1 A nd when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.

După ce a trecut ziua Sabatului, Maria Magdalina, Maria, mama lui Iacov, şi Salome, au cumpărat miresme, ca să se ducă să ungă trupul lui Isus.

2 A nd very early on the first day of the week, they come to the tomb when the sun was risen.

În ziua dintîi a săptămînii, s'au dus la mormînt dis de dimineaţă, pe cînd răsărea soarele.

3 A nd they were saying among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the tomb?

Femeile ziceau una către alta:,, Cine ne va prăvăli piatra de la uşa mormîntului?``

4 a nd looking up, they see that the stone is rolled back: for it was exceeding great.

Şi cînd şi-au ridicat ochii, au văzut că piatra, care era foarte mare, fusese prăvălită.

5 A nd entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, arrayed in a white robe; and they were amazed.

Au intrat în mormînt, au văzut pe un tinerel şezînd la dreapta, îmbrăcat într'un veşmînt alb, şi s'au spăimîntat.

6 A nd he saith unto them, Be not amazed: ye seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who hath been crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold, the place where they laid him!

El le -a zis:,, Nu vă spăimîntaţi! Căutaţi pe Isus din Nazaret, care a fost răstignit: a înviat, nu este aici; iată locul unde îl puseseră.

7 B ut go, tell his disciples and Peter, He goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

Dar duceţi-vă de spuneţi ucenicilor Lui, şi lui Petru, că merge înaintea voastră în Galilea: acolo Îl veţi vedea, cum v'a spus.``

8 A nd they went out, and fled from the tomb; for trembling and astonishment had come upon them: and they said nothing to any one; for they were afraid.

Ele au ieşit afară din mormînt, şi au luat -o la fugă, pentrucă erau cuprinse de cutremur şi de spaimă. Şi n'au spus nimănui nimic, căci se temeau.

9 N ow when he was risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons.

(Isus, dupăce a înviat, în dimineaţa zilei dintîi a săptămînii, S'a arătat mai întîi Mariei Magdalinei, din care scosese şapte draci.

10 S he went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

Ea s'a dus şi a dat de ştire celor ce fuseseră împreună cu El, cari plîngeau şi se tînguiau.

11 A nd they, when they heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, disbelieved.

Cînd au auzit ei că este viu şi că a fost văzut de ea, n'au crezut -o.

12 A nd after these things he was manifested in another form unto two of them, as they walked, on their way into the country.

După aceea, S'a arătat, într'alt chip, la doi dintre ei, pe drum, cînd se duceau la ţară.

13 A nd they went away and told it unto the rest: neither believed they them.

Aceştia s'au dus de au spus lucrul acesta celorlalţi, dar nici pe ei nu i-au crezut.

14 A nd afterward he was manifested unto the eleven themselves as they sat at meat; and he upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them that had seen him after he was risen.

În sfîrşit, S'a arătat celor unsprezece, cînd şedeau la masă; şi i -a mustrat pentru necredinţa şi împietrirea inimii lor, pentru că nu crezuseră pe cei ce -L văzuseră înviat.

15 A nd he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.

Apoi le -a zis:,, Duceţi-vă în toată lumea, şi propovăduiţi Evanghelia la orice făptură.

16 H e that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.

Cine va crede şi se va boteza, va fi mîntuit; dar cine nu va crede, va fi osîndit.

17 A nd these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;

Iată semnele cari vor însoţi pe cei ce vor crede: în Numele Meu vor scoate draci; vor vorbi în limbi noi;

18 t hey shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

vor lua în mînă şerpi; dacă vor bea ceva de moarte, nu -i va vătăma; îşi vor pune mînile peste bolnavi, şi bolnavii se vor însănătoşa.``

19 S o then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken unto them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

Domnul Isus, după ce a vorbit cu ei, S'a înălţat la cer, şi a şezut la dreapta lui Dumnezeu.

20 A nd they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.

Iar ei au plecat şi au propovăduit pretutindeni. Domnul lucra împreună cu ei, şi întărea Cuvîntul prin semnele, cari -l însoţeau. Amin.
