1 C uando Jehová hizo volver de la cautividad a Sión, fuimos como los que sueñan.

When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream.

2 E ntonces nuestra boca se llenó de risa y nuestra lengua de alabanza. Entonces decían entre las naciones: «¡Grandes cosas ha hecho Jehová con estos!»

Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”

3 ¡ Grandes cosas ha hecho Jehová con nosotros! ¡Estamos alegres!

The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad.

4 ¡ Haz volver nuestra cautividad, Jehová, como los arroyos del Neguev!

Bring back our captivity, O Lord, As the streams in the South.

5 L os que sembraron con lágrimas, con regocijo segarán.

Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.

6 I rá andando y llorando el que lleva la preciosa semilla, pero al volver vendrá con regocijo trayendo sus gavillas.

He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.
