1 ¶ Y habló el SEÑOR a Moisés en el desierto de Sinaí, en el segundo año de su salida de la tierra de Egipto, en el mes primero, diciendo:

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, in the wilderness of Sinai, in the second year of their going out of the land of Egypt, in the first month, saying,

2 L os hijos de Israel harán la pascua a su tiempo determinado.

`Also, the sons of Israel prepare the passover in its appointed season;

3 E l décimocuarto día de este mes, entre las dos tardes, la haréis a su tiempo determinado; conforme a todo su ordenanza, y conforme a todas sus leyes la haréis.

in the fourteenth day of this month between the evenings ye prepare it in its appointed season; according to all its statutes, and according to all its ordinances ye prepare it.'

4 Y habló Moisés a los hijos de Israel, para que hicieran la pascua.

And Moses speaketh unto the sons of Israel to prepare the passover,

5 E hicieron la pascua en el mes primero, a los catorce días del mes, entre las dos tardes, en el desierto de Sinaí; conforme a todas las cosas que mandó el SEÑOR a Moisés, así hicieron los hijos de Israel.

and they prepare the passover in the first, on the fourteenth day of the month, between the evenings, in the wilderness of Sinai; according to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses, so have the sons of Israel done.

6 Y hubo varones que estaban inmundos a causa de muerto, y no pudieron hacer la pascua aquel día; y llegaron delante de Moisés y delante de Aarón aquel día;

And there are men who have been defiled by the body of a man, and they have not been able to prepare the passover on that day, and they come near before Moses, and before Aaron, on that day,

7 y le dijeron aquellos hombres: Nosotros somos inmundos por causa de muerto; ¿por qué seremos impedidos de ofrecer ofrenda al SEÑOR a su tiempo determinado entre los hijos de Israel?

and those men say unto him, `We are defiled by the body of a man; why are we withheld so as not to bring near the offering of Jehovah in its appointed season, in the midst of the sons of Israel?'

8 Y Moisés les respondió: Esperad, y oiré qué mandará el SEÑOR acerca de vosotros.

And Moses saith unto them, `Stand ye, and I hear what Jehovah hath commanded concerning you.'

9 Y el SEÑOR habló a Moisés, diciendo:

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

10 H abla a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Cualquier varón de vosotros o de vuestras generaciones, que fuere inmundo por causa de muerto o estuviere de viaje lejos, hará pascua al SEÑOR.

`Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, Though any man is unclean by a body or in a distant journey (of you or of your generations), yet he hath prepared a passover to Jehovah;

11 E n el mes segundo, a los catorce días del mes, entre las dos tardes, la harán; con panes ázimos y hierbas amargas la comerán.

in the second month, on the fourteenth day, between the evenings they prepare it; with unleavened and bitter things they eat it;

12 N o dejarán de él para la mañana, ni quebrarán hueso en él; conforme a toda la ordenanza de la pascua la harán.

they do not leave of till morning; and a bone they do not break in it: according to all the statute of the passover they prepare it.

13 M as el que estuviere limpio, y no estuviere de viaje, si dejare de hacer la pascua, la tal persona será cortada de entre su pueblo; por cuanto no ofreció a su tiempo determinado la ofrenda del SEÑOR, el tal hombre llevará su pecado.

`And the man who is clean, and hath not been on a journey, and hath ceased to prepare the passover, even that person hath been cut off from his people; because the offering of Jehovah he hath not brought near, in its appointed season, that man doth bear his sin.

14 Y si morare con vosotros algún extranjero, e hiciere la pascua al SEÑOR, conforme a la ordenanza de la pascua y conforme a sus leyes, así la hará; una misma ordenanza tendréis, así el extranjero como el natural de la tierra.

`And when a sojourner sojourneth with you, then he hath prepared a passover to Jehovah, according to the statute of the passover, and according to its ordinance, so he doth; one statute is to you, even to a sojourner, and to a native of the land.'

15 ¶ Y el día que el tabernáculo fue levantado, la nube cubrió el tabernáculo sobre la tienda del testimonio; y a la tarde había sobre el tabernáculo como una apariencia de fuego, hasta la mañana.

And in the day of the raising up of the tabernacle hath the cloud covered the tabernacle, even the tent of the testimony; and in the evening there is on the tabernacle as an appearance of fire till morning;

16 A sí era continuamente: la nube lo cubría, y de noche la apariencia de fuego.

so it is continually; the cloud covereth it, also the appearance of fire by night.

17 Y según que se alzaba la nube del tabernáculo, los hijos de Israel partían; y en el lugar donde la nube paraba, allí acampaban los hijos de Israel.

And according to the going up of the cloud from off the tent and afterwards do the sons of Israel journey; and in the place where the cloud doth tabernacle, there do the sons of Israel encamp;

18 A l dicho del SEÑOR los hijos de Israel partían; y al dicho del SEÑOR asentaban el campamento; todos los días que la nube estaba sobre el tabernáculo, ellos quedaban reposados.

by the command of Jehovah the sons of Israel journey, and by the command of Jehovah they encamp; all the days that the cloud doth tabernacle over the tabernacle they encamp.

19 Y cuando la nube se detenía sobre el tabernáculo muchos días, entonces los hijos de Israel guardaban la ordenanza del SEÑOR y no partían.

And in the cloud prolonging itself over the tabernacle many days, then have the sons of Israel kept the charge of Jehovah, and journey not,

20 Y era que cuando la nube estaba sobre el tabernáculo determinado número de días, al dicho del SEÑOR acampaban, y al dicho del SEÑOR partían.

and so when the cloud is a number of days over the tabernacle; by the command of Jehovah they encamp, and by the command of Jehovah they journey.

21 Y era que cuando la nube se detenía desde la tarde hasta la mañana, y a la mañana la nube se levantaba, ellos partían; o si había estado el día, y a la noche la nube se levantaba, entonces partían.

And so when the cloud is from evening till morning, when the cloud hath gone up in the morning, then they have journeyed; whether by day or by night, when the cloud hath gone up, then they have journeyed.

22 O si dos días, o un mes, o un año, mientras la nube se detenía sobre el tabernáculo quedándose sobre él, los hijos de Israel estaban acampados y no se movían; mas cuando ella se alzaba, ellos se movían.

Whether two days, or a month, or days, in the cloud prolonging itself over the tabernacle, to tabernacle over it, the sons of Israel encamp, and journey not; and in its being lifted up they journey;

23 A l dicho del SEÑOR acampaban, y al dicho del SEÑOR partían, aguardando al SEÑOR, como lo había dicho el SEÑOR por la mano de Moisés.

by the command of Jehovah they encamp, and by the command of Jehovah they journey; the charge of Jehovah they have kept, by the command of Jehovah in the hand of Moses.
