1 A fter these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.

След това Исус пак се яви на учениците на Тивериадското езеро; и ето как им се яви:

2 T here were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.

там бяха заедно Симон Петър, Тома, наречен Близнак, Натанаил от Кана Галилейска, Зеведеевите синове и други двама от учениците Му.

3 S imon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.

Симон Петър им каза: Отивам да ловя риба. Казаха му: Ще дойдем и ние с теб. Излязоха и се качиха на ладията; и през онази нощ не уловиха нищо.

4 B ut when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.

А когато вече се разсъмваше, Исус застана на брега; но учениците не познаха, че е Той.

5 T hen Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.

Исус им каза: Момчета, имате ли нещо за ядене? Отговориха Му: Нямаме.

6 A nd he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

А Той им каза: Хвърлете мрежата отдясно на ладията и ще намерите. И така, те хвърлиха; и не можаха вече да я извлекат поради многото риба.

7 T herefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

Тогава онзи ученик, когото Исус обичаше, каза на Петър: Господ е. А Симон Петър, като чу, че е Господ, навлече си връхната дреха (защото я беше свалил) и се хвърли в езерото.

8 A nd the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.

А другите ученици дойдоха в ладията, защото не бяха далеч от сушата, на около двеста лакти, и влачеха мрежата с рибата.

9 A s soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.

И като излязоха на сушата, видяха разстлана жарава и на нея сложена риба и хляб.

10 J esus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.

Исус им каза: Донесете от рибата, която сега уловихте.

11 S imon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Затова Симон Петър се качи на ладията и извлече мрежата на сушата, пълна с едри риби - сто петдесет и три на брой; и макар да бяха толкова много, мрежата не се скъса.

12 J esus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.

Исус им каза: Елате да закусите. И никой от учениците не смееше да Го попита: Ти Кой си?, понеже знаеха, че е Господ.

13 J esus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

Исус дойде, взе хляба и им даде, също и рибата.

14 T his is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

Това беше вече трети път, когато Исус се яви на учениците, след като възкръсна от мъртвите. Исус Христос и Петър

15 S o when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

А като закусиха, Исус каза на Симон Петър: Симоне Йонов, обичаш ли Ме повече, отколкото Ме обичат тези? Каза Му: Да, Господи, Ти знаеш, че Те обичам. Той му каза: Паси агънцата Ми.

16 H e saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Пак му каза втори път: Симоне Йонов, обичаш ли Ме? Отвърна Му: Да, Господи, Ти знаеш, че Те обичам. Той Му каза: Паси овцете Ми.

17 H e saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Каза му трети път: Симоне Йонов, обичаш ли Ме? Петър се натъжи за това, че трети път му каза: Обичаш ли Ме?, и Му отговори: Господи, Ти всичко знаеш; Ти знаеш, че Те обичам. Исус му каза: Паси овцете Ми.

18 V erily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdest thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.

Истина, истина ти казвам: Когато беше по-млад, ти сам се опасваше и ходеше, където си искаше; но когато остарееш, ще разтвориш ръце и друг ще те върже и ще те води, където не искаш.

19 T his spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.

А като каза това, Той посочваше с каква смърт Петър щеше да прослави Бога. И като изрече това, му каза: Върви след Мен.

20 T hen Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

А Петър, като се обърна, видя, че след него идва ученикът, когото Исус обичаше, този, който на вечерята се беше облегнал на гърдите Му и каза: Господи, кой е този, който ще Те предаде?

21 P eter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?

Като го видя, Петър каза на Исус: Господи, а с този какво ще стане ?

22 J esus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

Исус му каза: Ако искам той да остане, докато дойда, тебе какво те засяга? Ти върви след Мен.

23 T hen went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

И така, разнесе се слух между братята, че този ученик няма да умре. Исус, обаче, не му каза, че няма да умре, но: Ако искам той да остане, докато дойда, тебе какво те засяга?

24 T his is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.

Този е ученикът, който свидетелства за тези неща, който и написа тези неща; и знаем, че неговото свидетелство е истинно.

25 A nd there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Има още и много други дела, които извърши Исус; но ако се напишеха едно по едно, струва ми се, че цял свят нямаше да побере написаните книги.
