1 P astaj Zoti i foli Moisiut, duke i thënë:

¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 " Folu bijve të Izraelit dhe u thuaj: Kur do të hyni në vendin ku duhet të banoni dhe që unë ju jap,

Speak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When you have entered into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you

3 d o t’i ofroni Zotit një flijim të bërë me zjarr, një olokaust apo një flijim për kryerjen e një kushti apo si ofertë vullnetare ose në festat tuaja të caktuara, për t’i bërë një erë të këndshme Zotit me një kafshë, të marrë nga kopeja e kafshëve të trasha a të imta,

and will make an offering on fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to offer a vow or of your free will or to make in your solemn feasts an acceptable savour unto the LORD, of the cows, or of the sheep,

4 a i që do të paraqesë ofertën e tij Zotit, do të ofrojë si blatim ushqimor një të dhjetën e efas majë mielli të përzier me një çerek hini vaji;

then he that offers his offering unto the LORD shall bring a present of a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil;

5 g jithashtu do t’i çosh një libacion prej një çerek hini verë së bashku me olokaustin ose flijimin, për çdo qengj.

and of wine for a drink offering shalt thou offer the fourth part of a hin in addition to the burnt offering or the sacrifice, for each lamb.

6 N ë qoftë se bëhet fjalë për një dash, do të çosh si blatim ushqimi dy të dhjeta efe majë mielli të përzier me një të tretë hini vaji,

And for each ram, thou shalt prepare as a present two tenth deals of flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil;

7 d he do të bësh një libacion vere prej një të trete hini si një ofertë me erë të këndshme për Zotin.

and of wine for a drink offering thou shalt offer the third part of a hin, for an acceptable savour unto the LORD.

8 P or në rast se në vend të olokaustit ose të flijimit çon një dem të vogël, për kryerjen e një kushti apo të një flijimi falënderimi për Zotin,

And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt offering or for a sacrifice, to offer a vow or a sacrifice of peace unto the LORD,

9 s ë bashku me demin e vogël do të ofrohet, si blatim i ushqimit, majë mielli në një sasi tre të dhjeta të efas i përzier me gjysmë hini vaji;

thou shalt offer with the bullock a present of three tenth deals of flour mingled with half of a hin of oil;

10 d he do të çosh si libacion gjysmë hini verë; është një flijim që bëhet me zjarr, me një erë të këndshme për Zotin.

and of wine for a drink offering thou shalt offer half of a hin, for an offering on fire, of an acceptable savour unto the LORD.

11 K ështu do të veprohet për çdo dem të vogël, për çdo dash, për çdo qengj ose kec, simbas numrit që përgatitni.

Thus shall it be done for each bullock or for each ram or for each lamb, the same for sheep as for goats.

12 D o të veproni kështu për çdo kafshë që do të sillni.

According to the number that ye shall prepare, so shall ye do to each one according to their number.

13 T ë gjithë ata që kanë lindur në vend do veprojnë kështu, kur do t’i ofrojnë një flijim me zjarr, me erë të këndshme Zotit.

All that are natural born shall do these things after this manner, to offer an offering on fire, of an acceptable savour unto the LORD.

14 D he në se një i huaj që banon me ju ose kushdo tjetër që të ndodhet me ju në brezat e ardhshëm, dëshiron të ofrojë një flijim të bërë me zjarr, me erë të këndshme për Zotin, do të veprojë si ju.

And when a stranger sojourns with you or whoever is among you, for your ages, if they will offer an offering on fire of an acceptable savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do.

15 D o të ketë një statut të vetëm për gjithë asamblenë, për ju dhe për të huajin që banon midis jush; do të jetë një statut i përjetshëm për të gjithë brezat tuaj; ashtu siç jeni ju, ashtu do të jetë edhe i huaji përpara Zotit.

One statute shall be both for you of the congregation and also for the stranger that sojourns with you, a perpetual statute, for your ages; as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.

16 D o të jetë po ai ligj dhe po ai dekret për ju dhe për të huajin që banon me ju".

One same law and the same right shall be for you and for the stranger that sojourns with you.

17 Z oti i foli akoma Moisiut, duke i thënë:

The LORD also spoke unto Moses, saying,

18 " Folu bijve të Izraelit dhe u thuaj atyre: Kur do të arrini në vendin ku po ju çoj unë,

Speak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When ye have come into the land where I bring you,

19 d he do të hani bukën e vendit, do t’i paraqisni Zotit një ofertë të lartë.

then it shall be that when ye begin to eat of the bread of the land, ye shall offer up an offering unto the LORD.

20 N ga prodhimi i parë i brumit tuaj do të paraqisni një kulaç si ofertë e lartë; do ta paraqisni si një ofertë e lartë e lëmit.

Ye shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for an offering; as the offering of the threshingfloor, so shall ye offer it.

21 N ga prodhimi i parë i brumit tuaj do t’i jepni Zotit një ofertë të lartë për gjithë brezat tuaj.

Of the firstfruits of your dough ye shall give unto the LORD an offering in your generations.

22 N ë qoftë se keni kryer një mëkat nga padituria dhe nuk keni respektuar të gjitha këto urdhërime që Zoti i ka dhënë Moisiut,

¶ And when ye err and do not observe all these commandments which the LORD has spoken unto Moses,

23 t ë gjitha ato që Zoti ka urdhëruar me anë të Moisiut, nga dita që Zoti ju ka dhënë urdhra dhe më vonë për të gjitha brezat tuaj,

even all that the LORD has commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses and from then on, for your ages,

24 n ë qoftë se mëkati është kryer nga padituria, pa u marrë vesh nga asambleja, gjithë asambleja do të ofrojë një dem të vogël si olokaust me erë të këndshme për Zotin së bashku me blatimin e tij të ushqimit dhe libacionin e tij simbas asaj që është dekretuar, si dhe një kec si flijim për mëkatin.

then it shall be, if the sin was committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock as a burnt offering, for an acceptable savour unto the LORD with its present and its drink offering, according to the law, and one he goat as the sin.

25 K ështu prifti do të bëjë shlyerjen për të gjithë asamblenë e bijve të Izraelit dhe ky mëkat do t’u falet, sepse është një mëkat i kryer nga padituria, dhe ata kanë sjellë ofertën e tyre, një flijim i bërë me zjarr për Zotin, dhe flijimi i tyre për mëkatin, për mëkatin e tyre nga padituria përpara Zotit.

And the priest shall reconcile all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them, for it is ignorance; and they shall bring their offering, an offering on fire unto the LORD and their sins before the LORD which they committed in their ignorance.

26 D o t’i falet tërë asamblesë së bijve të Izraelit dhe të huajit që banon midis tyre, sepse tërë populli e kreu këtë mëkat nga padituria.

And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the sons of Israel and the stranger that sojourns among them, seeing all the people were in ignorance.

27 N ë qoftë se është një person i vetëm që kryen mëkatin nga padituria, ai të ofrojë një dhi motake si flijim për mëkatin.

And if any person sins through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year as the sin.

28 D he prifti do të bëjë shlyerjen përpara Zotit për personin që ka mëkatuar nga padituria, kur e ka bërë pa njohjen e duhur; prifti do të bëjë shlyerjen për të dhe mëkati do t’i falet.

And the priest shall reconcile the soul that errs ignorantly, when he sins by ignorance before the LORD, he shall be reconciled; and it shall be forgiven him.

29 S i për ata që kanë lindur në vend midis bijve të Izraelit ose për një të huaj që banon midis jush, do të keni një ligj të vetëm për atë që mëkaton nga padituria.

Ye shall have the same law for the one that sins through ignorance, both for the natural born among the sons of Israel and for the stranger that sojourns among them.

30 P or ai që kryen një mëkat me qëllim, qoftë i lindur në vend apo i huaj, fyen Zotin; ky njeri do të shfaroset në mes të popullit të tij.

¶ But the person that does something consciously, whether they are natural born or a stranger, the same reproaches the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

31 S epse ka përçmuar fjalën e Zotit dhe ka dhunuar urdhërimet e tij; ky njeri duhet të shfaroset, do të mbajë barrën e paudhësisë së tij".

Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has made void his commandment, that person shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

32 N dërsa bijtë e Izraelit ishin në shkretëtirë, gjetën një njeri që mblidhte dru ditën e shtunë.

And while the sons of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered firewood upon the sabbath day.

33 A ta që e gjetën duke mbledhur dru, e çuan te Moisiu, tek Aaroni dhe para tërë asamblesë.

And those that found him gathering firewood brought him unto Moses and Aaron and unto all the congregation.

34 D he e futën në burg, sepse nuk ishte përcaktuar akoma se ç’duhet t’i bënin.

And they put him in ward because it was not declared what should be done to him.

35 P astaj Zoti i tha Moisiut: "Ky njeri duhet të vritet; e tërë asambleja do ta vrasë me gurë jashtë kampit".

And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.

36 K ështu tërë asambleja e çoi jashtë kampit dhe e vrau me gurë; dhe ai vdiq, ashtu si e kishte urdhëruar Zoti Moisiun. Qëllimi i thekëve në rrobat

Then all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died, as the LORD commanded Moses.

37 Z oti i foli akoma Moisiut, duke i thënë:

¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

38 " Folu bijve të Izraelit dhe u thuaj atyre që të bëjnë brez pas brezi thekë në cepat e rrobave të tyre dhe të vënë në çdo cep një kordon në ngjyrë manushaqeje.

Speak unto the sons of Israel and bid them that they make for themselves fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue.

39 D o të jetë një thek të cilin do ta shikoni për të kujtuar të gjitha urdhërimet e Zotit dhe për t’i zbatuar, dhe jo për të ndjekur zemrën tuaj dhe sytë tuaja që ju çojnë në kurvërim.

And it shall be unto you for a fringe that ye may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the LORD and do them and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, seeking after which ye fornicate.

40 K ështu do të kujtoni të gjitha urdhërimet e mia dhe do t’i zbatoni në praktikë, dhe do të jeni të shenjtë për Perëndinë tuaj.

That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.

41 U në jam Zoti, Perëndia juaj që ju nxori nga vendi i Egjiptit për të qenë Perëndia juaj. Unë jam Zoti, Perëndia juaj".

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. I AM your God.
