1 A Psalm of David. To Jehovah the earth and its fulness, The world and the inhabitants in it.

Del Señor es la tierra y todo lo que hay en ella; el mundo y los que en él habitan.

2 F or He on the seas hath founded it, And on the floods He doth establish it.

Porque El la fundó sobre los mares, y la asentó sobre los ríos.

3 W ho goeth up into the hill of Jehovah? And who riseth up in His holy place?

¿Quién subirá al monte del Señor ? ¿Y quién podrá estar en su lugar santo ?

4 T he clean of hands, and pure of heart, Who hath not lifted up to vanity his soul, Nor hath sworn to deceit.

El de manos limpias y corazón puro; el que no ha alzado su alma a la falsedad, ni jurado con engaño.

5 H e beareth away a blessing from Jehovah, Righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Ese recibirá bendición del Señor, y justicia del Dios de su salvación.

6 T his a generation of those seeking Him. Seeking Thy face, O Jacob! Selah.

Tal es la generación de los que le buscan, de los que buscan tu rostro, como Jacob. (Selah )

7 L ift up, O gates, your heads, And be lifted up, O doors age-during, And come in doth the king of glory!

Alzad, oh puertas, vuestras cabezas, alzaos vosotras, puertas eternas, para que entre el Rey de la gloria.

8 W ho this -- `the king of glory?' Jehovah -- strong and mighty, Jehovah, the mighty in battle.

¿Quién es este Rey de la gloria? El Señor, fuerte y poderoso; el Señor, poderoso en batalla.

9 L ift up, O gates, your heads, And be lifted up, O doors age-during, And come in doth the king of glory!

Alzad, oh puertas, vuestras cabezas, alzad las, puertas eternas, para que entre el Rey de la gloria.

10 W ho He -- this `king of glory?' Jehovah of hosts -- He the king of glory! Selah.

¿Quién es este Rey de la gloria? El Señor de los ejércitos, El es el Rey de la gloria. (Selah)
