1 D espués de esto vi cuatro ángeles de pie sobre los cuatro ángulos de la tierra, deteniendo los cuatro vientos de la tierra para que no soplara viento alguno sobre la tierra ni sobre el mar ni sobre árbol alguno.

And after these things I saw four messengers, standing upon the four corners of the land, holding the four winds of the land, that the wind may not blow upon the land, nor upon the sea, nor upon any tree;

2 V i también otro ángel, que subía desde donde sale el sol y que tenía el sello del Dios vivo. Clamó a gran voz a los cuatro ángeles a quienes se les había dado el poder de hacer daño a la tierra y al mar,

and I saw another messenger going up from the rising of the sun, having a seal of the living God, and he did cry with a great voice to the four messengers, to whom it was given to injure the land and the sea, saying,

3 d iciendo: «No hagáis daño a la tierra ni al mar ni a los árboles hasta que hayamos sellado en sus frentes a los siervos de nuestro Dios.»

`Do not injure the land, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we may seal the servants of our God upon their foreheads.'

4 Y oí el número de los sellados: ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil sellados de todas las tribus de los hijos de Israel.

And I heard the number of those sealed, (144 thousands were sealed out of all the tribes of the sons of Israel):

5 D e la tribu de Judá, doce mil sellados. De la tribu de Rubén, doce mil. De la tribu de Gad, doce mil.

of the tribe of Judah 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Reuben 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Gad 12 thousand were sealed;

6 D e la tribu de Aser, doce mil. De la tribu de Neftalí, doce mil. De la tribu de Manasés, doce mil.

of the tribe of Asher 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Naphtali 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Manasseh 12 thousand were sealed;

7 D e la tribu de Simeón, doce mil. De la tribu de Leví, doce mil. De la tribu de Isacar, doce mil.

of the tribe of Simeon 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Levi 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Issachar 12 thousand were sealed;

8 D e la tribu de Zabulón, doce mil. De la tribu de José, doce mil. De la tribu de Benjamín, doce mil sellados. La multitud vestida de ropas blancas

of the tribe of Zebulun 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Joseph 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Benjamin 12 thousand were sealed.

9 D espués de esto miré, y vi una gran multitud, la cual nadie podía contar, de todas las naciones, tribus, pueblos y lenguas. Estaban delante del trono y en la presencia del Cordero, vestidos de ropas blancas y con palmas en sus manos.

After these things I saw, and lo, a great multitude, which to number no one was able, out of all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands,

10 C lamaban a gran voz, diciendo: «¡La salvación pertenece a nuestro Dios, que está sentado en el trono, y al Cordero!»

and crying with a great voice, saying, `The salvation to Him who is sitting upon the throne -- to our God, and to the Lamb!'

11 Y todos los ángeles que estaban en pie alrededor del trono y de los ancianos y de los cuatro seres vivientes, se postraron sobre sus rostros delante del trono y adoraron a Dios,

And all the messengers stood around the throne, and the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their face, and bowed before God,

12 d iciendo: «¡Amén! La bendición, la gloria, la sabiduría, la acción de gracias, la honra, el poder y la fortaleza sean a nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos. ¡Amén!»

saying, `Amen! the blessing, and the glory, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the honour, and the power, and the strength, to our God -- to the ages of the ages! Amen!'

13 E ntonces uno de los ancianos habló, diciéndome: «Estos que están vestidos de ropas blancas, ¿quiénes son y de dónde han venido?»

And answer did one of the elders, saying to me, `These, who have been arrayed with the white robes -- who are they, and whence came they?'

14 Y o le dije: «Señor, tú lo sabes.» Él me dijo: «Éstos son los que han salido de la gran tribulación; han lavado sus ropas y las han blanqueado en la sangre del Cordero.

and I have said to him, `Sir, thou hast known;' and he said to me, `These are those who are coming out of the great tribulation, and they did wash their robes, and they made their robes white in the blood of the Lamb;

15 P or eso están delante del trono de Dios y lo sirven día y noche en su templo. El que está sentado sobre el trono extenderá su tienda junto a ellos.

because of this are they before the throne of God, and they do service to Him day and night in His sanctuary, and He who is sitting upon the throne shall tabernacle over them;

16 » Ya no tendrán hambre ni sed, y el sol no caerá más sobre ellos, ni calor alguno,

they shall not hunger any more, nor may the sun fall upon them, nor any heat,

17 p orque el Cordero que está en medio del trono los pastoreará y los guiará a fuentes de aguas vivas. Y Dios enjugará toda lágrima de los ojos de ellos.»

because the Lamb that in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters, and wipe away shall God every tear from their eyes.'
