1 A day of the Lord is coming when the things of much worth taken from you will be divided among you.

He aquí que el Día de Jehová viene, y en medio de ti serán repartidos tus despojos.

2 F or I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle. The city will be taken. The houses will be robbed. The women will be taken against their will. And half of the city will be taken away to a strange land. But the rest of the people will not be taken away from the city.

Porque yo reuniré a todas las naciones contra Jerusalén para combatir; y la ciudad será tomada, y serán saqueadas las casas, y violadas las mujeres; y la mitad de la ciudad irá en cautiverio, mas el resto del pueblo no será cortado de la ciudad.

3 T hen the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as when He fights on a day of battle.

Después saldrá Jehová y peleará con aquellas naciones, como peleó en el día de la batalla.

4 O n that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, in front of Jerusalem on the east. And the Mount of Olives will be divided in two from east to west by a very large valley. Half the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south.

Y se posarán sus pies en aquel día sobre el monte de los Olivos, que está enfrente de Jerusalén al oriente; y el monte de los Olivos se partirá por en medio, hacia el oriente y hacia el occidente, haciendo un valle muy grande; y la mitad del monte se apartará hacia el norte, y la otra mitad hacia el sur.

5 Y ou will run away by the valley of My mountains, for it will go as far as Azel. You will run away just as you did when the earth shook in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the Lord my God will come, and all the holy ones with Him.

Y huiréis al valle de los montes, porque el valle de los montes llegará hasta Azal; huiréis de la manera que huisteis por causa del terremoto en los días de Uzías, rey de Judá; y vendrá Jehová mi Dios, y con él todos los santos.

6 O n that day there will be no light. The stars of heaven will be made dark.

Y acontecerá que en ese día no habrá luz clara, ni oscura.

7 I t will be a special day which is known to the Lord. It will not be day or night. For when evening comes, there will be light.

Será un día único, el cual es conocido sólo de Jehová; no será ni día ni noche; pero sucederá que al caer la tarde habrá luz.

8 O n that day living waters will flow out of Jerusalem. Half of them will flow toward the sea in the east. The other half will flow toward the sea in the west. They will flow in summer and in winter.

Acontecerá también en aquel día, que saldrán de Jerusalén aguas vivas, la mitad de ellas hacia el mar oriental, y la otra mitad hacia el mar occidental, en verano y en invierno.

9 T he Lord will be King over all the earth. On that day the Lord will be the only one, and His name the only one.

Y Jehová será rey sobre toda la tierra. En aquel día Jehová será uno, y uno su nombre.

10 T he whole land will be changed into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. But Jerusalem will rise and stay on its land from the Gate of Benjamin to the place of the First Gate, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to where the king’s wine is made.

Toda la tierra se volverá como llanura desde Geba hasta Rimón al sur de Jerusalén; y ésta será enaltecida, y habitada en su lugar, desde la puerta de Benjamín hasta el lugar de la puerta primera, hasta la puerta del Ángulo, y desde la torre de Hananeel hasta los lagares del rey.

11 P eople will live in it, and there will be no more curse. The people of Jerusalem will live without fear.

Y morarán en ella, y no habrá nunca más maldición, sino que Jerusalén será habitada confiadamente.

12 N ow this is how the Lord will punish all the people who have gone to war against Jerusalem. Their flesh will waste away while they stand on their feet. Their eyes will waste away in their faces, and their tongues will waste away in their mouths.

Y esta será la plaga con que herirá Jehová a todos los pueblos que hayan hecho la guerra a Jerusalén: la carne de ellos se consumirá estando ellos sobre sus pies, y se consumirán en las cuencas sus ojos, y la lengua se les deshará en la boca.

13 O n that day the Lord will send much fear upon them. They will take hold of one another’s hand, and the hand of one will be raised against the hand of another.

Y acontecerá en aquel día que habrá entre ellos gran pánico enviado por Jehová; y trabará cada uno de la mano de su compañero, y levantará su mano contra la mano de su compañero.

14 J udah also will fight at Jerusalem. And the riches of all the nations around will be gathered, much gold and silver and clothing.

Y Judá también peleará en Jerusalén. Y serán reunidas las riquezas de todas las naciones de alrededor: oro y plata, y ropas de vestir, en gran abundancia.

15 T he same kind of punishment will come upon the horse, the mule, the camel, the donkey, and all the cattle in those camps. The Nations Worship the King

Así también será la plaga de los caballos, de los mulos, de los camellos, de los asnos, y de todas las bestias que estén en aquellos campamentos, como la plaga de los hombres.

16 T hen everyone who is left of all the nations that went against Jerusalem will go each year to worship the King, the Lord of All, and to keep the Special Supper of Tents.

Y todos los que sobrevivan de las naciones que vinieron contra Jerusalén, subirán de año en año para adorar al Rey, a Jehová de los ejércitos, y a celebrar la fiesta de los tabernáculos.

17 I f any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of All, they will have no rain.

Y acontecerá que los de las familias de la tierra que no suban a Jerusalén para adorar al Rey, Jehová de los ejércitos, no vendrá sobre ellos lluvia.

18 I f the family of Egypt does not go up to worship, then they will have no rain. The Lord will punish them as He punishes the nations that do not go up to keep the Special Supper of Tents.

Y si la familia de Egipto no sube y no viene, ¿no caerá sobre ellos la plaga? Vendrá la plaga con que Jehová herirá a las naciones que no suban a celebrar la fiesta de los tabernáculos.

19 T his will be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to keep the Special Supper of Tents.

Éste será el castigo del pecado de Egipto, y del pecado de todas las naciones que no suban para celebrar la fiesta de los tabernáculos.

20 O n that day, “Holy to the Lord,” will be written on the bells of the horses. And the cooking pots in the house of the Lord will be like the holy dishes in front of the altar.

En aquel día estará grabado sobre las campanillas de los caballos: SANTIDAD A JEHOVÁ; y las ollas de la casa de Jehová serán como los tazones del altar.

21 E very cooking pot in Jerusalem and in Judah will be holy to the Lord of All. And all who come bringing gifts in worship will take some of the pots and cook in them. On that day there will no longer be one who buys and sells in the house of the Lord of All.

Y toda olla en Jerusalén y Judá será consagrada a Jehová de los ejércitos; y todos los que sacrifiquen vendrán y tomarán de ellas, y cocerán en ellas; y no habrá en aquel día más cananeo en la casa de Jehová de los ejércitos.
