1 L ong ago God spoke to our early fathers in many different ways. He spoke through the early preachers.

2 B ut in these last days He has spoken to us through His Son. God gave His Son everything. It was by His Son that God made the world.

в края на тия дни говори нам чрез Сина, Когото постави наследник на всичко, чрез Когото и направи световете,

3 T he Son shines with the shining-greatness of the Father. The Son is as God is in every way. It is the Son Who holds up the whole world by the power of His Word. The Son gave His own life so we could be clean from all sin. After He had done that, He sat down on the right side of God in heaven. The Son Was Greater Than the Angels

Който, бидейки сияние на Неговата слава, и отпечатък на Неговото същество, и държейки всичко чрез Своето могъщо слово, след като извърши очищение на греховете, седна отдясно на Величието на високо,

4 T he Son of God was made greater and better than the angels. God gave Him a greater name than theirs.

и стана толкова по-горен от ангелите, колкото името, което е наследил, е по-горно от тяхното.

5 G od did not say to any of His angels, “You are My Son. Today I have become Your Father.” And He did not say to any angel, “I will be a Father to Him. He will be a Son to Me.”

Защото, кому от ангелите е рекъл <Бог> някога: - "Ти си Мой Син, Аз днес Те родих"; и пак: "Аз ще Му бъда Отец, и Той ще ми бъде Син"?

6 B ut when God brought His first-born Son, Jesus, into the world, He said, “Let all the angels of God worship Him.”

А когато пък въвежда Първородния във вселената, казва: - "И поклонете се Нему, всички Божии ангели".

7 H e said this about the angels, “He makes His angels to be winds. He makes His servants a burning fire.”

И за ангелите казва: - "Който прави ангелите Си <силни като> ветрове, И служителите Си <като> огнен пламък";

8 B ut about His Son, He says, “O God, Your throne will last forever. Whatever You say in Your nation is right and good.

А за Сина казва: - "Твоят престол, о Боже, е до вечни векове; И скиптърът на Твоето царство е скиптър на правота.

9 Y ou have loved what is right. You have hated what is wrong. That is why God, Your God, has chosen You. He has poured over You the oil of joy more than over anyone else.”

Възлюбил си правда, и намразил си беззаконие; За това, Боже, Твоят Бог Те е помазал с миро на радост повече от Твоите събратя".

10 H e said also, “Lord, You made the earth in the beginning. You made the heavens with Your hands.

и пак: "В началото Ти, Господи, си основал земята, И дело на Твоите ръце е небето;

11 T hey will be destroyed but You will always be here. They will all become old just as clothes become old.

Те ще изчезнат, а Ти пребъдваш; Да! те всички ще овехтеят като дреха,

12 Y ou will roll up the heavens like a coat. They will be changed. But You are always the same. You will never grow old.”

И като одежда ще ги свиеш, И те ще бъдат изменени; Но Ти си същият, И Твоите години няма да се свършат.

13 G od never said to any angel, “Sit at My right side, until I make those who hate You a place to rest Your feet.”

А кому от ангелите е рекъл някога: - "Седи отдясно Ми Докле положа враговете ти за твое подножие"?

14 A re not all the angels spirits who work for God? They are sent out to help those who are to be saved from the punishment of sin.

Не са ли те всички служебни духове, изпращани да слугуват на ония, които ще наследят спасение?
