1 E l Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

2 « Habla con los hijos de Israel, y diles que el hombre o la mujer que se aparte y haga voto de nazareo para consagrarse a mí,

“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When either a man or woman consecrates an offering to take the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the Lord,

3 d eberá abstenerse de vino y de sidra; no beberá vinagre de vino ni de sidra, ni beberá ningún licor de uva, ni comerá tampoco uvas frescas ni secas.

he shall separate himself from wine and similar drink; he shall drink neither vinegar made from wine nor vinegar made from similar drink; neither shall he drink any grape juice, nor eat fresh grapes or raisins.

4 T odo el tiempo de su nazareato deberá abstenerse de comer de todo producto de la vid, incluso de los granillos y el hollejo.

All the days of his separation he shall eat nothing that is produced by the grapevine, from seed to skin.

5 » Mientras dure su voto de nazareato, y hasta que se cumpla el término de su consagración a mí, no se afeitará la cabeza con navaja. Estará consagrado a mí, y se dejará crecer el cabello.

‘All the days of the vow of his separation no razor shall come upon his head; until the days are fulfilled for which he separated himself to the Lord, he shall be holy. Then he shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

6 » Mientras dure su consagración a mí, no podrá acercarse a ninguna persona muerta.

All the days that he separates himself to the Lord he shall not go near a dead body.

7 N i siquiera podrá acercarse a su padre o a su madre muertos, ni a su hermano o hermana muertos, porque sobre él reposa su consagración a mí, su Dios.

He shall not make himself unclean even for his father or his mother, for his brother or his sister, when they die, because his separation to God is on his head.

8 M ientras dure su nazareato, estará consagrado a mí.

All the days of his separation he shall be holy to the Lord.

9 » Si alguien, de manera repentina, muere junto a él, su consagración se habrá contaminado, por lo que al séptimo día, es decir, en el día de su purificación, se rapará la cabeza.

‘And if anyone dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles his consecrated head, then he shall shave his head on the day of his cleansing; on the seventh day he shall shave it.

10 E l octavo día llevará al sacerdote, a la puerta del tabernáculo de reunión, dos tórtolas o dos palominos.

Then on the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting;

11 E l sacerdote ofrecerá uno de ellos en expiación y el otro en holocausto. Así, ese día hará expiación por el que pecó a causa del muerto, y santificará su cabeza.

and the priest shall offer one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, and make atonement for him, because he sinned in regard to the corpse; and he shall sanctify his head that same day.

12 C onsagrará para mí los días de su nazareato, y presentará un cordero de un año en expiación por la culpa; pero los primeros días serán anulados por cuanto su nazareato fue contaminado.

He shall consecrate to the Lord the days of his separation, and bring a male lamb in its first year as a trespass offering; but the former days shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.

13 » Ésta es la ley del nazareo para el día que se cumpla el término de su nazareato. El nazareo acudirá a la puerta del tabernáculo de reunión

‘Now this is the law of the Nazirite: When the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall be brought to the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

14 y me presentará su ofrenda, que será un cordero de un año, sin defecto, en holocausto; una cordera de un año, sin defecto, en expiación; y un carnero sin defecto como ofrenda de paz,

And he shall present his offering to the Lord: one male lamb in its first year without blemish as a burnt offering, one ewe lamb in its first year without blemish as a sin offering, one ram without blemish as a peace offering,

15 m ás un canastillo de tortas de flor de harina sin levadura, amasadas con aceite, hojaldras sin levadura untadas con aceite, con su ofrenda y sus libaciones.

a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and their grain offering with their drink offerings.

16 E l sacerdote ofrecerá esto delante de mí, y hará su expiación y su holocausto.

Then the priest shall bring them before the Lord and offer his sin offering and his burnt offering;

17 M e ofrecerá además el carnero como ofrenda de paz, junto con el canastillo de los panes sin levadura, y me ofrecerá también su ofrenda y sus libaciones.

and he shall offer the ram as a sacrifice of a peace offering to the Lord, with the basket of unleavened bread; the priest shall also offer its grain offering and its drink offering.

18 E ntonces el nazareo se rapará la cabeza consagrada a la puerta del tabernáculo de reunión, y tomará los cabellos de su cabeza consagrada y los echará sobre el fuego que está debajo de la ofrenda de paz.

Then the Nazirite shall shave his consecrated head at the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and shall take the hair from his consecrated head and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offering.

19 D espués el sacerdote tomará la espaldilla cocida del carnero, una torta sin levadura del canastillo, y una hojaldra sin levadura, y las pondrá en manos del nazareo, después de que éste se haya rapado la cabeza consagrada.

‘And the priest shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram, one unleavened cake from the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and put them upon the hands of the Nazirite after he has shaved his consecrated hair,

20 L uego el sacerdote mecerá todo esto delante de mí como ofrenda mecida, además del pecho mecido y de la espaldilla separada, y todo esto será una ofrenda santa para el sacerdote. Después de esto el nazareo podrá beber vino.

and the priest shall wave them as a wave offering before the Lord; they are holy for the priest, together with the breast of the wave offering and the thigh of the heave offering. After that the Nazirite may drink wine.’

21 » Ésta es la ley para el que haga un voto de nazareo, y la ofrenda que deberá presentar al Señor por su nazareato, además de lo que sus propios recursos le permitan. Todo se hará según el voto que haya hecho, y conforme a la ley de su nazareato.» La bendición sacerdotal

“This is the law of the Nazirite who vows to the Lord the offering for his separation, and besides that, whatever else his hand is able to provide; according to the vow which he takes, so he must do according to the law of his separation.” The Priestly Blessing

22 E l Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

23 « Habla con Aarón y sus hijos, y diles que de esta manera bendecirán a los hijos de Israel. Les dirán:

“Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:

24 » ¡Que el Señor te bendiga, y te cuide!

“The Lord bless you and keep you;

25 ¡ Que el Señor haga resplandecer su rostro sobre ti, y tenga de ti misericordia!

The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;

26 ¡ Que el Señor alce su rostro sobre ti, y ponga en ti paz!

The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.”’

27 » De esta manera invocarán ellos mi nombre sobre los hijos de Israel, y yo los bendeciré.»

“So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.”
