1 T he earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Господня земля и все, что наполняет ее, мир и все, что живет в нем.

2 F or he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

Ведь Он поставил ее на морях, и утвердил на водах.

3 W ho shall ascend into the hill of the Lord ? or who shall stand in his holy place?

Кто взойдет на гору Господню? Кто встанет на святом месте Его?

4 H e that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

Тот, чьи руки чисты и чье сердце непорочно, тот, кто душу идолам не отдает и не клянется ложно.

5 H e shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Он получит от Господа благословение и оправдание от Бога, Спасителя своего.

6 T his is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

7 L ift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

Врата, поднимите свои верхи, поднимитесь, древние двери, чтобы вошел Царь славы!

8 W ho is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

Кто Он, Этот Царь славы? Господь – крепкий и сильный, Господь – сильный в битвах.

9 L ift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

Врата, поднимите свои верхи, поднимитесь, древние двери, чтобы вошел Царь славы!

10 W ho is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

Кто Он, Этот Царь славы? Господь Сил, Он – Царь славы!
