1 A nd when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary of James, and Salome purchased sweet-smelling spices, so that they might go and anoint.

Pasado el sábado, María la Magdalena, María la madre de Jacobo, y Salomé compraron especias aromáticas para ir a embalsamarle.

2 A nd very early on the first day of the week they came to the tomb; the sun had risen.

Y muy de madrugada, el primer día de la semana, llegan al sepulcro cuando había salido el sol.

3 A nd they said to one another, Who will roll back the stone for us out of the door of the tomb?

Y se decían unas a otras: ¿Quién nos hará rodar la piedra de la entrada del sepulcro?

4 A nd when they looked up, they saw that the stone was already rolled back, for it was very large.

Pero alzando los ojos, observan que la piedra ha sido ya retirada; y eso que era grande en demasía.

5 A nd going into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right, clothed in a '> long, stately, sweeping] robe of white, and they were utterly amazed and struck with terror.

Y entrando en el sepulcro, vieron a un joven sentado en el lado derecho, vestido con una túnica blanca, y quedaron atónitas de espanto.

6 A nd he said to them, Do not be amazed and terrified; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, Who was crucified. He has risen; He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.

Pero él les dice: Dejad de asustaros. Estáis buscando a Jesús Nazareno, el crucificado; ha resucitado; no está aquí; mirad el lugar donde le pusieron.

7 B ut be going; tell the disciples and Peter, He goes before you into Galilee; you will see Him there, as He told you.

Pero id, decid a sus discípulos y a Pedro: Va delante de vosotros a Galilea; allí le veréis, conforme os dijo.

8 T hen they went out fled from the tomb, for trembling and bewilderment and consternation had seized them. And they said nothing about it to anyone, for they were held by alarm and fear.

Ellas salieron y huyeron del sepulcro, pues se había apoderado de ellas un gran temblor y espanto; y no dijeron nada a nadie, porque tenían miedo. El Señor Jesús se aparece a María Magdalena

9 N ow Jesus, having risen '> from death] early on the first day of the week, appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had driven out seven demons.

En la madrugada del primer día de la semana, resucitó y se apareció primero a María Magdalena, de la que había arrojado siete demonios.

10 S he went and reported it to those who had been with Him, as they grieved and wept.

Ella fue a anunciarlo a los que habían estado con él, que estaban de duelo y llorando.

11 A nd when they heard that He was alive and that she had seen Him, they did not believe it.

Ellos, al oír que está vivo y que ella lo ha visto, no lo creyeron. El Señor se aparece a dos de sus discípulos

12 A fter this, He appeared in a different form to two of them as they were walking into the country.

Después de esto, fue manifestado bajo diferente forma a dos de ellos que iban de camino hacia la campiña.

13 A nd they returned and told the others, but they did not believe them either.

Ellos fueron y lo comunicaron a los demás; tampoco a éstos les creyeron. El Señor comisiona a los apóstoles

14 A fterward He appeared to the Eleven as they reclined at table; and He reproved and reproached them for their unbelief (their lack of faith) and their hardness of heart, because they had refused to believe those who had seen Him and looked at Him attentively after He had risen '> from death].

Por último, fue manifestado a los once, estando ellos sentados a la mesa, y les echó en cara su incredulidad y dureza de corazón, por no haber creído a los que le habían visto después de haber resucitado.

15 A nd He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature '> human race].

Y les dijo: Id por todo el mundo y proclamad el evangelio a toda criatura.

16 H e who believes and is baptized will be saved '> from the penalty of eternal death]; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

El que crea y sea bautizado, será salvo; pero el que no crea, será condenado.

17 A nd these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages;

Y estas señales acompañarán a los que crean: En mi nombre expulsarán demonios, hablarán en nuevas lenguas,

18 T hey will pick up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well.

tomarán serpientes en sus manos, y si beben algo mortífero, no les hará ningún daño; impondrán las manos sobre los enfermos, y sanarán. La ascensión

19 S o then the Lord Jesus, after He had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and He sat down at the right hand of God.

Y así, el Señor Jesús, después de hablarles, fue recibido arriba en el cielo, y se sentó a la diestra de Dios.

20 A nd they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord kept working with them and confirming the message by the attesting signs and miracles that closely accompanied. Amen (so be it).

Y ellos, salieron y predicaron en todas partes, colaborando el Señor con ellos y confirmando la palabra por medio de las señales que la acompañaban.
