1 T he Lord said to Moses,

Habló Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:

2 “ See, I have called by name Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the family of Judah.

Mira, yo he llamado por nombre a Bezaleel hijo de Urí, hijo de Hur, de la tribu de Judá;

3 I have filled him with the Spirit of God in wisdom, understanding, much learning, and all kinds of special work.

y lo he llenado del Espíritu de Dios, en sabiduría y en inteligencia, en ciencia y en todo arte,

4 H e will plan good work in gold, silver and brass,

para inventar diseños, para trabajar en oro, en plata y en bronce,

5 i n cutting stones to set, and in cutting wood, for all kinds of good work.

y en artificio de piedras para engastarlas, y en artificio de madera; para trabajar en toda clase de labor.

6 A nd see, I have given Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the family of Dan to help him. I have put wisdom in the hearts of all who are wise, so they may make all that I have told you:

Y he aquí que yo he puesto con él a Aholiab hijo de Ahisamac, de la tribu de Dan; y he puesto sabiduría en el ánimo de todo sabio de corazón, para que hagan todo lo que te he mandado;

7 t he meeting tent, the box of the Law, the mercy-seat upon it, and all the objects of the tent,

el tabernáculo de reunión, el arca del testimonio, el propiciatorio que está sobre ella, y todos los utensilios del tabernáculo,

8 t he table and its objects, the pure gold lamp-stand with all its objects, the altar of special perfume,

la mesa y sus utensilios, el candelero limpio y todos sus utensilios, el altar del incienso,

9 t he altar of burnt gifts with all its objects, the washing pot and its base,

el altar del holocausto y todos sus utensilios, la fuente y su base,

10 t he well-made clothing, the holy clothing for Aaron the religious leader, the clothing for his sons for their work as religious leaders,

los vestidos del servicio, las vestiduras santas para Aarón el sacerdote, las vestiduras de sus hijos para que ejerzan el sacerdocio,

11 t he oil for holy use, and the sweet-smelling perfume for the holy place. Have them do all I have told you.” The Day of Rest

el aceite de la unción, y el incienso aromático para el santuario; harán conforme a todo lo que te he mandado.

12 T he Lord said to Moses,

Habló además Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:

13 “ Say to the people of Israel, ‘Keep My Days of Rest. For this is something special between Me and you for all your people forever. So you may know that I am the Lord Who sets you apart for Myself.

Tú hablarás a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: En verdad vosotros guardaréis mis sábados; porque es señal entre mí y vosotros por vuestras generaciones, para que sepáis que yo soy Jehová que os santifico.

14 Y ou will keep the Day of Rest, for it is holy to you. Every one who does what is sinful on this day will be put to death for sure. Whoever does any work on this day will be cut off from among his people.

Así que guardaréis el sábado, porque santo es a vosotros; el que lo profanare, de cierto morirá; porque cualquiera que haga obra alguna en él, aquella persona será cortada de en medio de su pueblo.

15 W ork may be done for six days. But the seventh day is a Day of Rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Day of Rest will be put to death for sure.

Seis días se trabajará, mas el día séptimo es sábado de reposo consagrado a Jehová; cualquiera que trabaje en el día de sábado, ciertamente morirá.

16 S o the people of Israel will keep the Day of Rest as a special day for all their people for all time, as an agreement forever.’

Guardarán, pues, el día del sábado los hijos de Israel, celebrándolo por sus generaciones por pacto perpetuo.

17 I t is something special between Me and the people of Israel forever. For the Lord made heaven and earth in six days. But He stopped working and rested on the seventh day.”

Señal es para siempre entre mí y los hijos de Israel; porque en seis días hizo Jehová los cielos y la tierra, y en el séptimo día cesó y reposó.

18 W hen the Lord had finished speaking with Moses on Mount Sinai, He gave him the two stone writings of the Law, pieces of stone written on by the finger of God.

Y dio a Moisés, cuando acabó de hablar con él en el monte de Sinay, dos tablas del testimonio, tablas de piedra escritas con el dedo de Dios.
