1 G od, Elohim-Jehovah, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.

El Dios de dioses, Jehová, ha hablado, y convocado la tierra, Desde el nacimiento del sol hasta donde se pone.

2 O ut of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.

Desde Sión, dechado de hermosura, Dios ha resplandecido.

3 O ur God will come, and will not keep silence: fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

Vendrá nuestro Dios, y no callará; Fuego consumidor hay delante de él, Y tempestad poderosa le rodea.

4 H e will call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people:

Convoca a los cielos desde arriba, Y a la tierra, para juzgar a su pueblo.

5 G ather unto me my godly ones, those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice!

Juntadme mis santos, Los que hicieron conmigo pacto con sacrificio.

6 A nd the heavens shall declare his righteousness; for God executeth judgment himself. Selah.

Y los cielos declararán su justicia, Porque Dios mismo es el juez. Selah

7 H ear, my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, thy God.

Oye, pueblo mío, y hablaré; Escucha, Israel, y testificaré contra ti: Yo soy Dios, el Dios tuyo.

8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices, or thy burnt-offerings, continually before me;

No te reprendo por falta de sacrificios; Tus holocaustos están continuamente delante de mí.

9 I will take no bullock out of thy house, he-goats out of thy folds:

Pero no tomaré de tu casa becerros, Ni machos cabríos de tus apriscos.

10 F or every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle upon a thousand hills;

Porque mía es toda bestia del bosque, Y los millares de animales en los collados.

11 I know all the fowl of the mountains, and the roaming creatures of the field are mine:

Conozco a todas las aves de los montes, Y todo lo que se mueve en los campos me pertenece.

12 I f I were hungry, I would not tell thee; for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

Si yo tuviese hambre, no te lo diría a ti; Porque mía es la tierra y su plenitud.

13 S hould I eat the flesh of bulls, and drink the blood of goats?

¿He de comer yo carne de toros, O he de beber sangre de machos cabríos?

14 O ffer unto God thanksgiving, and perform thy vows unto the Most High;

Ofrece a Dios sacrificios de alabanza, Y paga tus votos al Altísimo;

15 A nd call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

E invócame en el día de la angustia; Te libraré, y tú me honrarás.

16 B ut unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant into thy mouth,

Pero al malo le dice Dios: ¿Qué tienes tú que hablar de mis leyes, Y tomar mi pacto en tu boca?

17 S eeing thou hast hated correction and hast cast my words behind thee?

Pues tú aborreces la corrección, Y echas a tu espalda mis palabras.

18 W hen thou sawest a thief, thou didst take pleasure in him, and thy portion was with adulterers;

Si ves a un ladrón, tú te vas en seguida con él, Y con los adúlteros alternas.

19 T hou lettest thy mouth loose to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit;

Das suelta a tu boca para el mal, Y tu lengua trama engaños.

20 T hou sittest speakest against thy brother, thou revilest thine own mother's son:

Tomas asiento, y hablas contra tu hermano; Contra el hijo de tu madre dices infamias.

21 T hese hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether as thyself: I will reprove thee, and set in order before thine eyes.

Estas cosas hacías, y yo he callado; ¿Pensabas que de cierto sería yo como tú? Pero te redargüiré, y las pondré delante de tus ojos.

22 N ow consider this, ye that forget +God, lest I tear in pieces, and there be no deliverer.

Entended ahora esto, los que os olvidáis de Dios, No sea que os despedace, y no haya quien os libre.

23 W hoso offereth praise glorifieth me; and to him that ordereth way will I shew the salvation of God.

El que ofrece sacrificios de alabanza me glorifica; Y al que ordene su camino, Le mostraré la salvación de Dios.
