1 T he fool has said in his heart, “ There is no God.” They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good.

Dice el necio en su corazón: No hay Dios. Se han corrompido, hacen obras abominables; No hay quien haga el bien.

2 T he Lord looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.

Jehová miró desde los cielos sobre los hijos de los hombres, Para ver si había algún entendido, Que buscara a Dios.

3 T hey have all turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.

Todos se desviaron, a una se han corrompido; No hay quien haga lo bueno, no hay ni siquiera uno.

4 H ave all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call on the Lord ?

¿No tienen discernimiento todos los que hacen iniquidad, Que devoran a mi pueblo como si comiesen pan, Y a Jehová no invocan?

5 T here they are in great fear, For God is with the generation of the righteous.

Ellos temblaron de espanto; Porque Dios está con la generación de los justos.

6 Y ou shame the counsel of the poor, But the Lord is his refuge.

Del consejo del pobre se han burlado, Pero Jehová es su esperanza.

7 O h, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When the Lord brings back the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.

Oh, que de Sion saliera la salvación de Israel! Cuando Jehová hiciere volver a los cautivos de su pueblo, Se gozará Jacob, y se alegrará Israel.
