1 A nd the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

Пак дойде към мене Господнето слово и каза:

2 S on of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,

Сине човешки, направи да познае Йерусалим мерзостите си, като кажеш:

3 a nd say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah unto Jerusalem: Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of the Canaanite: thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother a Hittite.

Така казва Господ Йехова на йерусалимската дъщеря: Произходът и рождението ти е от Ханаанската земя; баща ти беше амореец, а майка ти хетейка.

4 A nd as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water for cleansing; thou wast not rubbed with salt at all, nor swaddled at all.

А при раждането ти, в деня, когато си се родила, пъпът ти не е бил отрязан, нито си била къпана във вода, за да се очистиш, със сол не си била насолявана, нито в пелени повивана.

5 N o eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, from abhorrence of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

Око не те е пощадило, за да ти направи някои от тези неща и да те пожали; а в деня, когато си се родила, понеже са се погнусили от тебе, си била изхвърлена върху лицето на полето.

6 A nd I passed by thee, and saw thee weltering in thy blood, and I said unto thee, in thy blood, Live! yea, I said unto thee, in thy blood, Live!

И когато минах край теб и те видях, че се валяше в кръвта си, ти казах, както беше в кръвта си: Да си жива. Да! Казах ти, както беше в кръвта си: Да си жива.

7 I caused thee to multiply, as the bud of the field; and thou didst increase and grow great, and thou camest to fulness of beauty; breasts were fashioned, and thy hair grew: but thou wast naked and bare.

Направих те да нараснеш извънредно много - като полската трева; и ти порасна и стана голяма, и достигна превъзходна красота; гърдите ти се образуваха и космите ти растяха; но ти беше гола и непокрита.

8 A nd I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, and behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness; and I swore unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord Jehovah, and thou becamest mine.

И когато минах край теб и те погледнах, ето, възрастта ти беше любовна възраст; и така, като прострях полата Си върху теб и покрих голотата ти, клех ти се и встъпих в завет с тебе, казва Господ Йехова; и ти стана Моя.

9 A nd I washed thee with water, and thoroughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil;

Тогава те окъпах с вода. Да! Измих кръвта ти от теб и те помазах с миро.

10 a nd I clothed thee with embroidered work, and shod thee with badgers' skin, and I bound thee about with byssus, and covered thee with silk.

Облякох те още във везани дрехи и те обух с чехли от язовски кожи, опасах те с висон и те покрих с копринена покривалка.

11 A nd I decked thee with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a chain on thy neck;

Украсих те още с накити, сложих гривна на ръцете ти и огърлица - около шията ти,

12 a nd I put a ring on thy nose, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thy head.

сложих и колелце на ноздрите ти, обеци на ушите ти и славен венец на главата ти.

13 T hus wast thou decked with gold and silver, and thy raiment was byssus, and silk, and embroidered work. Thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil; and thou becamest exceedingly beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.

Така ти бе украсена със злато и сребро; и дрехите ти бяха от висон, коприна и везано; ти ядеше чисто брашно, мед и масло; и стана превъзходно красива и си се издигнала дори до царско положение.

14 A nd thy fame went forth among the nations for thy beauty; for it was perfect through my magnificence, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord Jehovah.

Ти още се прочу между народите по твоята хубост, защото тя стана съвършена чрез Моето величие, с което те облякох, казва Господ Йехова.

15 B ut thou didst confide in thy beauty, and playedst the harlot because of thy renown, and pouredst out thy whoredoms on every one that passed by: his it was.

Но поради известността си ти си уповавала на хубостта си и си блудствала, и към всеки, който минаваше, си изливала блудството си; и то е станало негово.

16 A nd of thy garments thou didst take, and madest for thyself high places decked with divers colours, and didst play the harlot thereupon: hath not come to pass, and shall be no more.

И си взела от дрехите си и като си украсила издигнатите си места с пъстри шарки, си блудствала на тях. Такова нещо не е било, нито ще бъде.

17 A nd thou didst take thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee, and madest to thyself images of males, and didst commit fornication with them.

Също си взела лъскавите накити от Моето злато и сребро, които Аз ти бях дал, и като си си направила от тях мъжки образи, си блудствала с тях;

18 A nd thou tookest thine embroidered garments, and coveredst them; and thou didst set mine oil and mine incense before them.

взела си и везаните си дрехи и си ги покрила, и си сложила пред тях Моето масло и тамян;

19 A nd my bread which I had given thee, the fine flour and the oil and the honey wherewith I fed thee, thou didst even set it before them for a sweet savour: thus it was, saith the Lord Jehovah.

също и Моя хляб, който ти дадох - чистото брашно, маслото и меда, с които те хранех, - дори тях си положила отпред за благоухание. Така стана, казва Господ Йехова.

20 A nd thou didst take thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hadst borne unto me, and these didst thou sacrifice unto them, to be devoured. Were thy whoredoms a small matter,

При това си взела синовете и дъщерите, които си Ми родила, и тях си им пожертвала да бъдат изядени. Малко ли бяха тези твои блудства,

21 t hat thou didst slay my children and give them up in passing them over to them?

че си заклала и синовете Ми и си ги предала да бъдат преведени през огъня за тях?

22 A nd in all thine abominations and thy whoredoms thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, when thou wast naked and bare, when thou wast weltering in thy blood.

И във всичките си мерзости и блудства не си помнила дните на младостта си, когато ти беше гола и непокрита и се валяше в кръвта си.

23 A nd it came to pass after all thy wickedness (woe, woe unto thee! saith the Lord Jehovah),

А над всички тези свои злини (горко, горко ти! - казва Господ Йехова)

24 t hat thou didst also build unto thee a place of debauchery, and didst make thee a high place in every street:

си съградила за себе си дом за блудство и на всяка улица си направила за себе си издигнато място.

25 t hou didst build thy high place at every head of the way, and madest thy beauty to be abhorred, and thou didst open thy feet to every one that passed by, and multiply thy whoredom.

На всеки кръстопът си съградила издигнато място, направила си хубостта си гнусна и като си разтворила краката си на всеки, който минаваше, си блудствала твърде много.

26 A nd thou didst commit fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, great of flesh; and didst multiply thy whoredom to provoke me to anger.

Блудствала си и с египтяните, едрите си съседи, и като си блудствала твърде много, си Ме разгневила.

27 A nd behold, I stretched out my hand over thee, and diminished thine appointed portion; and I gave thee over unto the will of them that hate thee, the daughters of the Philistines, who were confounded at thy lewd way.

И така, ето, прострях ръката Си върху тебе, намалих определената ти храна и те предадох на волята на онези, които те мразят - на филистимските дъщери, които се срамуват от твоите позорни постъпки.

28 A nd thou didst commit fornication with the Assyrians, because thou wast insatiable; yea, thou didst commit fornication with them, and yet couldest not be satisfied.

Блудствала си и с асирийците, защото не си се наситила. Да! Блудствала си с тях, но пак не си се наситила.

29 A nd thou didst multiply thy whoredom with the land of merchants, Chaldea, and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

При това си блудствала твърде много - дори до онази търговска земя, до Халдейската; и пак не си се наситила.

30 H ow weak is thy heart, saith the Lord Jehovah, seeing thou doest all these, the work of a whorish woman, under no restraint;

Колко е слабо сърцето ти, казва Господ Йехова, като вършиш всички тези работи - дела на безочлива блудница!

31 i n that thou buildest thy place of debauchery at the head of every way, and makest thy high place in every street! And thou hast not been as a harlot, in that thou scornest reward,

Защото си съградила дом за блудството си на всеки кръстопът и си направила издигнатото си място във всяка улица, а пък не си станала като блудница, защото си презряла заплата,

32 O adulterous wife, that taketh strangers instead of her husband.

а си била като жена прелюбодейка, която приема чужди мъже вместо своя си.

33 T hey give rewards to all harlots; but thou gavest thy rewards to all thy lovers, and rewardedst them, that they might come unto thee on every side for thy whoredoms.

На всички блудници дават заплата; а ти даваш даровете си на всичките си любовници и ги подкупваш, за да идват при теб отвред и да блудстват с тебе.

34 A nd in thee is the contrary from women, in thy whoredoms, in that none followeth thee to commit fornication; and whereas thou givest a reward, and no reward is given unto thee, so art thou contrary.

Така че в блудствата ти с тебе става противното на онова, което става с другите жени, защото никой не те следва, за да блудства с теб, и понеже ти даваш заплата, а на тебе заплата не дават, пак поради това с тебе става противното.

35 T herefore, O harlot, hear the word of Jehovah.

Затова чуй, блуднице, словото Господне.

36 T hus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thy money hath been poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy fornications with thy lovers, and with all the idols of thine abominations, and because of the blood of thy children which thou didst give unto them;

Така казва Господ Йехова: Понеже си изливала парите си и голотата ти се е открила в блудствата ти с любовниците ти, и поради всичките твои мерзостни идоли, и поради кръвта на децата ти, които си им принесла -

37 t herefore, behold, I will gather all thy lovers with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all that thou hast loved, with all that thou hast hated,—I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness.

поради тези неща, ето, Аз ще събера всички твои любовници, с които си се наслаждавала, и всички, които си любила, заедно с всички, които си намразила - ще ги събера против теб отвред и ще им открия голотата ти, за да видят цялата ти голота.

38 A nd I will judge thee with the judgments of women that commit adultery and shed blood; and I will give thee up to the blood of fury and jealousy;

И ще те съдя, според както се съдят такива жени, които прелюбодействат и проливат кръв; и ще нанеса върху тебе кръвно наказание с ярост и ревност.

39 a nd I will give thee into their hand, and they shall throw down thy place of debauchery, and shall break down thy high places; and they shall strip thee of thy garments, and shall take thy fair jewels, and leave thee naked and bare.

Също ще те предам в ръката им; и те ще съборят твоя дом за блудство, ще разорят издигнатите ти места, ще те съблекат още от дрехите ти, ще отнемат лъскавите ти накити и ще те оставят гола и непокрита.

40 A nd they shall bring up an assemblage against thee, and they shall stone thee with stones, and thrust thee through with their swords.

И ще доведат против тебе много народ, които ще те убият с камъни и ще те прободат с мечовете си.

41 A nd they shall burn thy houses with fire, and execute judgments upon thee in the sight of many women; and I will cause thee to cease from being a harlot, and thou also shalt give no more any reward.

Ще изгорят с огън къщите ти и ще извършат съд над тебе пред очите на много жени; и Аз ще те направя да изоставиш блудството и няма да даваш вече заплата.

42 A nd I will appease my fury against thee, and my jealousy shall depart from thee; and I will be quiet, and will be no more angry.

Така яростта Ми против тебе ще се уталожи и ревността Ми спрямо тебе ще престане; и Аз ще утихна и няма вече да се гневя.

43 B ecause thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, but hast raged against me in all these, behold, therefore, I also will recompense thy way upon head, saith the Lord Jehovah, and thou shalt not commit this lewdness besides all thine abominations.

Понеже не си си спомнила за дните на младостта си, а си Ме дразнила с всичко това, затова, ето, и Аз ще върна върху главата ти постъпките ти, казва Господ Йехова; и няма да извършваш вече този разврат след всичките си мръсни дела.

44 B ehold, every one that useth proverbs shall speak in a proverb against thee, saying, As the mother, her daughter!

Ето, всеки, който си служи с поговорки, ще употреби тази поговорка против тебе, като каже: Каквато майката, такава и дъщерята.

45 T hou art the daughter of thy mother that loathed her husband and her children; and thou art the sister of thy sisters, who loathed their husbands and their children. Your mother was a Hittite, and your father an Amorite.

Ти си дъщеря на майка си - на онази, която се отметна от мъжа и децата си; ти си сестра на сестрите си, които се отметнаха от мъжете и децата си. Майка ви беше хетейка, а баща ви амореец.

46 A nd thine elder sister is Samaria that dwelleth at thy left hand, she and her daughters; and thy younger sister, that dwelleth at thy right hand, is Sodom and her daughters.

По-голямата ти сестра е Самария - тя и дъщерите ѝ, които живеят отляво ти; а по-малката ти сестра е Содом и дъщерите ѝ, които живеят отдясно ти.

47 A nd thou hast not walked in their ways, nor done according to their abominations; but as though that were a very little, thou hast been more corrupt than they in all thy ways.

А ти не си ходила само според техните пътища, нито си направила само по техните мерзости, а, като че ли това беше много малко, си надминала разврата им във всичките си пътища.

48 I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters!

В живота Си се заклевам, казва Господ Йехова, нито сестра ти Содом постъпи, нито дъщерите ѝ, както постъпихте ти и твоите дъщери.

49 B ehold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom: pride, fulness of bread, and careless ease was in her and in her daughters, but she did not strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

Ето какво беше беззаконието на сестра ти Содом, нейното и на дъщерите ѝ: гордост, пресищане с храна и безгрижно спокойствие; а сиромаха и немощния не подкрепяше;

50 A nd they were haughty, and committed abomination before me, and I took them away when I saw.

те се и възгордяха и вършеха мерзости пред Мене; затова, като видях това, ги отхвърлих.

51 A nd Samaria hath not sinned according to the half of thy sins; but thou hast multiplied thine abominations more than they, and hast justified thy sisters by all thine abominations which thou hast done.

Също и Самария не е извършила дори и половината от твоите грехове; а ти си извършила много повече мерзости от тях и оправда сестрите си с всички мерзости, които си извършила.

52 T hou also, who hast judged thy sisters, bear thine own confusion, because of thy sins in which thou hast acted more abominably than they: they are more righteous than thou. So be thou ashamed also, and bear thy confusion, in that thou hast justified thy sisters.

Ти, която съдеше сестрите си, понеси сега срама си; поради съгрешенията, които си извършила, по-гнусни от техните, те са по-праведни от тебе; затова се засрами и ти и понеси срама си, понеже си оправдала сестрите си.

53 A nd I will bring again their captivity, the captivity of Sodom and her daughters, and the captivity of Samaria and her daughters, and the captivity of thy captives in the midst of them;

И Аз, като върна техните пленници - пленниците на Содом и на дъщерите ѝ и пленниците на Самария и на дъщерите ѝ, ще върна тогава и твоите пленници заедно с тях,

54 t hat thou mayest bear thy confusion, and mayest be confounded for all that thou hast done, in that thou comfortest them.

за да понасяш безчестието си и да се срамуваш за всичко, което си извършила, като си станала утеха за тях.

55 A nd thy sisters, Sodom and her daughters, shall return to their former estate, and Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former estate; thou also and thy daughters, ye shall return to your former estate.

Когато сестрите ти, Содом и дъщерите ѝ, се върнат в предишното си състояние и Самария и дъщерите ѝ се върнат в предишното си състояние, тогава ще се върнеш и ти и дъщерите ти в предишното си състояние.

56 Y ea, Sodom thy sister was not mentioned by thy mouth in the day of thy pride,

Защото в дните на гордостта ти името на сестра ти Содом не се чуваше от устата ти,

57 b efore thy wickedness was discovered, as at the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria, and of all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, who despise thee on every side.

преди да се открие твоето нечестие, както се откри във времето, когато те укоряваха сирийските дъщери и всички около тях, и филистимските дъщери, които те презираха отвред.

58 T hy lewdness and thine abominations, thou bearest them, saith Jehovah.

Ти трябва да понесеш наказанието за разврата и мерзостите си, казва Господ.

59 F or thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will even deal with thee as thou hast done, who hast despised the oath, and broken the covenant.

Защото така казва Господ Йехова: Аз ще постъпя с тебе, както постъпи ти, която си презряла клетвата и нарушила завета.

60 N evertheless I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.

Обаче, ще помня завета Си, сключен с тебе в дните на младостта ти, и ще ти утвърдя вечен завет.

61 A nd thou shalt remember thy ways, and be confounded, when thou shalt receive thy sisters who are older than thou, together with those who are younger than thou; for I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by virtue of thy covenant.

Тогава ще си спомниш за пътищата си и ще се засрамиш, когато приемеш сестрите си, по-големите и по-малките; и ще ти ги дам за дъщери, но не според завета Ми с теб.

62 A nd I will establish my covenant with thee, and thou shalt know that I Jehovah;

А Моя завет с тебе ще утвърдя; и ще познаеш, че Аз съм Господ.

63 t hat thou mayest remember, and be ashamed, and no more open thy mouth because of thy confusion, when I forgive thee all that thou hast done, saith the Lord Jehovah.

За да си спомниш и да се засрамиш, и да не отвориш вече устата си от срам, когато ти простя за всичко, което си сторила, казва Господ Йехова.
