1 A nd the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

Господ каза още на Моисей:

2 S peak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the Lord by thy estimation.

Кажи на израелтяните: Когато някой дава оброк, ти да направиш оценката на лицата за Господа.

3 A nd thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

Ето каква трябва да бъде оценката ти: на мъж от двадесет до шестдесет години оценката ти да бъде петдесет сребърни сикъла според сикъла на светилището.

4 A nd if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

Ако е жена, оценката ти да бъде тридесет сикъла.

5 A nd if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Ако е лице от пет до двадесет години, оценката ти да бъде за мъж двадесет сикъла, а за жена десет сикъла.

6 A nd if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

Ако е лице от един месец до пет години, оценката ти да бъде: за мъж пет сребърни сикъла, а за жена три сребърни сикъла.

7 A nd if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

И ако е лице от шестдесет години нагоре, оценката ти да бъде петнадесет сикъла, ако е мъж, и десет сикъла, ако е жена.

8 B ut if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

Но ако човекът е по-беден, отколкото си го оценил, да се представи пред свещеника и свещеникът да го оцени отново; нека свещеникът го оцени според средствата на онзи, който е направил оброка.

9 A nd if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the Lord, all that any man giveth of such unto the Lord shall be holy.

Ако оброкът е за животно от онези, които се принасят на Господа, всичко, което някой дава на Господа от тях, става свято.

10 H e shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

Да не го промени, нито да замени добро животно с лошо или лошо с добро; и ако някога замени животно с животно, тогава и едното, и другото, което го е заменило, ще станат святи.

11 A nd if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the Lord, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

Но ако оброкът е за някое нечисто животно - от онези, които не се принасят на Господа, тогава да представи животното пред свещеника;

12 A nd the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

и свещеникът да го оцени според качествата като добро или лошо; по твоята оценка, о, свещенико, така ще бъде.

13 B ut if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

Но ако човекът поиска да го откупи, то върху твоята оценка да придаде петата ѝ част.

14 A nd when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the Lord, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

Когато някой посвети къщата си да бъде свята на Господа, то свещеникът да я оцени, както е добра или лоша; както я оцени свещеникът, така ще остане.

15 A nd if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

Но ако онзи, който я посвети, поиска да си откупи къщата, нека придаде на парите, с които си я оценил, петата им част и ще бъде негова.

16 A nd if a man shall sanctify unto the Lord some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

Ако някой посвети на Господа част от нивата, която съставлява имота му, оценката ти да бъде според семето, което може да се засее в нея; един кор ечемичено семе да се оцени за петдесет сребърни сикъла.

17 I f he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

Ако посвети нивата си от юбилейната година, то по твоята оценка ще остане.

18 B ut if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

Но ако посвети нивата си след юбилея, свещеникът да му пресметне парите според годините, които остават до юбилейната година, и според това да се приспадне от оценката ти.

19 A nd if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

Но ако този, който е посветил нивата, поиска някога да я откупи, нека прибави към парите, с които си я оценил, петата им част и ще стане негова.

20 A nd if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

Обаче ако не откупи нивата или ако е продал нивата на друг, да не се откупува вече;

21 B ut the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the Lord, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

а когато нивата се освободи в юбилея, ще бъде свята на Господа като посветена нива; ще бъде притежание на свещеника.

22 A nd if a man sanctify unto the Lord a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

И ако някой посвети на Господа нива, която е купил, която обаче не е част от нивата, съставляваща притежанието му,

23 T hen the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the Lord.

свещеникът да му пресметне цената ѝ до юбилейната година според твоята оценка; и в същия ден нека даде оцененото от тебе като нещо свято на Господа.

24 I n the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

В юбилейната година нивата да бъде върната на онзи, от когото е била купена, т. е. на онзи, на когото се пада земята като притежание.

25 A nd all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

Всички твои оценки да стават според сикъла на светилището; сикъла да е равен на двадесет гери.

26 O nly the firstling of the beasts, which should be the Lord 's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the Lord 's.

Но никой да не посвещава първородното между животните, което като първородно принадлежи на Господа; говедо или овца, Господне е.

27 A nd if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

И ако е от нечистите животни, нека го откупи според твоята оценка, като придаде върху нея петата ѝ част; или ако не се откупува, нека се продаде според твоята оценка.

28 N otwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the Lord of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the Lord.

Но нито да се продава, нито да се откупува нещо, което е посветено, което би обрекъл някой на Господа от онова, което има, било човек или животно, или нива от притежанието си; всяко нещо, което е посветено, е пресвято на Господа.

29 N one devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

Нищо, което е посветено от човек, да не се откупува; то трябва да се умъртви.

30 A nd all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord 's: it is holy unto the Lord.

Всеки десятък от земята, било от посевите на земята или от плода на дърветата, е Господен; свят е на Господа.

31 A nd if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

Ако някой поиска да откупи нещо от десятъка си, нека придаде петата част от цената му.

32 A nd concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the Lord.

И всеки десятък от едър и дребен добитък, десятъкът от всичко, което минава при преброяване под овчарската тояга, да бъде свят на Господа.

33 H e shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Посветителят да не издирва добро ли е животното или лошо, нито да го променя; но ако го промени някога, то и едното, и другото, което го е заменило, да бъдат святи; животното да не се откупува.

34 T hese are the commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

Тези са заповедите, които Господ заповяда на Моисей за израелтяните на Синайската планина.
