1 D espués de esto, oí en el cielo la potente voz de una gran multitud que decía: «¡Aleluya! La salvación, la honra, la gloria y el poder son de nuestro Dios,

After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!

2 p orque sus juicios son justos y verdaderos. Ha condenado a la gran ramera, que con su inmoralidad sexual ha corrompido a la tierra, y ha vengado la sangre de sus siervos, que fue derramada por ella.»

For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.”

3 Y una vez más dijeron: «¡Aleluya! El humo de ella sube por los siglos de los siglos.»

Again they said, “Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!”

4 L os veinticuatro ancianos y los cuatro seres vivientes se inclinaron y adoraron a Dios, que estaba sentado en el trono, mientras decían: «¡Amén! ¡Aleluya!»

And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!”

5 D el trono salió entonces una voz, que decía: «¡Alaben a nuestro Dios todos sus siervos, los que le temen, los grandes y los pequeños!»

Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!”

6 T ambién oí una voz que parecía el rumor de una gran multitud, o el estruendo de muchas aguas, o el resonar de poderosos truenos, y decía: «¡Aleluya! ¡Reina ya el Señor, nuestro Dios Todopoderoso!

And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!

7 ¡ Regocijémonos y alegrémonos y démosle gloria! ¡Ha llegado el momento de las bodas del Cordero! Ya su esposa se ha preparado,

Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”

8 y se le ha concedido vestirse de lino fino, limpio y refulgente.» Y es que el lino fino simboliza las acciones justas de los santos. La cena de las bodas del Cordero

And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

9 E ntonces el ángel me dijo: «Escribe: “Bienaventurados los que han sido invitados a la cena de las bodas del Cordero.”» Y también me dijo: «Éstas son palabras verdaderas de Dios.»

Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”

10 Y o me postré a sus pies para adorarlo, pero él me dijo: «¡No hagas eso! Yo soy consiervo tuyo, y de tus hermanos que retienen el testimonio de Jesús. Adora a Dios. Pues el testimonio de Jesús es el espíritu de la profecía. El jinete del caballo blanco

And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Christ on a White Horse

11 E ntonces vi que el cielo se había abierto, y que allí aparecía un caballo blanco. El nombre del que lo montaba es Fiel y Verdadero, el que juzga y pelea con justicia.

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

12 S us ojos parecían dos llamas de fuego, y en su cabeza había muchas diademas, y tenía inscrito un nombre que sólo él conocía.

His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.

13 L a ropa que vestía estaba teñida de sangre, y su nombre es: «El verbo de Dios.»

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

14 I ba seguido de los ejércitos celestiales, que montaban caballos blancos y vestían lino finísimo, blanco y limpio.

And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

15 D e su boca salía una espada afilada, para herir con ella a las naciones. Él las gobernará con cetro de hierro; y pisará el lagar del ardiente vino de la ira del Dios Todopoderoso.

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 E n su manto y en su muslo lleva inscrito este nombre: «Rey de reyes y Señor de señores.»

And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. The Beast and His Armies Defeated

17 V i entonces que un ángel estaba de pie en el sol, y que con voz potente les decía a todas las aves que surcan los cielos: «Vengan ya; júntense para la gran cena de Dios,

Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,

18 p ara que devoren los cadáveres de reyes, capitanes y poderosos; los cadáveres de caballos y de jinetes, ¡los cadáveres de todos, libres y esclavos, pequeños y grandes!»

that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.”

19 V i entonces que la bestia y los reyes de la tierra y sus ejércitos se reunían para luchar contra el que montaba el caballo, y contra su ejército.

And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

20 P ero la bestia fue apresada, y también el falso profeta que había hecho señales milagrosas delante de ella, con las que había engañado a los que recibieron la marca de la bestia y habían adorado su imagen. Estos dos fueron lanzados vivos a un lago de fuego que arde con azufre.

Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

21 L os demás fueron muertos con la espada que salía de la boca del que montaba el caballo, y todas las aves se saciaron devorando sus cadáveres.

And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.
