1 A ti clamaré, Jehová. ¡Roca mía, no te desentiendas de mí, no sea que, dejándome tú, llegue a ser semejante a los que descienden al sepulcro!

By David. Unto Thee, O Jehovah, I call, My rock, be not silent to me! Lest Thou be silent to me, And I have been compared With those going down to the pit.

2 O ye la voz de mis ruegos cuando clamo a ti, cuando alzo mis manos hacia tu santo Templo.

Hear the voice of my supplications, In my crying unto Thee, In my lifting up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

3 N o me arrebates juntamente con los malos y con los que hacen iniquidad. Ellos hablan paz con sus prójimos, pero la maldad está en su corazón.

Draw me not with the wicked, And with workers of iniquity, Speaking peace with their neighbours, And evil in their heart.

4 D ales conforme a su obra y conforme a la perversidad de sus hechos. Dales su merecido conforme a la obra de sus manos.

Give to them according to their acting, And according to the evil of their doings. According to the work of their hands give to them. Return their deed to them.

5 P or cuanto no atendieron a los hechos de Jehová ni a la obra de sus manos, ¡él los derribará y no los edificará!

For they attend not to the doing of Jehovah, And unto the work of His hands. He throweth them down, And doth not build them up.

6 ¡ Bendito sea Jehová, que oyó la voz de mis ruegos!

Blessed Jehovah, For He hath heard the voice of my supplications.

7 J ehová es mi fortaleza y mi escudo; en él confió mi corazón y fui ayudado, por lo que se gozó mi corazón. Con mi cántico lo alabaré.

Jehovah my strength, and my shield, In Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. And my heart exulteth, And with my song I thank Him.

8 J ehová es la fortaleza de su pueblo y el refugio salvador de su ungido.

Jehovah strength to him, Yea, the strength of the salvation of His anointed He.

9 S alva a tu pueblo y bendice a tu heredad; pastoréalos y susténtalos para siempre.

Save Thy people, and bless Thine inheritance, And feed them, and carry them to the age!
