1 А на племето на Юдейците, според семействата им, се падна по жребие земята до едомската граница; пустинята Цин на юг беше южният й край.

And the lot for the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families was unto the border of Edom, even to the wilderness of Zin southward, at the uttermost part of the south.

2 И южната им граница беше от най-далечния край на Соленото море, от залива, който се простира към юг;

And their south border was from the uttermost part of the Salt Sea, from the bay that looketh southward;

3 и простираше се към юг до нагорнището на Акравим, преминаваше в Цин, възлизаше на юг от Кадис-варни, и минаваше край Есрон, възлизаше в Адар, завиваше към Карка,

and it went out southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and went up by the south of Kadesh-barnea, and passed along by Hezron, and went up to Addar, and turned about to Karka;

4 м инаваше в Асмон, и излизаше при египетския поток; и границата свършваше при морето. Това ще ви бъде южна граница.

and it passed along to Azmon, and went out at the brook of Egypt; and the goings out of the border were at the sea: this shall be your south border.

5 А южната граница беше Соленото море до устието на Иордан. И границата на северната част почваше от залива на морето при устието на Иордан;

And the east border was the Salt Sea, even unto the end of the Jordan. And the border of the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the end of the Jordan;

6 и границата възлизаше до Ветагла и минаваше на север от Ветарава; и границата възлизаше до камъка на Воана Рувимовия потомък;

and the border went up to Beth-hoglah, and passed along by the north of Beth-arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben;

7 и от долината Ахор границата възлизаше към Девир и завиваше на север към Галгал срещу нагорнището на Адумим, който е на южната страна на потока; после границата преминаваше към водата на Енсемес и свършваше до извора Рогил;

and the border went up to Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward, looking toward Gilgal, that is over against the ascent of Adummim, which is on the south side of the river; and the border passed along to the waters of En-shemesh, and the goings out thereof were at En-rogel;

8 и границата възлизаше през долината на Еномовия син, на южната страна на Евус (това е Ерусалим); и границата се възкачваше на върха на хълма, който е на запад срещу еномската долина, който е в северния край на долината на рефаимите;

and the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the side of the Jebusite southward (the same is Jerusalem); and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the uttermost part of the vale of Rephaim northward;

9 и от върха на хълма границата минаваше до извора на водата Нефтоя и излизаше в градовете на ефронската гора; и границата се отправяше към Ваала (която е Кириат-иарим);

and the border extended from the top of the mountain unto the fountain of the waters of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border extended to Baalah (the same is Kiriath-jearim);

10 и от Ваала границата завиваше западно към сиирската гора, и минаваше край северната страна на гората Ярим (който е Хасалон), и слизаше у Ветсемес, и минаваше през Тамна;

and the border turned about from Baalah westward unto mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim on the north (the same is Chesalon), and went down to Beth-shemesh, and passed along by Timnah;

11 п осле границата излизаше към северната страна на Акарон; и границата се отправяше до Сикрон, и минаваше в гората Ваала, и свършваше при морето.

and the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward; and the border extended to Shikkeron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out at Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.

12 А западната граница беше край голямото море и пределите му. Тия бяха границите околовръст, на юдейците според семействата им.

And the west border was to the great sea, and the border thereof. This is the border of the children of Judah round about according to their families.

13 И според заповяданото от Господа на Исуса, той даде на Халева Ефониевия син за дял между юдейците града на Арва, Енаковия баща, който град е Хеврон.

And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a portion among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of Jehovah to Joshua, even Kiriath-arba, which Arba was the father of Anak (the same is Hebron).

14 И Халева изпъди от там тримата Енакови сина: Сесая, Ахимана и Талмая, Енакови чада.

And Caleb drove out thence the three sons of Anak: Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak.

15 И от там отиде против жителите на Девир (а името на Девир по-напред беше Кириат-сефер).

And he went up thence against the inhabitants of Debir: now the name of Debir beforetime was Kiriath-sepher.

16 И рече Халев: Който порази Кириат-сефер и го превземе нему ще дам дъщеря си Ахса за жена.

And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kiriath-sepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife.

17 И превзе го Готониил син на Кенеза, Халевовия брат; и той му даде дъщеря си Ахса за жена.

And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.

18 И като отиваше тя му внуши щото да поиска от баща й нива; и тъй, като слезе от осела, Халев й рече: Що ти е?

And it came to pass, when she came unto him, that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she alighted from off her ass; and Caleb said, What wouldest thou?

19 А тя каза: Дай ми благословение: понеже си ми дал южна страна, дай ми и водни извори. И той и даде горните извори и долните извори.

And she said, Give me a blessing; for that thou hast set me in the land of the South, give me also springs of water. And he gave her the upper springs and the nether springs.

20 Т ова е наследството на племето на юдейците според семействата им.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.

21 А най-крайните градове в племето на юдейците към едомските граници на юг бяха: Кавсеил, Едар, Ягур,

And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the border of Edom in the South were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur,

22 К ина, Димона, Адада,

and Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah,

23 К адес, Асор, Итнан,

and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan,

24 З иф, Телем, Ваалот,

Ziph, and Telem, and Bealoth,

25 А сор-адата, Кириот, Есрон (който е Асор),

and Hazor-hadattah, and Kerioth-hezron (the same is Hazor),

26 А мам, Сема, Молада,

Amam, and Shema, and Moladah,

27 А саргад, Есемон, Ветфалет,

and Hazar-gaddah, and Heshmon, and Beth-pelet,

28 А сар-суал, Вирсавее, Визиотия,

and Hazar-shual, and Beer-sheba, and Biziothiah,

29 В аала, Иим, Асем,

Baalah, and Iim, and Ezem,

30 Е лтолад, Хесил, Хорма,

and Eltolad, and Chesil, and Hormah,

31 С иклаг, Мадмана, Сансана,

and Ziklag, and Madmannah, and Sansannah,

32 Л еваот, Силеим, Аин и Римон; всичките градове със селата си бяха двадесет и девет.

and Lebaoth, and Shilhim, and Ain, and Rimmon: all the cities are twenty and nine, with their villages.

33 В равнината бяха: Естаол, Сараа, Асна,

In the lowland, Eshtaol, and Zorah, and Ashnah,

34 З аноа, Енганим, Тапфуа, Инам,

and Zanoah, and En-gannim, Tappuah, and Enam,

35 Я рмут, Одолам, Сохо, Азика,

Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah,

36 С агарим, Адитаим, Гедира и Гедиротаим; четиринадесет града със селата им;

and Shaaraim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim; fourteen cities with their villages.

37 С енан, Адаса, Мигдалгад,

Zenan, and Hadashah, and Migdal-gad,

38 Д алаан Масфа, Иоктеил,

and Dilean, and Mizpeh, and Joktheel,

and Iphtah, and Ashnah, and Nezib,

44 К еила, Ахзив и Мариса; девет града със селата им;

and Keilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah; nine cities with their villages.

45 А карон и заселищата му със селата му;

Ekron, with its towns and its villages;

46 О т Акарон до морето всичките градове, които са близо пре Азот, със селата им;

from Ekron even unto the sea, all that were by the side of Ashdod, with their villages.

47 А зот и заселищата му със селата му, Газа и заселищата му със селата му, до египетския поток и голямото море с пределите му.

Ashdod, its towns and its villages; Gaza, its towns and its villages; unto the brook of Egypt, and the great sea, and the border thereof.

48 А в хълмистите места: Самир, Ятир, Сохо,

And in the hill-country, Shamir, and Jattir, and Socoh,

49 Д ана, Кириат-сана (който е Девир),

and Dannah, and Kiriath-sannah (the same is Debir),

50 А нав, Естемо, Аним,

and Anab, and Eshtemoh, and Anim,

51 Г есен, Олон и Гило; единадесет града със селата им;

and Goshen, and Holon, and Giloh; eleven cities with their villages.

52 А рав, Дума, Есан,

Arab, and Dumah, and Eshan,

53 Я нум, Вет-тапфуа, Афека,

and Janim, and Beth-tappuah, and Aphekah,

54 Х умата, Кириат-арва (който е Хеврон) и Сиор; девет града и селата им;

and Humtah, and Kiriath-arba (the same is Hebron), and Zior; nine cities with their villages.

55 М аон, Кармил, Зиф, Юта,

Maon, Carmel, and Ziph, and Jutah,

56 Е зраел, Иокдеам, Заноа,

and Jezreel, and Jokdeam, and Zanoah,

and Maarath, and Beth-anoth, and Eltekon; six cities with their villages.

60 К ириат-ваал (който е Кириатиарим) и Рава, два града със селата им.

Kiriath-baal (the same is Kiriath-jearim), and Rabbah; two cities with their villages.

61 В пустинята: Ветарава, Мидин, Сехаха,

In the wilderness, Beth-arabah, Middin, and Secacah,

62 Н ивсан, града на солта, и Енгади, шест града със селата им,

and Nibshan, and the City of Salt, and En-gedi; six cities with their villages.

63 А юдейците не можеха да изгонят евусейците, които населяваха Ерусалим; но евусейците живееха в Ерусалим с юдейците, и така живеят до днес.

And as for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.
