought their oblation before Jehovah, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for every two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they presented them before the tabernacle.

4 I l Signore disse a Mosè:

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

5 « Prendi da loro queste offerte per impiegarle al servizio della tenda di convegno e dalle ai Leviti; a ciascuno secondo il suo incarico».

Take it of them, that they may be used in doing the service of the tent of meeting; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.

6 M osè prese dunque i carri e i buoi e li diede ai Leviti.

And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites.

7 D iede due carri e quattro buoi ai figli di Gherson, secondo i loro incarichi;

Two wagons and four oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service:

8 d iede quattro carri e otto buoi ai figli di Merari, secondo i loro incarichi, sotto la sorveglianza d’Itamar, figlio del sacerdote Aaronne;

and four wagons and eight oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according unto their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

9 m a ai figli di Cheat non diede nulla, perché avevano l’incarico degli oggetti sacri e dovevano portarli sulle spalle.

But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none, because the service of the sanctuary belonged unto them; they bare it upon their shoulders.

10 I capi presentarono la loro offerta per la dedicazione dell’altare, il giorno in cui esso fu unto; la presentarono davanti all’altare.

And the princes offered for the dedication of the altar in the day that it was anointed, even the princes offered their oblation before the altar.

11 I l Signore disse a Mosè: «I capi presenteranno la loro offerta uno per giorno, per la dedicazione dell’altare».

And Jehovah said unto Moses, They shall offer their oblation, each prince on his day, for the dedication of the altar.

12 C olui che presentò la sua offerta il primo giorno fu Nason, figlio di Amminadab, della tribù di Giuda;

And he that offered his oblation the first day was Nahshon the son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah:

13 e la sua offerta fu un piatto d’argento del peso di centotrenta sicli, una bacinella d’argento di settanta sicli, secondo il siclo del santuario, tutti e due pieni di fior di farina intrisa d’olio, per l’oblazione;

and his oblation was one silver platter, the weight whereof was a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meal-offering;

14 u na coppa d’oro di dieci sicli piena di incenso,

one golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense;

15 u n toro, un montone,

one young bullock, one ram, one he-lamb a year old, for a burnt-offering;

16 u n agnello dell’anno per l’olocausto, un capro per il sacrificio per il peccato,

one male of the goats for a sin-offering;

17 e , per il sacrificio di riconoscenza, due bovini, cinque montoni, cinque capri, cinque agnelli dell’anno. Tale fu l’offerta di Nason, figlio di Amminadab.

18 I l secondo giorno, Netaneel, figlio di Suar, capo d’Issacar, presentò la sua offerta.

On the second day Nethanel the son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, did offer:

24 I l terzo giorno fu Eliab, figlio di Chelon, capo dei figli di Zabulon.

42 I l sesto giorno fu Eliasaf, figlio di Deuel, capo dei figli di Gad.

On the sixth day Eliasaph the son of Deuel, prince of the children of Gad:

54 L ’ottavo giorno fu Gamaliel, figlio di Pedasur, capo dei figli di Manasse.

On the eighth day Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur, prince of the children of Manasseh:

84 Q uesti furono i doni per la dedicazione dell’altare, da parte dei capi d’Israele, il giorno in cui esso fu unto: dodici piatti d’argento, dodici bacinelle d’argento, dodici coppe d’oro;

This was the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve silver platters, twelve silver bowls, twelve golden spoons;

85 o gni piatto d’argento pesava centotrenta sicli e ogni bacinella d’argento, settanta; il totale dell’argento dei vasi fu duemilaquattrocento sicli, secondo il siclo del santuario;

each silver platter weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and each bowl seventy; all the silver of the vessels two thousand and four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary;

86 d odici coppe d’oro piene d’incenso, le quali, a dieci sicli per coppa, secondo il siclo del santuario, diedero, per l’oro delle coppe, un totale di centoventi sicli.

the twelve golden spoons, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary; all the gold of the spoons a hundred and twenty shekels;

87 T otale del bestiame per l’olocausto: dodici tori, dodici montoni, dodici agnelli dell’anno con le oblazioni ordinarie, e dodici capri per il sacrificio per il peccato.

all the oxen for the burnt-offering twelve bullocks, the rams twelve, the he-lambs a year old twelve, and their meal-offering; and the males of the goats for a sin-offering twelve;

88 T otale del bestiame per il sacrificio di riconoscenza: ventiquattro tori, sessanta montoni, sessanta capri, sessanta agnelli dell’anno. Tali furono i doni per la dedicazione dell’altare, dopo che esso fu unto.

and all the oxen for the sacrifice of peace-offerings twenty and four bullocks, the rams sixty, the he-goats sixty, the he-lambs a year old sixty. This was the dedication of the altar, after that it was anointed.

89 E quando Mosè entrava nella tenda di convegno per parlare con il Signore, udiva la voce che gli parlava dall’alto del propiziatorio che è sull’arca della testimonianza fra i due cherubini; e il Signore gli parlava.

And when Moses went into the tent of meeting to speak with him, then he heard the Voice speaking unto him from above the mercy-seat that was upon the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim: and he spake unto him.
