1 A Psalm of David. To Jehovah the earth and its fulness, The world and the inhabitants in it.

De Jehová es la tierra y su plenitud; El mundo, y los que en él habitan.

2 F or He on the seas hath founded it, And on the floods He doth establish it.

Porque él la fundó sobre los mares, Y la afirmó sobre los ríos.

3 W ho goeth up into the hill of Jehovah? And who riseth up in His holy place?

¿Quién subirá al monte de Jehová? ¿Y quién estará en su lugar santo?

4 T he clean of hands, and pure of heart, Who hath not lifted up to vanity his soul, Nor hath sworn to deceit.

El limpio de manos y puro de corazón; El que no ha elevado su alma a cosas vanas, Ni jurado con engaño.

5 H e beareth away a blessing from Jehovah, Righteousness from the God of his salvation.

El recibirá bendición de Jehová, Y justicia del Dios de salvación.

6 T his a generation of those seeking Him. Seeking Thy face, O Jacob! Selah.

Tal es la generación de los que le buscan, De los que buscan tu rostro, oh Dios de Jacob. Selah

7 L ift up, O gates, your heads, And be lifted up, O doors age-during, And come in doth the king of glory!

Alzad, oh puertas, vuestras cabezas, Y alzaos vosotras, puertas eternas, Y entrará el Rey de gloria.

8 W ho this -- `the king of glory?' Jehovah -- strong and mighty, Jehovah, the mighty in battle.

¿Quién es este Rey de gloria? Jehová el fuerte y valiente, Jehová el poderoso en batalla.

9 L ift up, O gates, your heads, And be lifted up, O doors age-during, And come in doth the king of glory!
