1 N ow on the first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, while it was yet dark, unto the tomb, and seeth the stone taken away from the tomb.

В первый же недели Мария Магдалина приходит ко гробу рано, когда было еще темно, и видит, что камень отвален от гроба.

2 S he runneth therefore, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we know not where they have laid him.

Итак, бежит и приходит к Симону Петру и к другому ученику, которого любил Иисус, и говорит им: унесли Господа из гроба, и не знаем, где положили Его.

3 P eter therefore went forth, and the other disciple, and they went toward the tomb.

Тотчас вышел Петр и другой ученик, и пошли ко гробу.

4 A nd they ran both together: and the other disciple outran Peter, and came first to the tomb;

Они побежали оба вместе; но другой ученик бежал скорее Петра, и пришел ко гробу первый.

5 a nd stooping and looking in, he seeth the linen cloths lying; yet entered he not in.

И, наклонившись, увидел лежащие пелены; но не вошел.

6 S imon Peter therefore also cometh, following him, and entered into the tomb; and he beholdeth the linen cloths lying,

Вслед за ним приходит Симон Петр, и входит во гроб, и видит одни пелены лежащие,

7 a nd the napkin, that was upon his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but rolled up in a place by itself.

и плат, который был на главе Его, не с пеленами лежащий, но особо свитый на другом месте.

8 T hen entered in therefore the other disciple also, who came first to the tomb, and he saw, and believed.

Тогда вошел и другой ученик, прежде пришедший ко гробу, и увидел, и уверовал.

9 F or as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise from the dead.

Ибо они еще не знали из Писания, что Ему надлежало воскреснуть из мертвых.

10 S o the disciples went away again unto their own home.

Итак ученики опять возвратились к себе.

11 B ut Mary was standing without at the tomb weeping: so, as she wept, she stooped and looked into the tomb;

А Мария стояла у гроба и плакала. И, когда плакала, наклонилась во гроб,

12 a nd she beholdeth two angels in white sitting, one at the head, and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.

и видит двух Ангелов, в белом одеянии сидящих, одного у главы и другого у ног, где лежало тело Иисуса.

13 A nd they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.

И они говорят ей: жена! что ты плачешь? Говорит им: унесли Господа моего, и не знаю, где положили Его.

14 W hen she had thus said, she turned herself back, and beholdeth Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.

Сказав сие, обратилась назад и увидела Иисуса стоящего; но не узнала, что это Иисус.

15 J esus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou hast borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.

Иисус говорит ей: жена! что ты плачешь? кого ищешь? Она, думая, что это садовник, говорит Ему: господин! если ты вынес Его, скажи мне, где ты положил Его, и я возьму Его.

16 J esus saith unto her, Mary. She turneth herself, and saith unto him in Hebrew, Rabboni; which is to say, Teacher.

Иисус говорит ей: Мария! Она, обратившись, говорит Ему: Раввуни! --что значит: Учитель!

17 J esus saith to her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended unto the Father: but go unto my brethren, and say to them, I ascend unto my Father and your Father, and my God and your God.

Иисус говорит ей: не прикасайся ко Мне, ибо Я еще не восшел к Отцу Моему; а иди к братьям Моим и скажи им: восхожу к Отцу Моему и Отцу вашему, и к Богу Моему и Богу вашему.

18 M ary Magdalene cometh and telleth the disciples, I have seen the Lord; and that he had said these things unto her.

Мария Магдалина идет и возвещает ученикам, видела Господа и Он это сказал ей.

19 W hen therefore it was evening, on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

В тот же первый день недели вечером, когда двери, где собирались ученики Его, были заперты из опасения от Иудеев, пришел Иисус, и стал посреди, и говорит им: мир вам!

20 A nd when he had said this, he showed unto them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord.

Сказав это, Он показал им руки и ноги и ребра Свои. Ученики обрадовались, увидев Господа.

21 J esus therefore said to them again, Peace be unto you: as the Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

Иисус же сказал им вторично: мир вам! как послал Меня Отец, и Я посылаю вас.

22 A nd when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit:

Сказав это, дунул, и говорит им: примите Духа Святаго.

23 w hose soever sins ye forgive, they are forgiven unto them; whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

Кому простите грехи, тому простятся; на ком оставите, на том останутся.

24 B ut Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

Фома же, один из двенадцати, называемый Близнец, не был тут с ними, когда приходил Иисус.

25 T he other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.

Другие ученики сказали ему: мы видели Господа. Но он сказал им: если не увижу на руках Его ран от гвоздей, и не вложу перста моего в раны от гвоздей, и не вложу руки моей в ребра Его, не поверю.

26 A nd after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus cometh, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.

После восьми дней опять были в доме ученики Его, и Фома с ними. Пришел Иисус, когда двери были заперты, стал посреди них и сказал: мир вам!

27 T hen saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and see my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and put it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

Потом говорит Фоме: подай перст твой сюда и посмотри руки Мои; подай руку твою и вложи в ребра Мои; и не будь неверующим, но верующим.

28 T homas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

Фома сказал Ему в ответ: Господь мой и Бог мой!

29 J esus saith unto him, Because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

Иисус говорит ему: ты поверил, потому что увидел Меня; блаженны невидевшие и уверовавшие.

30 M any other signs therefore did Jesus in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book:

Много сотворил Иисус пред учениками Своими и других чудес, о которых не писано в книге сей.

31 b ut these are written, that ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye may have life in his name.

Сие же написано, дабы вы уверовали, что Иисус есть Христос, Сын Божий, и, веруя, имели жизнь во имя Его.
