1 W hen he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.

А когато Исус слезе от хълма, последваха Го големи множества.

2 A nd, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

И, ето, един прокажен дойде при Него, кланяше Му се и каза: Господи, ако искаш, можеш да ме очистиш.

3 A nd Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Тогава Исус протегна ръка и се допря до него, и каза: Искам; бъди очистен. И начаса се очисти от проказата.

4 A nd Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

А Исус му каза: Гледай да не кажеш това на никого; но за свидетелство на тях иди да се покажеш на свещеника и принеси дара, който Моисей е заповядал. Излекуване на слугата на стотника

5 A nd when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

А когато влезе в Капернаум, един стотник дойде при Него и Му се молеше:

6 A nd saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

Господи, слугата ми лежи у дома парализиран и много се мъчи.

7 A nd Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

Той му каза: Ще дойда и ще го изцеля.

8 T he centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

Стотникът Му отговори: Господи, не съм достоен да влезеш под покрива ми; но кажи само една дума и слугата ми ще оздравее.

9 F or I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

Защото и аз съм подвластен човек и имам подчинени войници; и казвам на един: Иди!, и той отива; и на друг: Ела!, и той идва; а на слугата си: Направи това!, и той го прави.

10 W hen Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

Исус, като чу това, почуди се и каза на онези, които вървяха след Него: Истина ви казвам, дори в Израел не съм намерил толкова вяра.

11 A nd I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

Но ви казвам, че мнозина ще дойдат от изток и от запад и ще насядат с Авраам, Исаак и Яков в небесното царство;

12 B ut the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

а синовете на царството ще бъдат изхвърлени в тъмнината отвън; там ще бъде плач и скърцане със зъби.

13 A nd Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Тогава Исус каза на стотника: Иди си; както си повярвал, така нека ти бъде. И слугата оздравя в същия час. Излекуване на тъщата на Петър

14 A nd when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever.

И когато Исус дойде в къщата на Петър, видя, че тъща му лежеше болна от треска.

15 A nd he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.

И се допря до ръката ѝ и треската я остави; и тя стана да Му прислужва.

16 W hen the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:

А когато се свечери, доведоха при Него мнозина, обладани от бесове; и Той изгони духовете с една дума и изцели всички болни;

17 T hat it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

за да се сбъдне изреченото чрез пророк Исая, който казва: "Той взе на Себе Си нашите немощи и болестите ни понесе."

18 N ow when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side.

И като видя Исус около Себе Си много народ, заповяда да минат отвъд езерото.

19 A nd a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

И дойде един книжник и Му каза: Учителю, ще вървя след Тебе, където и да идеш.

20 A nd Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

Исус му отговори: Лисиците си имат леговища и небесните птици - гнезда; а Човешкият Син няма къде глава да подслони.

21 A nd another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

А друг от учениците Му каза: Господи, позволи ми първо да отида и погреба баща си.

22 B ut Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

Но Исус му каза: Върви след Мен и остави мъртвите да погребват своите мъртъвци. Укротяване на бурята

23 A nd when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.

И когато влезе в една ладия, учениците Му влязоха след Него.

24 A nd, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.

И, ето, в езерото се надигна голямо вълнение, толкова силно, че вълните заливаха ладията; а Той спеше.

25 A nd his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.

Тогава се приближиха, събудиха Го и казаха: Господи, спаси ни! Загиваме!

26 A nd he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

А Той им отвърна: Защо сте страхливи, маловерци? Тогава стана, смъмри ветровете и вълните и настана голяма тишина.

27 B ut the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

А човеците се чудеха и казваха: Какъв е Този, че и ветровете, и вълните Му се покоряват? Изгонване на бесове

28 A nd when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

И когато дойде на отсрещната страна, в Гадаринската земя, срещнаха Го двама, обладани от бесове, които излизаха от гробищата; те бяха тъй свирепи, че никой не можеше да мине през онзи път.

29 A nd, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

И, ето, извикаха и казаха: Какво общо имаш с нас, Ти, Божий Сине? Нима си дошъл тук преди определеното време да ни мъчиш?

30 A nd there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.

А недалеч от тях имаше голямо стадо свине, което пасеше.

31 S o the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.

И бесовете Му се молеха: Ако ни изгониш, изпрати ни в стадото свине.

32 A nd he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

Исус им каза: Идете. И те, като излязоха, отидоха в свинете; и, ето, цялото стадо се спусна надолу по стръмнината в езерото и загина във водата.

33 A nd they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.

А свинарите побегнаха и като отидоха в града, разказаха всичко, включително и това, което беше станало с обладаните от бесове.

34 A nd, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.

И, ето, целият град излезе да посрещне Исус; и като Го видяха, примолиха Му се да си отиде от техните предели.
