1 M ake haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord!

O Perëndi, nxito të më çlirosh. O Zot, nxito të më ndihmosh.

2 L et them be put to shame and confounded that seek and demand my life; let them be turned backward and brought to confusion and dishonor who desire and delight in my hurt.

U turpërofshin dhe u hutofshin ata që kërkojnë jetën time; kthefshin kurrizin dhe u mbulofshin me turp ata që kërkojnë të keqen time.

3 L et them be turned back and appalled because of their shame and disgrace who say, Aha, aha!

Kthefshin kurrizin për shkak të turpit të tyre ata që thonë: "Ah, ah!".

4 M ay all those who seek, inquire of and for You, and require You rejoice and be glad in You; and may those who love Your salvation say continually, Let God be magnified!

U gëzofshin dhe ngazëllofshin te ti të gjithë ata që të kërkojnë, dhe ata që duan shpëtimin tënd thënçin vazhdimisht: "U përlëvdoftë Perëndia!".

5 B ut I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my Help and my Deliverer; O Lord, do not tarry!

Por unë jam i varfër dhe nevojtar; o Perëndi, nxito të më vish në ndihmë; ti je ndihma ime dhe çlirimtari im; o Zot, mos vono.
