1 H abló Jehová a Moisés en el desierto de Sinaí, el primer mes del segundo año de su salida de la tierra de Egipto, y le dijo:

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, in the wilderness of Sinai, in the second year of their going out of the land of Egypt, in the first month, saying,

2 « Los hijos de Israel celebrarán la Pascua a su debido tiempo.

`Also, the sons of Israel prepare the passover in its appointed season;

3 L a celebraréis el decimocuarto día de este mes, al atardecer, a su debido tiempo; conforme a todos sus ritos y conforme a todas sus leyes la celebraréis.»

in the fourteenth day of this month between the evenings ye prepare it in its appointed season; according to all its statutes, and according to all its ordinances ye prepare it.'

4 E ntonces dijo Moisés a los hijos de Israel que celebraran la Pascua.

And Moses speaketh unto the sons of Israel to prepare the passover,

5 C elebraron la Pascua el primer mes, el día catorce del mes, al atardecer, en el desierto de Sinaí; conforme a todas las cosas que mandó Jehová a Moisés, así hicieron los hijos de Israel.

and they prepare the passover in the first, on the fourteenth day of the month, between the evenings, in the wilderness of Sinai; according to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses, so have the sons of Israel done.

6 P ero ocurrió que algunos estaban impuros a causa de un muerto, y no pudieron celebrar la Pascua aquel día. Aquellos hombres se presentaron ese mismo día delante de Moisés y delante de Aarón,

And there are men who have been defiled by the body of a man, and they have not been able to prepare the passover on that day, and they come near before Moses, and before Aaron, on that day,

7 y les dijeron: —Nosotros estamos impuros a causa de un muerto. ¿Por qué seremos impedidos de presentar la ofrenda a Jehová a su debido tiempo con los demás hijos de Israel?

and those men say unto him, `We are defiled by the body of a man; why are we withheld so as not to bring near the offering of Jehovah in its appointed season, in the midst of the sons of Israel?'

8 M oisés les respondió: —Esperad, y oiré lo que ordena Jehová acerca de vosotros.

And Moses saith unto them, `Stand ye, and I hear what Jehovah hath commanded concerning you.'

9 E ntonces Jehová dijo a Moisés:

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

10 « Habla a los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cualquiera de vosotros o de vuestros descendientes que esté impuro a causa de un muerto, o esté de viaje lejos, celebrará la Pascua a Jehová.

`Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, Though any man is unclean by a body or in a distant journey (of you or of your generations), yet he hath prepared a passover to Jehovah;

11 L a celebrarán el segundo mes, el día catorce del mes, al atardecer; con panes sin levadura y hierbas amargas la comerán.

in the second month, on the fourteenth day, between the evenings they prepare it; with unleavened and bitter things they eat it;

12 N o dejarán nada del animal sacrificado para la mañana, ni le quebrarán ningún hueso; conforme a todos los ritos de la Pascua la celebrarán.

they do not leave of till morning; and a bone they do not break in it: according to all the statute of the passover they prepare it.

13 P ero el que esté limpio y no se encuentre de viaje, si deja de celebrar la Pascua, la tal persona será eliminada de en medio de su pueblo. Tal hombre cargará con su pecado, por cuanto no ofreció a su debido tiempo la ofrenda de Jehová.

`And the man who is clean, and hath not been on a journey, and hath ceased to prepare the passover, even that person hath been cut off from his people; because the offering of Jehovah he hath not brought near, in its appointed season, that man doth bear his sin.

14 » Y si habita con vosotros algún extranjero, y celebra la Pascua a Jehová, conforme al rito de la Pascua y conforme a sus leyes la celebrará: un mismo rito tendréis, tanto el extranjero como el natural de la tierra.» La nube sobre el Tabernáculo

`And when a sojourner sojourneth with you, then he hath prepared a passover to Jehovah, according to the statute of the passover, and according to its ordinance, so he doth; one statute is to you, even to a sojourner, and to a native of the land.'

15 E l día que el Tabernáculo fue erigido, la nube cubrió el Tabernáculo sobre la tienda del Testimonio. Por la tarde había sobre el Tabernáculo como una apariencia de fuego, hasta la mañana.

And in the day of the raising up of the tabernacle hath the cloud covered the tabernacle, even the tent of the testimony; and in the evening there is on the tabernacle as an appearance of fire till morning;

16 A sí era continuamente: la nube lo cubría de día, y de noche la apariencia de fuego.

so it is continually; the cloud covereth it, also the appearance of fire by night.

17 C uando se alzaba la nube del Tabernáculo, los hijos de Israel partían; y en el lugar donde la nube paraba, allí acampaban los hijos de Israel.

And according to the going up of the cloud from off the tent and afterwards do the sons of Israel journey; and in the place where the cloud doth tabernacle, there do the sons of Israel encamp;

18 A l mandato de Jehová los hijos de Israel partían, y al mandato de Jehová acampaban; todos los días que la nube estaba sobre el Tabernáculo permanecían acampados.

by the command of Jehovah the sons of Israel journey, and by the command of Jehovah they encamp; all the days that the cloud doth tabernacle over the tabernacle they encamp.

19 C uando la nube se detenía sobre el Tabernáculo muchos días, entonces los hijos de Israel guardaban la ordenanza de Jehová y no partían.

And in the cloud prolonging itself over the tabernacle many days, then have the sons of Israel kept the charge of Jehovah, and journey not,

20 Y cuando la nube estaba sobre el Tabernáculo pocos días, al mandato de Jehová acampaban, y al mandato de Jehová partían.

and so when the cloud is a number of days over the tabernacle; by the command of Jehovah they encamp, and by the command of Jehovah they journey.

21 C uando la nube se detenía desde la tarde hasta la mañana, y a la mañana la nube se levantaba, ellos partían; o si había estado un día, y a la noche la nube se levantaba, entonces partían.

And so when the cloud is from evening till morning, when the cloud hath gone up in the morning, then they have journeyed; whether by day or by night, when the cloud hath gone up, then they have journeyed.

22 S i la nube se detenía sobre el Tabernáculo dos días, un mes o un año, mientras la nube permanecía sobre él, los hijos de Israel seguían acampados y no se movían. Pero cuando ella se alzaba, ellos partían.

Whether two days, or a month, or days, in the cloud prolonging itself over the tabernacle, to tabernacle over it, the sons of Israel encamp, and journey not; and in its being lifted up they journey;

23 A l mandato de Jehová acampaban, y al mandato de Jehová partían. Así guardaban la ordenanza de Jehová, como Jehová lo había dicho por medio de Moisés.

by the command of Jehovah they encamp, and by the command of Jehovah they journey; the charge of Jehovah they have kept, by the command of Jehovah in the hand of Moses.
