1 D upă aceea, am auzit în cer ca un glas puternic de gloată multă, care zicea:,, Aliluia! A Domnului, Dumnezeului nostru, este mîntuirea, slava, cinstea şi puterea!

After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!

2 P entrucă judecăţile Lui sînt adevărate şi drepte. El a judecat pe curva cea mare, care strica pămîntul cu curvia ei, şi a răzbunat sîngele robilor Săi, din mîna ei.``

For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.”

3 Ş i au zis a doua oară:,, Aliluia!.. Fumul ei se ridică în sus în vecii vecilor!``

Again they said, “Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!”

4 Ş i cei douăzeci şi patru de bătrîni şi cele patru făpturi vii s'au aruncat la pămînt şi s'au închinat lui Dumnezeu, care şedea pe scaunul de domnie. Şi au zis:,, Amin! Aliluia!``

And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!”

5 Ş i din scaunul de domnie a ieşit un glas, care zicea:,, Lăudaţi pe Dumnezeul nostru, toţi robii Lui, voi cari vă temeţi de El, mici şi mari!``

Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!”

6 Ş i am auzit, ca un glas de gloată multă, ca vuietul unor ape multe, ca bubuitul unor tunete puternice, care zicea:,, Aliluia! Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru Cel Atotputernic, a început să împărăţească.

And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!

7 S ă ne bucurăm, să ne veselim, şi să -I dăm slavă! Căci a venit nunta Mielului; soţia Lui s'a pregătit,

Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”

8 ş i i s'a dat să se îmbrace cu in supţire, strălucitor, şi curat.`` -(Inul subţire sînt faptele neprihănite ale sfinţilor.)

And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

9 A poi mi -a zis:,, Scrie: Ferice de cei chemaţi la ospăţul nunţii Mielului!`` Apoi mi -a zis:,, Acestea sînt adevăratele cuvinte ale lui Dumnezeu!``

Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”

10 Ş i m'am aruncat la picioarele lui ca să mă închin lui Dar el mi -a zis:,, Fereşte-te să faci una ca aceasta! Eu sînt un împreună slujitor cu tine şi cu fraţii tăi, cari păstrează mărturia lui Isus. Lui Dumnezeu închină-te! (Căci mărturia lui Isus este duhul proorociei.``)

And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Christ on a White Horse

11 A poi am văzut cerul deschis, şi iată că s'a arătat un cal alb! Cel ce sta pe el, se cheamă,, Cel credincios`` şi,, Cel adevărat``, şi El judecă şi Se luptă cu dreptate.

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

12 O chii Lui erau ca para focului; capul îl avea încununat cu multe cununi împărăteşti, şi purta un nume scris, pe care nimeni nu -l ştie, decît numai El singur.

His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.

13 E ra îmbrăcat cu o haină muiată în sînge. Numele Lui este:,, Cuvîntul lui Dumnezeu.``

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

14 O ştile din cer Îl urmau călări pe cai albi, îmbrăcate cu in supţire, alb şi curat.

And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

15 D in gura Lui ieşea o sabie ascuţită, ca să lovească Neamurile cu ea, pe cari le va cîrmui cu un toiag de fer. Şi va călca cu picioarele teascul vinului mîniei aprinse a atotputernicului Dumnezeu.

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 P e haină şi pe coapsă avea scris numele acesta:,,Împăratul împăraţilor şi Domnul domnilor.``

And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. The Beast and His Armies Defeated

17 A poi am văzut un înger, care stătea în picioare în soare. El a strigat cu glas tare, şi a zis tuturor păsărilor, cari sburau prin mijlocul cerului:,, Veniţi, adunaţi-vă la ospăţul cel mare al lui Dumnezeu,

Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,

18 c a să mîncaţi carnea împăraţilor, carnea căpitanilor, carnea celor viteji, carnea cailor şi a călăreţilor, şi carnea a tot felul de oameni, slobozi şi robi, mici şi mari!``

that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.”

19 Ş i am văzut fiara şi pe împăraţii pămîntului şi oştile lor, adunate ca să facă răsboi cu Cel ce şedea călare pe cal şi cu oastea Lui.

And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

20 Ş i fiara a fost prinsă. Şi împreună cu ea, a fost prins proorocul mincinos, care făcuse înaintea ei semnele, cu cari amăgise pe cei ce primiseră semnul fiarei, şi se închinaseră icoanei ei. Amîndoi aceştia au fost aruncaţi de vii în iazul de foc, care arde cu pucioasă.

Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

21 I ar ceilalţi au fost ucişi cu sabia, care ieşea din gura Celui ce şedea călare pe cal. Şi toate păsările s'au săturat din carnea lor.

And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.
