1 A nd the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.

И ангелът, който говореше с мене, се върна и ме събуди, както човек, който се събужда от сън.

2 A nd said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:

Той ми каза: Какво виждаш? Аз отговорих: Погледнах и видях - светилник, цял от злато, с чаша отгоре му, със седемте светила на него и със седем отвора на седемте светилника, които са върху му,

3 A nd two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.

и край него две маслинени дървета - едно отдясно на чашата и едно отляво на нея.

4 S o I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?

Отново проговорих и попитах ангела, който говореше с мене: Какви са тези, господарю мой?

5 T hen the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.

А ангелът, който говореше с мене, ми отговори: Не знаеш ли какви са тези? И казах: Не зная, господарю мой.

6 T hen he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

Тогава ми каза: Ето Господнето слово към Зоровавел, което казва: Не чрез сила, нито чрез мощ, а чрез Духа Ми, казва Господ на Силите.

7 W ho art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

Какво си ти, планино велика? Пред Зоровавел - поле! Той ще изнесе връхния камък с възклицание: Благодат! Благодат на него!

8 M oreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

При това Господнето слово дойде към мен и каза:

9 T he hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you.

Ръцете на Зоровавел положиха основата на този дом; неговите ръце също ще го изкарат; и ще познаеш, че Господ на Силите ме е пратил при вас.

10 F or who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

Защото кой презира този ден на малките работи? Понеже тези ще се радват, т. е. тези седем, които са очите Господни, които тичат през целия свят, като видят отвеса в ръката на Зоровавел.

11 T hen answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?

Тогава му отговорих: Какви са тези две маслинени дървета отдясно на светилника и отляво?

12 A nd I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?

И втори път му казах: Какви са тези две маслинени клончета, които през двата златни отвора изпразват от себе си маслото като злато?

13 A nd he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.

А той ми отговори: Не знаеш ли какви са те? Аз казах: Не зная, господарю мой.

14 T hen said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

Тогава отвърна: Те са двамата помазани, които стоят при Господаря на целия свят.
