1 I n You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be put to shame.

Sé para mí una roca de refugio, adonde recurra yo continuamente. Tú has dado mandamiento para salvarme, Porque tú eres mi roca y mi fortaleza.

4 D eliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, Out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

Dios mío, líbrame de la mano del impío, De la mano del perverso y violento.

5 F or You are my hope, O Lord G OD; You are my trust from my youth.

Porque tú, oh Señor Jehová, eres mi esperanza, Seguridad mía desde mi juventud.

6 B y You I have been upheld from birth; You are He who took me out of my mother’s womb. My praise shall be continually of You.

En ti he sido sustentado desde el vientre; De las entrañas de mi madre tú fuiste el que me sacó; De ti será siempre mi alabanza.

7 I have become as a wonder to many, But You are my strong refuge.

8 L et my mouth be filled with Your praise And with Your glory all the day.

Sea llena mi boca de tu alabanza, De tu gloria todo el día.

9 D o not cast me off in the time of old age; Do not forsake me when my strength fails.

No me deseches en el tiempo de la vejez; Cuando mi fuerza se acabare, no me desampares.

10 F or my enemies speak against me; And those who lie in wait for my life take counsel together,

Porque mis enemigos hablan de mí, Y los que acechan mi alma consultaron juntamente,

11 S aying, “God has forsaken him; Pursue and take him, for there is none to deliver him.”

Diciendo: Dios lo ha desamparado; Perseguidle y tomadle, porque no hay quien le libre.

12 O God, do not be far from me; O my God, make haste to help me!

Oh Dios, no te alejes de mí; Dios mío, acude pronto en mi socorro.

15 M y mouth shall tell of Your righteousness And Your salvation all the day, For I do not know their limits.

Mi boca publicará tu justicia Y tus hechos de salvación todo el día, Aunque no sé su número.

16 I will go in the strength of the Lord G OD; I will make mention of Your righteousness, of Yours only.

Vendré a los hechos poderosos de Jehová el Señor; Haré memoria de tu justicia, de la tuya sola.

17 O God, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wondrous works.

Oh Dios, me enseñaste desde mi juventud, Y hasta ahora he manifestado tus maravillas.

18 N ow also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.

Aun en la vejez y las canas, oh Dios, no me desampares, Hasta que anuncie tu poder a la posteridad, Y tu potencia a todos los que han de venir,

19 A lso Your righteousness, O God, is very high, You who have done great things; O God, who is like You?

Y tu justicia, oh Dios, hasta lo excelso. Tú has hecho grandes cosas; Oh Dios, ¿quién como tú?

20 Y ou, who have shown me great and severe troubles, Shall revive me again, And bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

Tú, que me has hecho ver muchas angustias y males, Volverás a darme vida, Y de nuevo me levantarás de los abismos de la tierra.

21 Y ou shall increase my greatness, And comfort me on every side.

Aumentarás mi grandeza, Y volverás a consolarme.

22 A lso with the lute I will praise You— And Your faithfulness, O my God! To You I will sing with the harp, O Holy One of Israel.

Asimismo yo te alabaré con instrumento de salterio, Oh Dios mío; tu verdad cantaré a ti en el arpa, Oh Santo de Israel.

23 M y lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You, And my soul, which You have redeemed.

Mis labios se alegrarán cuando cante a ti, Y mi alma, la cual redimiste.

24 M y tongue also shall talk of Your righteousness all the day long; For they are confounded, For they are brought to shame Who seek my hurt.

Mi lengua hablará también de tu justicia todo el día; Por cuanto han sido avergonzados, porque han sido confundidos los que mi mal procuraban.
