1 ( 104-1) Славьте Господа; призывайте имя Его; возвещайте в народах дела Его;

Oh give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples.

2 ( 104-2) воспойте Ему и пойте Ему; поведайте о всех чудесах Его.

Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Speak of all His wonders.

3 ( 104-3) Хвалитесь именем Его святым; да веселится сердце ищущих Господа.

Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek the Lord be glad.

4 ( 104-4) Ищите Господа и силы Его, ищите лица Его всегда.

Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face continually.

5 ( 104-5) Воспоминайте чудеса Его, которые сотворил, знамения Его и суды уст Его,

Remember His wonders which He has done, His marvels and the judgments uttered by His mouth,

6 ( 104-6) вы, семя Авраамово, рабы Его, сыны Иакова, избранные Его.

O seed of Abraham, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!

7 ( 104-7) Он Господь Бог наш: по всей земле суды Его.

He is the Lord our God; His judgments are in all the earth.

8 ( 104-8) Вечно помнит завет Свой, слово, заповедал в тысячу родов,

He has remembered His covenant forever, The word which He commanded to a thousand generations,

9 ( 104-9) которое завещал Аврааму, и клятву Свою Исааку,

The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac.

10 ( 104-10) и поставил то Иакову в закон и Израилю в завет вечный,

Then He confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,

11 ( 104-11) говоря: 'тебе дам землю Ханаанскую в удел наследия вашего'.

Saying, “ To you I will give the land of Canaan As the portion of your inheritance,”

12 ( 104-12) Когда их было еще мало числом, очень мало, и они были пришельцами в ней

When they were only a few men in number, Very few, and strangers in it.

13 ( 104-13) и переходили от народа к народу, из царства к иному племени,

And they wandered about from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people.

14 ( 104-14) никому не позволял обижать их и возбранял о них царям:

He permitted no man to oppress them, And He reproved kings for their sakes:

15 ( 104-15) 'не прикасайтесь к помазанным Моим, и пророкам Моим не делайте зла'.

“ Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.”

16 ( 104-16) И призвал голод на землю; всякий стебель хлебный истребил.

And He called for a famine upon the land; He broke the whole staff of bread.

17 ( 104-17) Послал пред ними человека: в рабы продан был Иосиф.

He sent a man before them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave.

18 ( 104-18) Стеснили оковами ноги его; в железо вошла душа его,

They afflicted his feet with fetters, He himself was laid in irons;

19 ( 104-19) доколе исполнилось слово Его: слово Господне испытало его.

Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the Lord tested him.

20 ( 104-20) Послал царь, и разрешил его владетель народов и освободил его;

The king sent and released him, The ruler of peoples, and set him free.

21 ( 104-21) поставил его господином над домом своим и правителем над всем владением своим,

He made him lord of his house And ruler over all his possessions,

22 ( 104-22) чтобы он наставлял вельмож его по своей душе и старейшин его учил мудрости.

To imprison his princes at will, That he might teach his elders wisdom.

23 ( 104-23) Тогда пришел Израиль в Египет, и переселился Иаков в землю Хамову.

Israel also came into Egypt; Thus Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.

24 ( 104-24) И весьма размножил народ Свой и сделал его сильнее врагов его.

And He caused His people to be very fruitful, And made them stronger than their adversaries.

25 ( 104-25) Возбудил в сердце их ненависть против народа Его и ухищрение против рабов Его.

He turned their heart to hate His people, To deal craftily with His servants.

26 ( 104-26) Послал Моисея, раба Своего, Аарона, которого избрал.

He sent Moses His servant, And Aaron, whom He had chosen.

27 ( 104-27) Они показали между ними слова знамений Его и чудеса в земле Хамовой.

They performed His wondrous acts among them, And miracles in the land of Ham.

28 ( 104-28) Послал тьму и сделал мрак, и не воспротивились слову Его.

He sent darkness and made it dark; And they did not rebel against His words.

29 ( 104-29) Преложил воду их в кровь, и уморил рыбу их.

He turned their waters into blood And caused their fish to die.

30 ( 104-30) Земля их произвела множество жаб в спальне царей их.

Their land swarmed with frogs Even in the chambers of their kings.

31 ( 104-31) Он сказал, и пришли разные насекомые, скнипы во все пределы их.

He spoke, and there came a swarm of flies And gnats in all their territory.

32 ( 104-32) Вместо дождя послал на них град, палящий огонь на землю их,

He gave them hail for rain, And flaming fire in their land.

33 ( 104-33) и побил виноград их и смоковницы их, и сокрушил дерева в пределах их.

He struck down their vines also and their fig trees, And shattered the trees of their territory.

34 ( 104-34) Сказал, и пришла саранча и гусеницы без числа;

He spoke, and locusts came, And young locusts, even without number,

35 ( 104-35) и съели всю траву на земле их, и съели плоды на полях их.

And ate up all vegetation in their land, And ate up the fruit of their ground.

36 ( 104-36) И поразил всякого первенца в земле их, начатки всей силы их.

He also struck down all the firstborn in their land, The first fruits of all their vigor.

37 ( 104-37) И вывел с серебром и золотом, и не было в коленах их болящего.

Then He brought them out with silver and gold, And among His tribes there was not one who stumbled.

38 ( 104-38) Обрадовался Египет исшествию их; ибо страх от них напал на него.

Egypt was glad when they departed, For the dread of them had fallen upon them.

39 ( 104-39) Простер облако в покров и огонь, чтобы светить ночью.

He spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to illumine by night.

40 ( 104-40) Просили, и Он послал перепелов, и хлебом небесным насыщал их.

They asked, and He brought quail, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

41 ( 104-41) Разверз камень, и потекли воды, потекли рекою по местам сухим,

He opened the rock and water flowed out; It ran in the dry places like a river.

42 ( 104-42) ибо вспомнил Он святое слово Свое к Аврааму, рабу Своему,

For He remembered His holy word With Abraham His servant;

43 ( 104-43) и вывел народ Свой в радости, избранных Своих в веселии,

And He brought forth His people with joy, His chosen ones with a joyful shout.

44 ( 104-44) и дал им земли народов, и они наследовали труд иноплеменных,

He gave them also the lands of the nations, That they might take possession of the fruit of the peoples’ labor,

45 ( 104-45) чтобы соблюдали уставы Его и хранили законы Его. Аллилуия! Аллилуия.

So that they might keep His statutes And observe His laws, Praise the Lord!
